关于创业者需要具备哪些素质，观点有很多，有些说要有十项技能，有些说需要有三个条件，有些说需要做到十五点，等等等等，致使我们看完这些心灵鸡汤后感觉自己已经具备这些素质了啊，这十个要素里面已经具备六个了，剩下的还不好解决吗，这样四舍五入的想法，相信是在我们受了十多年的义务教育之后，必备的技能。
那么，既然我说创业者只需要具备一种素质，那么是否有了这个素质就一定可以出任CEO，迎娶白富美，走向人生巅峰了呢?答案是80%。当然这是有前提的，第一，你具备普通人应该有的身体素质和条件。第二，假设你是一个理性的可以不断完善自我的人。
具备了以上两个前提条件，你只需要有一种能力，离成功就不远了，那就是“成为某个领域的意见领袖”。为什么是这一条呢，下面进行具体论述。
产品研发完毕，就可以静待成功了吗?
曾经看过很多朋友，在产品上线之前，兢兢业业，不是跑厂家，就是搞调研，为了获得某个专业人才，不惜花重金，飞来飞去，毕竟这些都是大家公认的前期投入阶段嘛，下了N年的决心，终于辞职成功，攒了N个月的工资，总不能在关键时刻掉链子吧。的确，“6个月”常常被用来指代创业公司埋头苦干开发产品的那个阶段，要在6个月里坚持不懈，克服困难，把自己的梦想变为现实，别说那些高精尖的科技产品，就像小零食这样的产品，笔者就看到一位创业的朋友用了半年时间才把它上线。
上线之后呢，是不是该歇歇了，稍有经验的创业者都会告诉你，这仅仅是开始!小时候我们曾经被很多的童话故事欺骗过，其中就包括比如酒香不怕巷子深，做人要低调，诸如此类，不能说那些观点没有可取之处，起码这些理论不太适合在互联网的浪潮下创业这件事。仅就app为例，国内应用市场在统计上有着超过400万个的量级，但僵尸应用占8成。
所以产品推广至关重要，有一种说法叫做像做产品一样做营销，说的就是这一点。我们在思考一件事情的重要性的时候，可以用极端法和反证法。比如，一个公司只做好产品，不做营销，是否可行，或者只做营销，不做产品是否可行。
产品没做好，就一定是失败吗。
在互联网时代涌现了大量奇葩，比如曾经的芙蓉姐姐，凤姐，现在的马佳佳等等，如果说一开始的炒作还停留在以丑为美的初级阶段，那么现在的炒作起码要用一个听起来还有点意思的创业项目来包装了，比如前一段被广泛传播的一个视频，里面描述了中国80%的男士有手淫的需求，从而开发了一个APP和与之匹配的智能硬件，视频全篇实际上是在说一件没有的事，但是搏得了很多人的关注。
也就是说现在你甚至不用有产品，只要大家觉得你有意思，你自己就是品牌，你自己就是产品。更不用说像老罗这样做手机的，他的rom一出现，实际上是被别人骂到第二代的，也就是你在一个领域有一定的话语权，即使产品有瑕疵，还是可以成功。
而作为一个普通的创业者，即使你有钱，只要你的产品一经推出，100%是有缺点的，只有经过用户的不断体验和磨砺，最终才能成为有口碑的爆款。
更多的创业者实际上是死在了从产品推出到产品成为爆款的路上。
互联网时代的两级传播
说了这么多推广的重要，那么作为普通创业者应该如何去做?我总不能像老罗一样包下一个剧场去做一个发布会吧。
普通人有普通人的方法，那就是一定要成为“意见领袖”，先看看百度百科上对意见领袖是这么定义的：
“意见领袖是指在人际传播网络中经常为他人提供信息，同时对他人施加影响的活跃分子，他们在大众传播效果的形成过程中起着重要的中介或过滤的作用，由他们将信息扩散给受众，形成信息传递的两级传播。”
两极传播是指企业平常发布的信息，并不是直接“流”向一般受众，而是要经过意见领袖这个中间环节，再由他们转达给相对被动的一般大众，其模式如下：大众传播一意见领袖一一般受众。
