自从去年达沃斯论坛上，李克强总理发出“大众创业、万众创新” 的号召，“草根创业”“人人创新”就成了新的全民运动，互联网+、智能硬件、物联网、互联网金融等借着移动互联网的东风大行其道。移动互联网也继续横向蔓延，一是下乡，二是海外。于是二三线城市，甚至中小城镇成为了巨头们争相抢夺的战略要地，而中小创业者也将二三线城市作为自己的大本营。这二三线城市创业，到底是陷阱还是馅饼，今日我们不妨聊聊。
二三线城市，创业者爱恨交加
先讲一个例子，去年无锡某集团公司与平安银行合作开创了“物联网金融”新模式，目前已应用于汽车、钢铁行业等。这样的创新模式诞生在无锡这样一个江南二三线城市着实让创业者们惊讶和好奇，这给创业者又是什么信号。难道二三线城市真的能成为创业者新的梦想摇篮？
其实，移动互联网经历了这几年的野蛮生长，一线大城市已然被巨头瓜分完毕，而二三线城市或真的大有可为，根据易观智库发布的数据报告显示，2014年中国移动互联网用户中，地、县级成熟用户占比35%，比例最高；其中自由职业、个体户、私营企业主用户最多，蓝领用户次之。随着二三线城市综合水平的提升，网络基础设施的不断完善、移动终端价格的降低等。二三线成为无疑成为移动互联网发展的增量市场。
但尽管互联网和智能手机的普及进一步加速了移动互联网的进程，创业者开始更有机可“乘”，但如今创业的真实常态并非“得偿所愿”。大多数创业者更多的是在压力、焦虑、抑郁、苦闷中艰难挣扎：没有稳定的收入、等着钱的员工、家人、时不时造访的工商税务、需要一步步扎实通过实践验证的商业模式、网站服务器被恶意攻击运维程序员却高价难求、行业巨头威胁压迫。。。极少数能成为BAT，大多数在生死边缘挣扎，这种冰火两重天的境遇更加值得我们思考中小创业者该如何前行。
起底创业成功的关键点
响铃这货不是什么成功的创业人士，也谈不出条条是道的成功学，但和万千仍在坚持或垂死挣扎或大步迈进的创业者有着共同的体会，创业就是钱、人、模式、环境四者的融合。
首先是模式，也就是如何实现差异化或成本领先或规模化，面对不同的人群和地域，标准化和本地化如何取舍，这涉及到的不仅仅只是产品模式、盈利模式、运营模式等等。
其次是钱，主要包括投资人的资金支持和其他社会力量的支持，尤其是政府及其政府政策。如无锡设立了全国跟投比例最高的创业“种子基金”（用于支持创业“种子期”项目，最高跟投比例达到1：1.5，配套以高达30%比例的创业风险补偿，对社会风投机构在本地范围内投资早中期科技型创业企业或项目所造成的损失给予最高30%的损失成本补助）。在成都创业的海归，如果项目前景被看好、科技含量高，最多可获得300万元的项目资助；大连为了吸引海归创业推出三大政策，落户大连海外学子创业园的企业，可享受免租金、税收优惠等利好政策等等，这些都是巨大的政策红利，很有可能成为初创公司的救命稻草。
再次是人，这不仅是指用户市场，还包括创业团队。比如凡是大学较为密集、有大量大学生资源的二三线城市中大学生创业较多，而较符合大学生创业的往往是“轻资产类”的互联网创业项目，对起初资本需求不高，对IT 网络知识要求较高。创业团队的心态更是非常重要的一环。要知道创业本身是件苦逼的事情，且是九死一生。根据最新的盖普洛幸福指数，34%的创业者说他们很焦虑，这比其他类型的工作者高 4%。45%的创业者说他们很有压力，比其他类型的工作者高 3%。不但如此，创业艰辛的同时还可能“颗粒无收”，美国 INC 杂志的一篇文章《The Psychological Price of Entrepreneurship》就曾提及：根据哈佛大学商学院讲师 Shikhar Ghosh 的调查，VC 投资的创业企业总计有四分之三 的最后都失败了。Ghosh 还发现，超过 95%的创业企业达不到他们预期的目标。所以面对创业，戒骄戒躁，微笑面对，不注重绩效结果却更关注自我状态，在好的心态上让自己的创业之路更加顺畅。
最后是环境，这一是区域文化，比如成都、厦门相对休闲、鼓励创新，所以游戏业较发达，二是产业集群效应，如杭州的互联网创业长盛不衰，西部二三线城市中以成都、重庆、武汉和西安互联网发展势头也较为猛劲。长三角已是传感器、软件开发与系统集成企业的集聚区和项目应用的先导区。无锡已成为我国唯一的国家传感网创新示范区，并已形成了覆盖信息感知、网络通信、处理应用、共性平台、基础支撑等五大架构层面的物联网产业体系。三是看城市政府（尤其是高新技术园区）是否相对较开明、透明。
所以，如今创业绝不是光凭发起人的一腔热血或是一个好的idea，也不是单靠资本的助推，行业的大趋势发展。它给我们创业者的是时机、产品、团队、行业、政策等多维组合的命题。城市只是其中一项影响因素，成就不了胜利，也酿造不出悲剧。
