导读 : 校园O2O在资本的催动下将会加速整个行业的洗牌速度，当前一些规模较小、且没有差异化优势的平台正在逐渐被淘汰出局。
在中国，庞大的大学生群体支撑着校园互联网经济的运转，而在互联网+的经济大潮下，各类校园O2O也不断涌现出来，他们或从物流切入，或从便利店切入，或从社交切入……大量的创业者和传统企业都在开始涌向校园O2O。
从今年的资本市场来看，资本对于校园经济也是表现出了很高的热度，今年有很多校园O2O平台都拿到了巨额的融资，比如3月份，59store完成3000万人民币A轮融资；随后不久宅米网也宣布获得数千万人民币A轮融资；5月份，口袋兼职完成2000万人民币A轮融资；10月，易点到又获千万融资。
而经历了今年的野蛮式增长，校园O2O也开始呈现两种现象：一边是来自于校园O2O平台59Store的疯狂扩张，他们先是在前些日子领投了校内食堂外卖配送的“饭来了”，随后又于日前投资了校园推广平台达校网；而另一边则是诸多不知名的校园O2O还未站起来却已经倒下了，该转型的转型，该倒闭的也彻底倒闭了。从整个校园O2O目前的行业发展势态来看，刘旷认为其未来正在呈现四大发展趋势。
一、资本市场仍然看好校园O2O
目前多数人都会认为O2O不被资本市场看好，实际上并非这么回事。刘旷今年也开始接触投资，并加入了牛投等创投平台，也会与一些投资人交流经验看法，其中有很多知名投资人仍然看好O2O，虽说他们不会像过去一样疯狂地投资O2O平台，但是对于一些优秀的团队、有前景的项目，他们仍然会投资，而资本市场对于校园O2O也依然看好。
首先，我们从整个市场容量来看。根据国家统计局的统计数据显示，2015年全国普通本专科招生人数达到了721.4万人，而在校生有2547.7万人，毕业生有749万人，从这个统计数据我们可以看出2015年全国大学生超过了4000万，再加上在读研究生、博士生，其市场规模可想而知。
当然，多数大学生都是一些没有收入来源的群体，他们需要依靠父母所给的费用当生活费，也就是说，多数大学生每月的生活消费并不会特别多，一般情况下每个月大多都在1000元以下。那么针对这个消费群体的特征，校园O2O该如何选择是需要作出市场预估的，并不是所有的O2O都适合校园学生消费。
其次，我们都知道在校大学生往往都是集中在大学宿舍楼，这是被资本市场看好的另一个原因。很多人都知道今天的社区O2O发展现状，从叮咚小区、顺丰嘿店、社区001等平台就可以看出社区O2O的难度与惨状，其失败的一个最重要原因，就是消费群体。很多社区O2O平常家里买菜、逛超市基本上都是老大爷、老大妈为主，培养这类人的网络消费习惯真的不是一件容易的事情。
此外白领们居住也都相对比较分散，在北京、上海、深圳等一线城市还相对比较好一点，很多三四线城市的社区白领居住都比较分散。而与之相对比的则是，大学生居住相当集中，而且这部分人群的消费特点与习惯又有着高度的相似性，他们也都有着上网消费的习惯，比较容易接受新鲜事物，那么对于校园O2O平台来说，其成功的概率就要远远高于社区O2O。
最后，大学校园市场的懒人经济尤其被看好。随着中国经济的飞速发展以及独生子女的政策，导致了今天很多父母对于孩子都过于溺爱，培养了他们打小就娇生惯养的习惯。这些人很多不会自己烧饭做饭，不会洗衣服，而且惰性十足，他们正在成为今天大学校园的学生主流，然而这却给校园O2O带来了希望。一些针对大学生的早餐配送、零食配送、洗衣O2O等开始纷纷崛起，他们也让资本市场看到了希望。
二、校园O2O独角兽在隐现
我们从校园O2O平台59store先后领投校内食堂外卖配送“饭来了”以及校园推广平台达校网可以看出，整个校园O2O正在开始出现大鱼吃小鱼的现象。也就是说，校园O2O的行业独角兽正在开始隐现。
从目前整个校园O2O来看，除了59store的发展非常迅猛之外，趣分期作为校园消费金融平台，今年获得了来自蚂蚁金服领投的2亿美金；而俺来也则在今年7月获得了来自景林资本与分享资本联合主投的1.1亿；宅米则在今年9月份获得了来自美团领投的3500万美元；至于8天在线，也在今年的3月份获得了昆仲资本的数千万元注资。由此我们可以看出，整个校园O2O的资本也正在开始向一些行业优秀的平台聚集。