这条由美国传播学家拉扎斯菲尔德在20世纪40年代提出的理论，至今都发挥着它的作用，我们普通大众，实际上对于很多最新的政策，最新的理念是不理解的，这时候就需要意见领袖这个角色站出来为大家解读，当然解读的过程中会带有各种个人色彩，而我们喜欢的也就是这种个人色彩，你可以不同意我的观点，没关系，只要十个人当中有一个同意就够了，这样经过长时间积累，意见领袖的言论就可以相当有影响力，即使你只有1000个拥护者，那也足够你做自己的事情了，这就是现在经常被提到的“粉丝经济”。
不过意见领袖也不是你想做就能做的，在成为意见领袖的过程中需要克服很多困难，还是那句话，有志者事竟成。
意见领袖之路
一、意见领袖的演讲术
君不见每一部成功好莱坞大片都有一段激动人心的演讲，比如黑客帝国，比如魔戒，比如勇敢的心。每每看到那一段，都让人热血沸腾，汗毛直竖。君不见TED的演讲里无论是研究数学的，还是写代码的，全都是口若悬河，滔滔不绝。君不见每次苹果发布会都是ceo站在台上一一列举自己的产品。所以作为领袖级的人物，说话会结吧，不敢抬头看人，是万万不行的!现在就拿起电话报名各种靠谱不靠谱的创业大赛，来一场充满激情的路演吧，不为投资，只为锻炼口才。或着参加各种活动，来个义务演讲，日积月累你一定会有自己的风格。
二、意见领袖的写作术
“持续的文章写作能稳固一个人的知名度和信誉度，并使之不断提升。”爱默生咨询集团首席创意官Ken Lizotte认为：“只生产一两篇文章意味着人们很快就会忘记你。只有年复一年地保持写作，才会暗示他人，这名作者是一位意见领袖。”
也许你上学的时候最讨厌写作文，其实那只是你不喜欢在一个既定的框架下写作，并不代表你不喜欢表述自己的观点。或者你天生就讨厌写字，好吧，我还不喜欢推销呢，但是为了自己的产品，不一样得站在大街上，受众人冷眼。所以如果你真的有自己的梦想，弃戎从文又怎样!想当初金庸先生就是为了让自己创办的报纸更加好卖，才决定在上面连载原创的武侠小说，时至今日，大家对当初那个报纸了解的并不多，但是对金庸的武侠都津津乐道，这就是梦想的力量。
至于你写的文章发在哪里，现在这样信息高度发达的社会，可选择的实在太多。
1.在所属组织发布的简报和杂志上
2.在你所属行业的贸易出版物上
3.在你家乡的报纸的社论上
4.在当地商业周刊的专栏里
同时也不要忽略在自己平台的发布机会。虽然相比外部刊物而言，他们并不权威，但他们会被添加到你的作品集中，同时提高关于你的搜索引擎可见性。这里有几个比较容易获得的渠道可供选择：
1.你的网站
2.你的博客
3.可以发送到重要客户及高管的电子邮件上
三、意见领袖的研究术
所谓厚积薄发，语出自苏轼，“博观而约取，厚积而薄发”，任何人都不想看到你在一件无聊的事情上絮絮叨叨，而希望自己的意见领袖能够旁征博引，上通天文，下晓地理。
但这也不意味着你需要一个博士后学位才能从事这个研究。缜密的学术性语言甚至是有许多批注标明的叙述方式，也并非必须。选定一个能用你的专业知识把控住的主题，然后再用这四个技巧中的一个或者多个进行挖掘就开始研究吧。
1.实地采访名人
2.进行调查
3.讲述一下你的个人经历
4.使用新的媒体渠道搜集各路观点
有了上面的方法再经过坚持不懈的努力，相信用不了多久你就可以成为某个领域的小专家了。
意见领袖的形成并非一朝一夕之功，并且你要选择哪一个领域进行深挖，也是一件比较头疼的事情，作为一个初出茅庐的创业者，在半年多的过程中认识了形形色色创业的朋友，经过无数个因思考而难眠的夜晚之后，得出了这一结论，“意见领袖至关生死”，本人也是在成为意见领袖的路上，希望能对同路的人有帮助。
