这两年来，“跨界”已成各个企业和各个明星的惯常做法。娱乐圈的任泉成立Star VC，摇身跨界成为投资人；同样是娱乐圈的汪峰，则是变身成为产品经理和董事长，做起了自己的耳机。
“娱乐资本化”这一理念事实证明实行的，那么“资本娱乐化”这种反向的做法是否可行成为了一大疑问。互联网金融这种资本的力量能否借助跨界娱乐的方式同样实现营销效果的最大化？
殊途最终同归，异曲实则同工
无论是资本娱乐化还是娱乐资本化，看似方向相反，实际上都是实现了一个目标：营销力度最大化，资本效应最大化。任泉的娱乐资本化和如今互联网金融公司的资本娱乐化实际上“殊途最终同归，异曲实则同工”。
因为在大的框架之中，娱乐都是营销手段，娱乐的方式为品牌实现了最大程度的曝光。而资本的力量则是通过娱乐营销的方式深入粉丝内心之中，实现效应的最大化。
用任泉的话来说，他正是在用明星的优势，实现“娱乐资本化”，“资本娱乐化的意思是以后我们会把一些相对比较专业的产品，通过大众的或者娱乐的方式去传播。”
周杰伦与任泉同样是娱乐圈红人，同样是一位投资高手，周杰伦却说，“专业的事情交给专业的人来做”。他曾经说过，“我不会参与直接管理，全部交给身边的专业人士去做，因为我一管事就赔钱，所以我只发挥创意就行。”专业的事交给专业的人来做，可以说是周董的投资成功的秘诀。
10月24日晚上，“玖富之夜”魔天伦2周杰伦世界巡回演唱会丽水站开唱。互联网金融界的明星玖富悟空理财也出现在了演唱会的现场，作为本次演唱会的独家冠名，玖富向大家诠释了跨界的正确姿势。
周杰伦的观点看似与任泉相反，实际上结论是都是一样的。无论是资本娱乐化还是娱乐资本化，都是一个相互的过程，对于周杰伦个人而言，与玖富这样的资本结合，实际上正是他的“娱乐资本化”。但对于玖富而言，跨界周杰伦演唱会，则是“资本娱乐化”。两种做法的结果最终都是实现娱乐和资本效应的最大化。
资本娱乐结合，也是一种姿势
这种跨界的做法实际上并非首次。无论是对于互联网金融公司还是明星本人，资本和娱乐结合都已经成为了一贯做法。
即使是对于任泉这样的娱乐明星而言，投资P2P行业也是他实现“娱乐资本化”的重要一个渠道。任泉对自己投P2P行业曾经有过这样一段解读——互联网金融让理财变得更加便捷、简单，因此未来互联网金融一定会是主流。
“如果现在一年1000万，我们加入后第二年1200万，第三年1500万，这种不行。今年1000万，我们加入后，明年最少2000万、3000万，这才是我们想要的品牌倍增的结果。”从这个角度来看，任泉对P2P行业结合娱乐的做法极为看好。
而对于玖富这样的互联网金融公司来说，跨界娱乐圈的做法也是频频出手。豪送10亿理财本金力挺徐峥新片《港囧》；马不停蹄的与格瓦拉生活网在电影票务上展开合作；今年暑期，玖富与湖南卫视的热门娱乐节目“爸爸去哪儿”跨界合作，在微信以及芒果扫货APP上通过摇一摇的方式联手推广玖富旗下的悟空理财。
资本跨界娱乐实际上正是希望借助明星的粉丝效应为自己带来粉丝，带来用户转化的效应。尤其是年轻的80后、９０后们也已经渐渐成为互联网投资理财的主力军，正是投资理财需求日渐旺盛的时期，曾听着杰伦的歌成长起来的80后、９０后们，学习一下偶像的理财观绝对受益匪浅。
近年来移动互联网的兴起与“互联网＋”热潮掀起了全民理财热。不仅仅是周杰伦，利用明星的粉丝效应更是可以在各个年龄段为产品带来粉丝。
资本娱乐之子，跨界连接孵化
资本娱乐相结合不仅仅是品牌效应的最大化，资本娱乐结合时更是很容易带来化学反应。资本娱乐一旦实现生态闭环，最终实现的跨界孵化效应将十分可怕。
娱乐圈一直以来都是资本在背后作为驱动力量，如果说P2P是主业的话，那么跨界之后通过投资和孵化的方式在娱乐圈挖掘IP、娱乐产业、文化产业则是更加高阶的做法。
今年3月，阿里巴巴数字娱乐事业群发布娱乐宝平台，网民出资100元即可投资热门影视剧作品，预期年化收益7%，并有机会享受剧组探班、明星见面会等娱乐权益。
阿里巴巴数字娱乐业务总裁刘春宁表示，互联网创新对文化产业的影响，不再只停留在“卖几张电影票”的阶段，而是深入到投资、内容制作等环节。娱乐宝将颠覆现有的影视投资模式，打破“精英门槛”，让网民一起参与到中国文化产业的缔造中来。
娱乐宝和所有互联网产品一样，都有精确收集、追踪用户数据的能力，还能智能推荐。依靠阿里成熟的电商平台和强大的数据分析能力，文化娱乐衍生品的开发，也将颇具想象空间。
刘春宁可能只说了其中的一个目的，因为资本进入娱乐行业后利润巨大。另一个真实目的可能会是为互联网金融带来活力，反过来推动蚂蚁金服业务的整体增长。
阿里如此，玖富也是如此。玖富通过互联网金融手段把粉丝的信用财富挖掘出来，投资潜力挖掘出来，再通过“Link&Plus”战略孵化相关产品，涉足娱乐投资，进而促进中国整个娱乐、影视等文化产业的发展，实现资本的娱乐化。在这样一个过程中，一条完整的资本娱乐化生态闭环随之建立，极具想象力。
另一个角度来看，进军娱乐产业、文化产业之后，利用产业强大的传媒效应，又可以反过来渗透粉丝，增加用户基数，实现本职业务的进一步增长。
