100个失败的创业者，也许会有101种死法。看看近年来这些黯然离开或亲手关闭自己创业公司的老板们，到底都有哪些花样死法？
想让自己的公司活下去？股权、观念、团队、吹牛……，不用知道老板是怎么来的，但必须关注老板是怎么死的！来看看老板们的十种“死法”。
现在什么最多？创业者最多，CEO最多，在创业大街上随便拉住人问，十个人里有九个是CEO。但是自己创业当老板固然有当老板的风光，但是当了老板才发现，老板也不容易。
其中最糟的情况，大约是今天是这家公司的老板，明天也许就不是了。有项目死了的，有甩手不干的，也有被自己的创业公司给开除了的……各种各样老板“离去”的方式，也够得上出一本“101种死法大全”了。
总结一下近年来那些黯然转身的老板们，他们的梦想夭折的N种原因。其实说死法，实际是在讲活法。写死亡只是给后人一个警示，供创业者们吸取教训。真正的死法可能还会有很多，但最终活法只有一种。
死法之一：股权纷争
还记得泡面吧吗？曾几何时，它也曾被看成是一颗明日之星，A轮估值过亿。但是现在，也只是停留在历史里的一个名字，三名当初的创始人，也已经分道扬镳。联合创始人王冲、严霁玥已经被开除，创始人俞昊然还在经营原有原有业务，只是项目名字已经换成“计蒜客”。
泡面吧的转折就出现在即将签下A轮termsheet的前一个夜晚，三位创始人因为股权分配的方案问题，起了争执，团队决裂，就此分家。泡面吧发布官方声明，正式开除联合创始人王冲、严霁玥，收回各类管理权限。不过最傻眼的大概是泡面吧的员工，不久前公司还即将A轮融资成功，估值过亿，一夜之间，原来的老板就已不再是老板……
把它放在首位，是因为这大概是创业公司老板们栽过最多跟头的一个槛。除了泡面吧，当初西少爷几位创始人散伙我们还记忆犹新，可就在不久前，娱乐媒体平台首席娱乐官又因为股权纠纷暂停更新。可见，它成为诸位老板们必须当心的死法之首，也不是没有原因的啊。
死法之二：股权稀释，创始团队控制权丧失
创业者即便不控股，也可以通过技术手段控制公司。但是，技术手段可发挥作用的前提是，双方的预期是一致的。但却有一些企业一开始就是奔着控制权来的。
今年7月，一号店董事长于刚和CEO刘峻岭一起离职。一个月后，传出于刚重新创业，回归壹药网的消息。壹药网以前曾是1号店的一个频道,沃尔玛控股时于刚从1号店收购过来,已独立融资数轮。就这样，于刚和自己创办的1号店再无关系。
早在2010年，由于急于融资，于刚和中国平安达成协议，中国平安以8000万换来了1号店80%的股权。这就是1号店创始团队控制权旁落的开始。之后的1号店，获得了飞速的发展，但是，中国平安已经开始为退出寻求买主。
2011年5月，沃尔玛入股1号店，通过购买方式逐步获得了51%的1号店股权。自此之后，双方矛盾不断，有关于刚和刘峻岭离职的传闻也不时传出，直到今年7月，最终成真。有消息称，最终实现全资控股一直是沃尔玛收购的前提，因此，最终1号店的局面，早在沃尔玛入股时就已埋下了伏笔。
将自己的心血拱手让人，对于任何一位老板来说，都是悲哀的。所以，提醒各位创业者，牢牢控制住公司的控制权。否则，一旦大权旁落，一切就都来不及啦。
死法之三：观念不合，团队内讧
俗话说人心齐泰山移，要是人心不齐那么最终也只能是散伙。据听说有利网的刘雁南离职的原因说起来大致是这样的，他提议未来开展车贷，房贷等多项业务，尽快令公司能完成横向拓展；而另一位创始人吴逸然主张在主营方向小微企业贷款上完成公司的纵深发展。由于意见不统一，而董事会最终支持了纵向发展的建议，刘雁南最终选择出走，自主创业。
死法之四：高调吹牛死