中小创业者该怎么办
所以，接下来，我们中小创业者或许可以换一个角度，去看待创业，尤其是面对行业方向选择、投融资变化、政策变动、产品或商业模式变换、团队成员去留、盈利好坏情况等等。
一、行业跨界、组合式创新带来新机会
我们暂且不去评断或猜测物联网金融能走多远，但这种将两个看似毫不相干的行业结合在一起，相互渗透相互融合，给产品建立一种立体感和纵深感却是一个好的思路和方向。太多的创业者都在埋怨自己所在的行业红海一遍，面对残酷厮杀，心灰意冷。殊不知行业与行业的相互渗透相互融会也许能为你开拓新天地，从原有的竞争中撕开一道口子，找到新的蓝海。新的商业模式或者是对现有模式的替代和推翻，或者是在原来的基础上做横向融合，滴滴打车的分享经济模式是，智能设备的玩法也是。从传统到现代，从东方到西方，跨界的风潮愈演愈烈，这给我们创业者带来了更多机会。当然创业者在做跨界创新时仍需把握7大基本原则：1、资源匹配，2、品牌效应叠加，3、消费群体一致性，4、品牌非竞争性，5、互补原则，6、品牌理念一致性，7、以用户为中心。跨界是为了共赢，融合需不忘初心。
二、观风向看动向，产业集群提供新思路
我们暂且不去妄想自己能不能遇到和无锡物联网一样发展的好机遇，但创业者在城市选择、行业方向把握，甚至办公地点确定的时候应该关注城市的政策支持和地域的产业集群效应等。都说站在风口上，猪都能飞起来，这风一是行业发展大趋势，二是政府政策环境，三是产业集群状况，孤掌永远难鸣。无锡物联网的最先发轫，或多或少受到当地政府一贯理解创业、支持创新、包容失败的理念影响。所以建议创业者们：
1、关注当地政府关于创业的政策及相应支持，即便拿不到免费的地和减免的税，政策鼓励的行业总能找到更多机会。
2、关注地区的产业集群效应，不做孤军奋战的独鸟。每个地区都有自己的基因和长处，北京中关村的高新技术、深圳华强北的电子产业、重庆的汽车机械制造业、杭州的电子商务园区，江浙的服装产业、泉州晋江成熟的鞋服制造。。。中小创业者大可站在“巨人”的肩膀上利用区域资源优势和产业链的集中度获得生存空间。
3、认清大小城市的利弊。大城市成熟市场有自己的好处也同样面临着问题，比如遭遇大公司排挤，模式容易被抄袭，人才可能被挖空，规模小容易被忽视等等。而小城市也有自己长处，营销上有句：不做大池塘里的小鱼，要做小池塘里的大鱼。其中取舍，利弊得失，唯有创业者自行决断。
三、单点突破做深做透，找引爆点给自己生存机会。
中小创业者一直处于尴尬的境地，如果进入巨头蚕食的红海，自己连根骨头都可能没啃到就被行业淘汰了，好不容易找到所谓的蓝海，庞大的市场需求和自身不堪一击的现有体量就需要做好平衡，于是 微创新，实现单点突破，才可能出奇制胜。因为不要怕产品有缺点，就怕产品没亮点。面对劲敌伤其十指，不如断其一指。更平更挤的互联网只有找到极简的点，中小创业者才可能产生引爆。因为相对巨头，中小创业者没有规模优势，没有资源沉淀，唯有单点突破做深做透才可能找到自己的生存空间。
四、端正心态，幸福创业或有新收获
最后就是人的心态，都说这是一个最好的时代，也是一个最坏的时代，创业不再停留在老百姓的嘴巴上或政府的红头文件上，而是进入了人人都是创业者的时代。一如有网友调侃：“这年头，你见朋友聊个天，不聊几句用户痛点、商业模式等与创业相关的话题，都感觉你跟当下潮流脱节了。”就如无锡高新区首度提出创业幸福指数的概念，在关注创业者的成功光环之外，也开始关注创业者的生存状态。（特别注解：创业幸福指数是基于无锡高新区有力的创业辅助政策而提出的聚焦创业者身心健康，绿色创业环境打造，创业资源、人才、融资需求供应等内容的评估体系,相比各地名目繁多的创业项目评审，“创业幸福”更多聚焦创业者本身的感受体验。例如，处于孵化期的创业企业，即使是创业遇到了暂时的挫折或者失败，只要创业者愿意持续地将这份事业坚持下去，政府对诸如场地费用减免等方面的扶持政策不设时间限制，坚定的支持创业者“玩下去”。）这是政府对创业的态度，那我们呢。我们中小创业者又该以一种什么样的心态去面对创业和个人得失呢。当盈利与否不再是衡量企业成败的唯一标准时，我们不妨去关注用户和创业者自己。用户的口碑才是输赢的关键，如果是采用违背社会道德的虚假宣传或者置用户安全于不顾，卖得再好的产品也不应得到弘扬，钱赚得多但员工心累老板心也累的商业模式也不应该得到鼓励。
在商业文明发展到今天，在物质到如此充裕的现在，当创业从信仰变为一项行动时，无论身处一线城市还是二三线城市，只要还在路上，我们都应该多问问自己：创业，我们幸福吗？
