从面膜到美妆产品、保健品，微商从诞生到落寞也就两年时间。这两年里，暴富传说一度刷屏，不断冲击大众的神经。但是，从今年4月媒体集体炮轰朋友圈“杀熟”之后，微商风光不再。
互联网的确颠覆了一些传统行业，起到了“革命性”的作用，但在微商这个领域，一度群魔乱舞，混乱不堪。如今，经历层级动销模式，面临式微的结局，靠发展代理赚钱而根本不管产品的营销，已经被市场证明：这种游戏肯定玩不下去。不少传统微商开始站在了转型的十字路口，等待他们的将是什么？
至少在半年前，微商的造富神话还一度震惊众人。如今微商遭遇的大溃败，让不少人成为这座庞大金字塔底的“炮灰”。
近日，在微商行业摸爬滚打超过一年的小依，向记者分享她曾经的“创业梦”。
“梦起”：群里晒卖货战果
小依接触微商的时间并不早，在2014年11月，那时面膜宛如一个人见人爱的吸金机器，一个月就能开豪车、买别墅的励志故事遍地开花，微商成为不少草根向往的职业。
就这样，小依在网络上搜索了当时最出名的微商，并加入了其中一个自称为该品牌一级代理的群。群主小阳自称是面膜产品的总代理，小依入群后购买10盒面膜便可获得微信群的培训机会，购买20盒才能成为二级代理，获得公司内部群的听课资格。
每天晚上7点，小阳就会在群里语音“讲课”，主要内容是面膜产品和销售技巧，课时大约40分钟。
小依了解到，小阳从2014年6月开始卖面膜，现在是某热门品牌的总代，也就是除了厂家以外她就是NO.1，所以在拿货价上非常有优势，比厂家指导价便宜50%以上。
小阳每天晚上都会在群里晒她一天的战果，几百上千元的转账金额和朋友圈里数不完的点赞和好评，其他资深群友也会分享其卖货经历。
小依算过一笔账，她以80元/盒的价格拿货，按照90元的价格卖给身边的朋友。如果一周能卖10盒，一个月就能增加400元的额外收入，卖得多就赚得多。
小依在广东佛山一家制衣厂上班，每月到手的工资只有3000元，当时她认为这份兼职能带来不错的收入。因此在QQ群里连续听了4天课后，小依向小阳转账1760元，正式成为小阳名下的一位代理。
“梦想”：层级营销忽悠术
第一天，发自身使用分享，用悬念来吸引朋友；第二天，发好友咨询的聊天截图，侧面影响朋友；第三天，继续发自身使用分享，并统一回复可以代购；第四天，发朋友的使用感受和产品介绍，揭开悬念……小依告诉记者，这是一名微商菜鸟的“入门课程”，怎样在朋友圈引起大家的关注。那时候微信好友数量只有100人左右，并且都是自己的朋友和同事。由于朋友圈内做微商的还不多，刚开始的时候有一些人捧场，手里的面膜陆陆续续在一个星期就卖完了，赚了200元。
有了之前的经验，小依又找小阳拿了一箱面膜，里面有48盒。按照小阳的方法，接下来小依时不时晒一些自拍和交易截图，有时半夜发心灵鸡汤。这些内容都来自小阳的内部微信群，拿到素材后经过软件加工就能制造每天财源滚滚、快递发货不断的假象。
小阳还告诉小依，这样零散卖货只是小打小闹，真正赚钱的方法是发展代理，“这样每天不干活都有钱收”。据小阳透露，她每月的出单量在万盒以上，公司定期带他们去五星级酒店培训。
“我身边很多姐妹的情况差不多，有的在珠三角的工厂打工，有的在老家带孩子，收入比较低，都希望能赚钱。他们看到我朋友圈在咖啡厅看书、喝咖啡、坐在宝马上自拍的照片后，都跑来问我。”说到这，小依有些愧疚，但她依葫芦画瓢说服这些好奇的朋友找她拿货。
为了专注于自己的微商事业，小依辞掉了制衣厂的工作，并且如小阳“指导”的那样，开始发展下级代理，她的努力有了一定的收获：3名下级代理。
“梦破”：重回制衣厂工作
尽管有了3名代理，小依并没有感受到小阳所说的“月入斗金”。
2015年2月，小阳在微信群里通知大家，她和团队成员打算重新创业，拿到了山东一家面膜品牌的总代理授权，如果群成员有意向，可以直接转成这个品牌的一级代理。
一位老成员告诉小依，实际上小阳在上家品牌属于三级代理，拿货价不占优势，大部分面膜卖出去的价格不超过100元。也就是说，小依基本就在这个品牌的“底层”挣扎。
小依一边继续在朋友圈推销没卖出去的20多盒面膜，一边开始接受小阳的新品牌培训。为了拿到一级代理权，她向小阳转账3万多元面膜款。为了进一步了解产品，她趁春节后的休息时间前往山东参加了半个月的培训。小依说，每天的培训内容就是“骗人”，比如把产品照片包装得高大上，把自己的照片跟名车、别墅元素P到一起，用软件制作转账截图等。
“每天的（培训）内容跟微信群差不多，就是教你怎么忽悠，让大家上当。”小依说，她从山东回来后没多久，央视就曝光“毒面膜”，一下子让大家对微商高度警惕起来，整个行业开始走下坡路。
现在，小依家中还有30多盒没卖出去的面膜，且还有价值1万多元的货没有收到。有一天，她的上家小阳突然没像往常一样“讲课”了，之后便消失在那个群里。小依发现，除了微信和QQ，她从未与这个上家在现实中见过面，仅有的手机号也提示关机。
从事微商8个月，小依累计投入近8万元，亏损一半。她身边当年一起卖面膜的“战友”，也没有一例真正发财，只有产业链顶端的生产者和第一批推动微商的人才积累了原始财富。现在，小依又回到制衣厂上班，重新回归正常生活，但因为做微商，她已被朋友圈的不少朋友屏蔽。
