近几月来，从淘宝分拆出来的二手闲置物品交易平台“闲鱼”被估值30亿美元;主打手机回收的“爱回收”刚刚完成6000万美元的C轮融资;而在二手汽车领域，优信、瓜子、人人车掀起了一波声势浩荡的广告大战。二手汽车、二手电子产品、二手母婴，“从一二线卖到三四线”的产品流向成就了上述产业。而在这几个体量千亿的市场中，67个创业项目早已涌入。
在百度最新公布的热词排行榜里，“二手回收”竟然紧跟外卖、生鲜、电影票登上O2O的年度十大热词。
二手汽车、二手电子产品、二手母婴，甚至二手衣物、奢侈品，与以上这些产业结合的互联网交易平台在近年频获资本青睐。例如，从淘宝分拆出来的二手闲置物品交易平台“闲鱼”被估值30亿美元；主打手机回收的“爱回收”刚刚完成6000万美元的C轮融资；而在二手汽车领域，由优信、瓜子、人人车掀起的广告大战更宣示了行业的火热与资本的走向。
而并在二手回收这个领域，回收产品的流向呈现着极具“中国特色”的标志。地大物博、贫富不均、政策有别，这些极具中国特色的基本国情催生了“从一二线倒手卖到三四线城市”的巨大产业。
这个“特色产业”的产生并非因为三四线城市消费水平太低才产生的。淘宝数据显示，三四线城市已经成为中国网络消费新动力，早在2012年，中国三四线城市居民在淘宝购物的人均消费水准就已经超过了一二线城市居民。
说到底，从一二线卖到三四线的产业得已发展，其背景得归益于分享经济的普及和低碳生活价值观的传播。有赖于电商、品牌商渠道下沉的策略，在三四线享受与一二线同样的购物体验在当下已几乎没有障碍。其中，汽车、电子产品、母婴这三个细分市场成为最具代表的“从一二线卖到三四线”的产业。
从一二线卖到三四线城市的产业：汽车
中国汽车流通协会提供的数据显示，2014年全年累计交易二手车605.29万辆，交易额3675.65亿元。市场预测，2020年二手车交易量或超过2000万辆，交易额超过1.2万亿元。目前，发达国家二手车交易量一般是新车的2-3倍(美国3倍，德国2倍，日本1.5倍)，利润率也高于新车(二手车10%，新车5%)。
2015年11月，中汽协月度形势分析会发布的数据显示，2015年1-10月全国二手车市场累计交易量755.39万辆，相比上年同期增长3.36%，累计交易额4421.22亿元。就城市而言，一线城市二手车交易量下滑趋势，而在西安、成都等二三线城市，二手车交易量开始攀升。
如此富有想象力的市场怎会错过创业者的眼。据品途网不完全统计显示，截至目前，已有26个二手车项目获得近30亿美元融资。
二手车项目的商业模式涵盖了C2B、C2C、C2B2C等多种模式。目前风头正劲的有车易拍、易车网、人人车、瓜子二手车、优信二手车、大搜车等。而在原有业务线上积累了用户资源的平安集团、太平洋保险，也纷纷推出了自己的二手车平台。由于二手车交易链条比较复杂，其中任何一个环节都有可能成就产业链中的玩家。譬如抓住C2B，帮助车主销售二手车的平安好车、开新帮买，撮合B2B环节的车易拍、优信拍，以及缩短交易环节，打造C2C模式的人人车、瓜子二手车，以及围绕二手车交易产业展开的二手车估价平台师傅看车、静真估等项目。如图所示，以下是品途网所统计的26家切入二手车市场的创业项目：
众多竞争者争相涌入同一赛道，行业留存的一些弊病还有待解决。譬如，国内二手车交易远不如国外，车辆评估价与成交价脱节、鉴定报告作假、缺乏金融服务支持等问题严重制约着二手车市场的健康发展。而主打O2O模式的二手车交易平台还面临着线上线下两方面难题，一个是如何建立庞大又专业检测队伍，一个是如何将线下交易平台化。