经常高调吹牛而不做事的人必将被时代所淘汰，最后也只有死亡在等待着它。大可乐这家企业就是如此。借力京东金融众筹的平台，和“免费”换机的噱头，丁秀洪的大可乐手机成功吸引了大批消费者的关注，不过此次众筹看起来更像是一次手机的预售营销活动。以众筹的名义，借免费换新的由头，让消费者们提前预付。如今丁秀洪离职，但作为创始人，却不给当初的众筹合伙人一个交代，热闹一时的“众筹免费”，营销成功，最后却如此败北。
死法之五：成了巨头的拦路石
互联网改变了出行，却也让打车大战硝烟弥漫。而滴滴快的背靠腾讯、阿里等，在合并后，成为出行行业最新崛起的一头巨兽，撂倒了一大批以出行为主的软件。今年6月5日，现金流枯竭的爱拼车弃子认负宣布死亡。此前，爱拼车创始人杨洋接连见了200多位投资人，却没募到最后一根“救命稻草”。
爱拼车最终还是没有融到第四轮，共经历了三轮融资，最高全国做到2000万用户。永远定格在这个成绩上。9月5日，最为商务班车中的开创者、拥有最大用户市场的考拉班车宣告死亡，原因和爱拼车大致一样，因巨头介入商务班车领域而最终没能拉到融资。
死法之六：风已走，猪落地，转型滞后
互联网的时代，慢一步就会成千古恨啊。当年风头无两的电商先行者当当，由于没有其它企业转型及时，已跌出电商第一阵营。进入移动互联网时代，创业公司成长和陨落的速度更快。
去年上半年阵亡的“易修哥”对此感同身受。这家起步于山东的公司，想搭建一个对接车主和线下维修店的线上平台，之后便走马圈地，而浑然不觉环境变化。这时，以e保养、摩卡爱车、卡拉丁、博湃为代表的上门模式，已悄然取代线上导流平台，成为资本下注的新赛道，最终，易修哥无奈出局。
死法之七：贸然进入新领域
当一个新的创业项目进入一个新领域时风险是极大的，运气好的话会成功，如果运气不好大家都不买你的单，那么也难道噩运。烧饭饭创始人张志坚应该对此颇有感受。
就在10月13日，曾经被标榜为开创第四种就餐模式的“烧饭饭”在生存了11个月之后宣告关门转型。“烧饭饭”所提供的厨师上门做饭服务并不是大部分用户的刚需，很难产生重复消费，用户的使用欲望不强。
死法之八：贪多嚼不烂
作为创业者来说，总想多玩玩花样，尝尝鲜，但是尝鲜也是适可而止的，如果你没有把持住，那么这就是活生生的例子。2012年12月，龚海燕辞去世纪佳缘CEO，进军在线教育，创办英语培训网站91外教。2013年11月打造梯子网，声称三年砸4.5亿。“梯子”还没搭好，2014年6月她又推出中小学直播互动线上教育平台那好网。最终，梯子网、那好网相继倒闭，龚海燕回归91外教，但资金已难以为继。2015年1月，91外教被51Talk全资收购。
死法之九：线下过重死
张毅斌创办的维络城，这家起步于上海的企业开创了优惠券打印行业，甚至一度成这个行业代名词。在业务最火爆的时候，它的2000多个终端机，深入北上广乃至香港等10个城市。
而到了2013年，维络城仅剩不到20个终端机，散落在北京上海两地不起眼的角落，无人问津。直至2013年3月，维络城与嘀嗒团宣布合并。它的失败极其怪异，很多O2O企业都死于线下太弱和项目太轻，而它却死于过分关注线下和模式过重。
死法之十：错误的时间做正确的事
有一种爱情叫找对了人但相遇在了错的时间，创业项目也是如此。起得太早，让后浪拍倒在沙滩上。
爱乐活是一家做城市生活分享与消费服务的网站。2010年启动，2011年正式上线。彼时，移动互联网大潮还没有到来，大家的关注点仍在PC端。CEO蔡虎决定2012年下半年再将重心转到手机端，结果早了。项目一直没有起色。最终整合到百度，支持百度地图的发展。做得太早，虽然方向对，但点没踩对。
但是，这些还不是近年来创业公司老板们失败的全部原因。比如，有在诚信问题上做人失败“诚信死”的，有后院起火夫妻反目连公司都拖得“离婚死”的，有拿钱太快烧钱死的，拿到融资后茫然不知该如何扩张被自己“过慢死”的……不一而足。有100个人，就有101种死法。但前事不忘后事之师，能够记住其他人或自己的教训，好好把现有的项目做活，就是一种成功。