目前这几大平台的业务虽有诸多不同之处，但同时又有很多相同之处，存在着一定的竞争关系。59store，作为目前国内最大的校园生活服务O2O平台，其业务已从校园零食作为切入口，进入校园消费金融领域，逐步发展为“夜猫店” +“水果店”+“饮品店”等宿舍楼栋综合服务体系。目前已覆盖全国近2000所高校，拥有超过三万名楼栋店长，全国共设立15个省级大仓及800多个配送网点，重点区域市场已全面实现盈利。
毫无疑问，59store在夜猫店业务上会与另一家校园O2O平台宅米网有高度重合，而其进军校园消费金融免不了会与趣分期等校园消费金融平台发生对抗，而其零食、水果、饮品则与俺来也、8天在线等校园综合配送O2O会有所竞争。眼下整个校园O2O行业已经经历了资格赛的选拔，未来这几大平台当中谁能走出来成为行业独角兽还无法下定论，但是这个时间已经不远。
三、校园O2O大规模倒闭潮已悄然来临
与行业独角兽冒头相对应的则是更多的校园O2O平台即将面临倒闭或者被收编的命运。一份来自校园O2O的产业布局图显示，目前兼职培训类占据了校园O2O平台当中的33%，物流配送类也占据了33%，餐饮外卖类占据了12%，便利商超类占据了8%，生活服务类占据了8%，而消费金融类则占据了6%。
当前整个校园O2O正处于一片竞争蓝海，从融资服务平台投融界的数据可以看到，2014年项目数量增长率高达744%。截至7月份，2015年投融界平台上校园O2O项目数已达到369个，超过2014年全年总数，资金需求也高达20亿元。
从这个数据我们可以看出，校园O2O平台项目在不断增多，而竞争也越来越激烈，这导致了校园O2O的运营成本也在不断攀升，而那些资金实力不够雄厚，也没有市场份额与差异化优势的平台很可能会面临被淘汰，而恰恰这样的平台又占据了整个校园O2O平台数量中的多数，他们正在面临着发展的难题。
难题一：同质化严重是当前整个校园O2O市场的最大特性。互联网不同于传统行业，拿校园兼职培训来说，在互联网+还不是特别盛行的时候，可能会有很多传统的校园培训机构能够依托附近的大学生活得不错，然而一旦当校园培训O2O平台成为主流之时，因为联网的特性，也就意味着整个行业最终只能够容纳少数几家甚至是一两家共同生存。
难题二：成本居高不下，可是利润却非常薄。打造校园O2O平台要与学校达成合作，而这个过程就需要付出一定的成本与时间，极大限制了校园O2O平台的规模化扩张。此外，人员工资、宣传费用等都是一笔不小的开支。而与成本相对应的则是利润，校园O2O平台当中多数平台诸如零食等利润本来就不高，还需要人员的配送，其利润率就更低了。如何能够实现盈利，是众多校园O2O平台面临的一个大难题，而要借助规模效应来实现盈利，则又面临着前期扩张资金上的难题。
四、阿里入股饿了么，巨头虎视眈眈是校园O2O未来最大变数
过去，在团购市场，美团、大众点评、百度糯米一直就是众多大学生们经常使用的消费平台，学生普遍没有收入来源，团购消费则成为了他们的最佳选择。而饿了么作为一家依托于校园外卖而发展壮大的外卖O2O平台，自然不会丢下这个曾经助其崛起的战场，此外美团外卖、百度外卖对于校园市场一直都是虎视眈眈。
日前，来自最新的消息称阿里巴巴和饿了么已于12月17日签署投资框架性协议，阿里巴巴投资饿了么12.5亿美元，占股约27.7%成为第一大股东。也就是说，校园O2O的背后最终仍然离不开BAT三大巨头的插足。
这里不得不提到一点的是，很多人对于外卖有一个误解，认为外卖就只是送餐，实际上并非如此。今天的外卖平台已经不仅仅局限于送餐，包括便利店、超市、餐饮、鲜花、水果等众多商品的配送。拿美团投资宅米来说，宅米不过是美团布局校园外卖的一颗棋子，它能够为美团外卖深耕校园市场提供更有效的渠道，与此同时宅米也将会成为美团外卖的一个供应商之一。
由此我们也可以看出，美团外卖、百度外卖、阿里投资饿了么他们都是想称霸整个校园O2O的上门配送等，这也就是今天校园O2O市场格局的最大变数所在。虽然说目前BAT三巨头在整个校园O2O市场所占份额并不高，但是凭借着强大的入口流量、雄厚的资本实力以及品牌影响力，他们对整个校园市场的其他O2O平台构成了极大威胁。
总体看来，校园O2O在资本的催动下将会加速整个行业的洗牌速度，当前一些规模较小、且没有差异化优势的平台正在逐渐被淘汰出局，而行业的独角兽也正在开始冒出头来，不过巨头的参战会是其最大的变数。