从一二线卖到三四线城市的产业：手机、家电
手机回收之后，也有很大一部分从一二线城市流向了三四线。二手手机回收交易平台“有得卖”创始人王伟涛谈及这个市场时称：“换旧的市场的重点一定是在一、二线城市，但对于回收后的二手数码电子电器产品的出货渠道将是三、四线城市。“有得卖”将和众多的渠道回收商共同尝试三、四线城市二手产品的实体店销售服务模式，也不排除和主流电商和主流品牌共同合作来真正意义上完成渠道下沉。”
近几年，再生资源行业通过与线上的结合及2C模式的应用，第一次广泛地进入普通大众的眼中，但这个行业的竞争早已趋于饱和。
品途网统计发现，目前已有超过60个项目在做线下线下结合的二手回收方面的业务。而其中涉及手机和家电回收的项目就有23个，成功获得融资的有7个项目，也不乏互联网巨头布局的二手回收平台，如京东旗下的拍拍二手。而依托线下原有再生资源企业背景转战线上的又有绿猫网、香蕉皮、回收哥、虎哥回收等项目。目前进行手机和家电回收风头最劲的是爱回收，目前它已完成C轮6000万美元融资，获得了天图资本、京东、景林资本、IFC、晨兴资本相继认可。而目前暂无融资消息的同类项目还有十余个。
从一二线卖到三四线城市的产业：母婴
随着消费升级和对下一代的关注，母婴消费进入快速发展期。资料显示，2014年城乡人均婴童消费支出在800-2000元。2015年孕婴童行业规模为1.9万亿，年增长高达14.5%，包括母婴产品和母婴服务，其中服装、婴儿床(车)、座椅、玩具、书籍等品类可用于二手交易，每年母婴行业可供二手交易的零售市场规模约为
2300 亿元。在二胎全面放开的刺激下，预计可带来婴童市场 10-20% 的消费增长。
与此同时，随着中国家长们的观念逐渐放开，尤其是更为年轻化的85后、90后开始进入家庭孕育时期，国内的二手母婴市场进入高速发展期。二手交易网站正被赋予全新价值：它不仅能优化社会资源,还能让让生活更加低碳，也能让用户体验分享的温情与乐趣。上海市的一项调研显示，37%的妈妈会考虑买卖二手母婴用品，低碳环保、性价比高、能在交易时交流育儿经验是妈妈们比较看重的因素。
目前，二手母婴这一领域也已有众多创业者涌入。品途网统计显示，目前二手母婴交易平台已有含赶集、58、百姓网在内的18个项目在这领域竞争。除赶集网旗下二手交易平台好收网获得千万级别天使投资，青果工坊旗下的有闲在2014年获得险峰华兴的数百万天使投资，爱败妈妈获得汇财资本的200万美元投资，其他母婴类二手交易平台目前还未像二手车或二手手机家电回收平台那样获得资本青睐。但市场对这个行业的潜力较为认可，从淘宝分拆的二手易物平台“闲鱼”被估值高达30亿美元。
结语：
虽然从“一二线倒手卖到三四线”成就了上述几个产业，但如此之多的创业项目进入并未将行业原有的弊病剔除。检测没有标准，价格没有标准，服务没有标准，这是用户最为“不爽”，也是创业项目非常“郁闷”的。从品途网整理的以上三个行业的67个项目的成立时间来看，不少企业早在十多年前就已进入。但问题在于，十多年后，不管是二手车买卖，还是二手手机家电流转，甚至母婴产品的置换，玩家换了几波，行业标准却仍未统一。不过庆幸的是，有迹象显示，以手机回收和二手汽车为代表的行业，在资本入局之后行业标准和服务趋于清晰。品途网期望随着投资机构和创业者相继加入，资本和技术甚至创意能够让二手回收行业更加标准和健康。
