新浪美股北京时间19日凌晨讯 当地时间周五，宜信旗下的网络P2P平台宜人贷在美国纽交所上市，成为纽交所中国互联网金融第一股。开盘价10.07美元，略高于10美元的定价。

宜人贷的成功上市，使其成为炙热的中国互联网金融红海里追逐、效仿的先行者。这不仅是中国互联网金融发展的里程碑，也将促使中国互联网金融新市场格局的形成，成为行业发展的分水岭之一。

宜人贷董事局主席、创始人唐宁在宜人贷成功上市后接受采访时表示， 宜人贷在纽交所成功上市表明，其平台本身的风控和运营能力获得了严格的美国资本市场的认可。虽然宜人贷已在中国这一快速增长的线上个人金融平台市场中跻身 领军行列，但与近2万亿美元的中国无担保消费金融市场相比，宜人贷还有非常广阔的发展空间。
