针对HR工作的招聘管理SaaS服务找萝卜主要面向初创公司，通过自己开发的简历分发、格式化和收取算法，提高初创公司招聘的效率
在招聘方面，初创公司的HR面临的压力可能比其他的公司更大：公司尚处于初级阶段，没有过多的资金投入给招聘工作，招聘渠道纷繁复杂、不好管理、简历格式多样，很难进行统一筛选。在招聘行业有过将近10年经验的付浩深谙HR的痛点：招聘的效率是每家公司的HR都头疼的问题。
找萝卜创始人付浩在创办招聘管理SaaS服务找萝卜之初，就已经设定了找萝卜初期的目标：帮创业公司提高招聘效率，并且永久免费。从产品上线之初到现在，刚刚经过2个多月的时间，找萝卜已经累计了5200多家企业用户。
提高招聘效率，算法是关键问题
找萝卜在产品上线之前就通过微信群的方式收集了3000多家公司的HR对于招聘的需求，大部分的HR都表示效率问题是他们最关注的问题，而这3000多HR也就成了找萝卜的最初的用户来源。
传统的招聘渠道非常多，比如智联招聘和51 job等，而且随着拉勾网等垂直类的招聘网站兴起，也都在无形中增加HR的负担。在现阶段，一个HR想要招聘一个职位要分别去不同的招聘网站发布职位信息，然后再从不同的网站收取简历，并对不同渠道收取来的简历进行筛除重复和挑选等工作，这个过程浪费了大量的劳动力。对此，找萝卜曾经做过统计，每个HR在一个周中花在不同招聘渠道切换和筛选上面的时间就超过10个小时。
付浩向创业邦记者透露，为了提高HR 的工作效率，找萝卜开发了自己的一套职位管理算法，这套算法分为三项：职位分发算法、简历解析统一格式化算法和简历匹配算法。
找萝卜的技术开发团队也是在招聘行业有多年的经验，所以也了解到不同的招聘渠道的招聘逻辑，针对了解到的这些情况，开发了这套不同渠道同步发布和同步管理的招聘管理SaaS服务。此外，由于不同的渠道获得的招聘效果也不同，所以找萝卜这套算法还专门针对不同渠道的侧重点进行了研究。把职位信息发到最合适的渠道，再把不同渠道收到的简历删除重复之后再进行格式化，为职位匹配最合适的简历，通过这样的方式提高招聘效率。
目前找萝卜接入的渠道主要是智联招聘和51 Job等收费渠道，以及猎聘网和拉勾等免费渠道。找萝卜的用户不需要注册智联招聘的账户就能直接通过找萝卜在智联发布职位信息。以往企业用户要在智联发布职位信息不仅需要繁琐的注册流程，还要交费，找萝卜一下就省去了两道工序。聚合了免费渠道这一点，也增加了便利。
至于为什么要面向初创公司，付浩表示，初创公司招聘的职位更加杂，并且初创公司第一年的人员流失率在40%左右，人员流失严重，非常需要一款能提升HR效率的应用。而且，由于创业初期的资金普遍都比较紧张，所以免费服务也能获取更多的企业用户。
先做入口级的产品，再开发后端的HR服务
很显然做一款免费的SaaS软件并不是找萝卜的最终目的，因为没有企业服务公司是能靠免费服务活下去的。付浩坦言，找萝卜初期的HR招聘管理服务只是一个入口级的产品，现在的5200多家企业用户才是找萝卜最宝贵的资源。
目前找萝卜的企业用户活跃度在25%以上，并且还在以每天100多家的速度增长。基于找萝卜网站上汇聚的这些企业和人才数据，找萝卜建立了自己的企业和简历数据库。
付浩认为，在未来前端招聘(面试阶段之前的招聘)的外包趋势非常明显，尤其是对于人才需求强烈的初创公司更是有这方面的刚需。未来找萝卜计划基于自己的用户基础承担招聘外包服务，进一步提升初创公司的招聘效率，做服务方面的对接。此外付浩还透露，对于类似51社保网和金柚网这样的公司提供的人事代理、社保、薪资和商业保险服务等，找萝卜未来也都会涉及。
“服务招聘领域的市场并不像我们想象的那么完美。”付浩很感慨，“而且目前中国市场上尚未有一款招聘产品能够真正解决企业招聘的痛点，这也是找萝卜一直奋斗的目标。”
记者了解到，找萝卜在8月份上线之前就已经获得了来自春晓资本的千万元Pre-A投资。经过几个月的发展，找萝卜累计发展了5000多家企业用户，目前正在与投资方洽谈A轮融资。
