活是人干出来的，钱是人想出来的。越干活的人越穷，越思想的人就越富有。
钱是想出来的
很多人都喜欢做老板，但都是小老板，老板总是做不大。为什么做不大，我认为到一定程度以后，企业要想做大做强，老板的意识必须上一个新的台阶。现代企业必须要突破思维的锁定，企业发展到每一个阶段就要用一个阶段的理念和思想，如百万元的利润就需要有百万元的思想境界；千万元的利润就需要有千万元的思想境界；亿万元的利润就需要有亿万元的思想境界，不然就很难实现突破，而且这种突破不需要很长时间。
在现实生活中，到底是挣大钱容易还是挣小钱容易呢？我认为挣大钱容易，挣小钱难。现在企业目前比较困难，但等到做大后就容易了。活是人干出来的，钱是人想出来的。越干活的人越穷，越思想的人就越富有，这就是当今时代财富创造的环境不一样。在西方国家是越玩越有钱，而我们作为世界工厂包括珠三角地区干了很多活挣了一点小钱就自认为了不得，那真正挣的是辛苦钱和血汗钱。而人家是在做思想，做标准。
我这个没钱的人在教有钱的人怎么赚钱，是因为现代社会的财富机制发生了变化，财富来自思想，做学问的人有思想。一种新思想就是一种新货币，一种新思想就是一种新财富，在当今社会没有思想、没有新的理念、没有新的创新就很难赚钱。
有的企业老板赚了很多钱之后就说他们不会“玩”了，就是利润的来源发生了变化。如果我们的精神世界前进一小步，对企业来说就可以前进一大步。在实践中，我们对物质的突破、对利润的突破来自于大脑的突破，来自于思想的突破。如果思想不能实现突破，那么钱就拿不回来。
有一句话说得好，解放思想，黄金万两；思想解放，万两黄金，所以钱是思想解放出来的。过去对广东来说或许是班门弄斧，但现在不是，广东这几年的发展与浙江相比，我觉得还是有点差距，比如说理念上。思想创造财富，但思想是空的还不行，就要把它物化，变成一种制度，一种体系，让体系去运作。
四种劳动和五种赚钱方式
没有利润就没有企业，就没有生存价值。目前，在中国的现状来看，企业与老板的情况不外乎有以下三种：
第一种是辛苦不赚钱。老板和员工整天都是没日没夜地加班，这种企业在我国不占少数；
第二种是越是辛苦赚钱越多，赚钱越多越是辛苦。能够做到这种境界的老板已经是相当不错了，但已经被钱套住了，与人的本性背道而驰，人生的终极目标是休闲、娱乐和玩。这种企业在我国大概占到30％至40％；
第三种越是清闲赚钱越多，赚钱越多越是清闲。清闲赚大钱，赚大钱更清闲。穷人的钱用来购物，中产阶级的钱用来投资建厂等，而富人的钱却用来学习和休闲。传统的三大产业发展至今，已经不能满足赚钱的需求，经过发展，体验经济脱离服务产业而单独成为一大产业被提上日程。
在当前市场经济下，我认为存在四种劳动情形：
第一种是一次劳动一次收入，比如公务员、工人等，老板是绝对不会干这种劳动的；
第二种是一次劳动多次收入，如老板；
第三种是一次劳动终生收入，如某个专利、某个品牌等；
第四种是一次劳动多代收入。
在这四种劳动情形下，作为老板就应该选择后三种情形，这关系到老板实施的战略管理。一份耕耘不止一份收获，这就是实现战略转折点的突破阶段。由过去努力工作变为现在更加聪明地工作，实现一次投入多次产出、终生产出、多代产出，希望每一个人都能做“寄生虫”，最终达到“不劳而获”的最高境界。
目前存在五种赚钱方式：
第一种是站着赚钱，利用辛勤劳动赚钱；
第二种是坐着赚钱，利用经营劳动赚钱；
第三种是躺着赚钱，利用无形资本赚钱；
第四种是睡着赚钱，利用制度赚钱；
第五种是玩着赚钱，利用体系系统赚钱。
老板是谋局的人，这个局谋好了，体系和系统就建立起来了，像毛泽东是最伟大的军事家，但作为军事家的他从来就不会放枪，并且在那么多的战争中从未受过伤，对于他而言，这就是谋局，他在打造体系和系统。对于现在的大老板就是要谋局，把大的架构和体系打造起来就可以赚大钱。
一号人物考虑架构，考虑体系，考虑系统，是“无所事事、无所作为”而处在最高位置，重在把局谋好；二号人物是指一个团队事必躬亲，有所作为，重在把事做好。简而言之，一号人物是天道，是老庄之道；二号人物是人道，是孔孟之道。
体系是解决问题的最终途径
利润来自体系，这在西方国家是一个很好的见证。这其中有四大原理：分别是让能人为你工作、资本、制度和体系。能者居上，智者居侧，闲人居下。体系是解决问题的根本出路，因此就要打造一个有竞争力的体系。
同时，我们应该把复杂问题简单化，把简单问题数量化，把数量问题程序化，把程序问题体系化。对于大家都很熟悉的新木桶理论，我们可以从中得到：做长不做短、做点不做面、做深不做浅以及做快不做慢等四点认识。这就是要求我们打造一个有竞争力的体系。
同时，我们还要复制一个有竞争力的体系，实现复制复制再复制，无限制复制后最终使得成本变为零。这就是实现一个由资本运作到虚拟运作的过程。
我们目前做企业存在两种形式，一种是就企业做企业，另一种就是跳出企业做企业，如张裕葡萄酒有限公司建立酒庄，实现体验经济。因此我们要融入一个更大的体系，一个更多、更大、更好、更强的体系之中。
