自从“互联网+”被提升到国家战略以来，各个行业都在思考如何在这个快速变革的时代为自身插上互联网的翅膀，拔地腾飞。
而在“互联网+工业”、“互联网+服务”、“互联网+制造”等这些新形态中，有一个最早被提出，却进展最缓慢的行业被越来越多的人关注——“互联网+农业”。
国家信息中心信息化研究部主任张新红在2015年中国电商峰会(农业电商分论坛)上发表看法认为：“互联网+农业将推动中国跑步进入信息社会。”无论是通过张新红的话，还是其它官方、非官方的各种渠道，都可以看出国家对于“互联网+农业”对于国家未来经济体系建设重要性之强调，也反应出在国家的立场上，对于农业的重视，非常地不同寻常。
在前几年便有诸多人士说过农业是中国未来30年最大的金矿，但具体而言这如何理解呢?
为什么是农业，这是必要性，必然性
自古流传民以食为天，对于人类(尤其中国)来说，解决温饱问题，是一切的基础。我国地域广袤，拥有几千年的历史，是一个传统农业大国，农业作为国民经济的基础占有很高的比例，同时更是扩内需调结构的重要领域。目前中国处于经济结构改革过程中，各个行业都在进行深度整合，农业作为一个保障，将是一个安稳社会民心的产业。
农业对于公民经济的重要性是一方面，而打造农业3.0，在此过程中，农业也有着很大的发展空间。
随着国民经济的高速发展与人民日益增长的物质文化需要，人们越来越重视饮食因素对生活带来的影响。绿色蔬菜，优质大米等这些农副产品的价格也一路高涨。而另一方面，拥有大量产品的农业生产区主要还是农村，信息与交通的不便利，直接导致"城里菜贵没人买，村里菜贱没人买"的情况。
而农业3.0正是要以互联网为通道实现信息的流通，解决这一难题。那什么是农业3.0呢?
“互联网+农业”应是怎样的一种型式，这是方法，理念
要回答这个问题，我们首先要用逻辑推论和了解什么是“互联网+”，得出一个简单的结论。
当然，“互联网+”就是“互联网+各个传统行业”，但这并不是简单的两者相加，而是利用信息通信技术以及互联网平台，让互联网与传统行业进行深度融合，创造新的发展生态。
“互联网+”代表着一种新的社会形态，加法只是形式上的作用，真正内部运算的可能是“×”，可能是“÷”，甚至可能是“Ab”，只要可以将其与行业完美融合，任何形式都有可能。
所以，发展“互联网+农业”一定先要把互联网思维带入农业之中。
这个问题刚离开，下一个问题立刻就来了——“互联网+”这里加的是什么?
这个问题看似无理取闹，你会很轻松告诉我，是农业。是的，没有错，但这是一个笼统的回答。
互联网+农业，加的是现代农业而不是农业产品。
现在，电商已在中国掀起一股空前的热潮，网络交易平台让人们看到更大的市场，马云说的“让天下没有难做的生意”真的那么容易实现吗?怎么才能实现呢?
很早就有人看到了这里的商机，将农业产品放到网上销售。这种形式的确很大程度解决了地区供求关系不平衡、信息不流通的问题，也为农业产品的种植者带来不菲的经济收入。但这就是“互联网+农业”吗?肯定不是。
因为从根本上，这并没有改变农业的结构模式，农产品电商只是一个简单的加法。
比如，中国IT行业很有知名度的联想公司专门成立农业投资事业部，并调兵遣将来负责运营。联想筹划的农业模式，理论上对农业的改造是全方位的。在用互联网技术改造生产环节提高生产水平的同时，联想力图运用互联网技术管控整个生产经营过程确保品质，最后借助互联网信息，设计创新产品营销方案，将农业的各个环节打通，形成了完备的产业链。
联想的农业模式，还希望着眼于整条链，并实施于各个点，将农业这列陈旧的火车从头到尾分布式安装动力系统，使得农业可以借助互联网飞快前进，而不是在火车头一味费力苦苦拉动。但迄今看起来，现实很严酷。
反过来，曾经热议的“京东送种子下乡”活动，是由京东提供农产品优质种子，由农民在农村培育种植，收获后通过京东平台销售。虽然表面上还是普通的农产品电商模式，但是实质上它是一种希望顺应市场供求关系的链条模式。传统农民种植一般不会考虑太多市场需求的问题，最多知道因地制宜种植。收获了产品，再去找市场，本就是一种不科学的经营方式，没有形成“产—供—销”的一条龙模式。京东这种模式，本质上是想依靠自身的互联网平台做到产品销售，利用掌握的信息进行分析找到市场需求，依靠广大农村种植做到与农民的互利共赢。这看起来似乎更简单一些。
看似，“互联网+”首先不能仅仅做“加法”，第二不能排除人这个主体，第三要抓住主要矛盾的主要方面。
在农业领域，互联网+农业=首先要用互联网把农民的真实关切、国家的战略利益结合和统一起来。
为什么要用30年?这是战略，执行
从第一次工业革命蒸汽时代开始，工业从1.0走到现在即将步入4.0时代，每一次工业革命带来的都是翻天覆地的变化，生产力的大大提高，也让人们前仆后继地投入其中。与此相比，农业革命就“低调”的太多，就像一个是舞台上掷地有声一唱三叹的名角，另一个是后台班子吹拉弹奏拨弄小鼓的老师傅，论风光劲，差着远哩。
其实在此过程中，农业也早已是悄然步入了3.0时代。
1.0时代是以体力劳动为主的小农经济时代，生产过程依靠人力、畜力来完成，以使用手工工具、畜力农具为主;
2.0时代是机械化生产为主、适度经营的“种植大户”时代，在农业各部门中最大限度地使用各种机械代替手工工具进行生产;
3.0时代是以互联网和现代科学技术为主要特征的农业时代，微电子和软件在农业领域广泛应用，在农资流通、育种育苗、植物栽种管理、土壤及环境管理、农业技术服务等多个方面实施程序化和互联网的参与。
尽管，农业3.0现在如火如荼地开展起来，但是中国的脚步却没有完全跟上世界的步伐。中国地势环境复杂，农村生产结构多种多样，有些平原地区已经实现全机械化种植生产，而有些地区却还是停留在小农经济时代。可以说，中国农业发展情况是分散布局、区域式、深度不一的分布着。所以实现互联网与现代农业的结合，第一就是要面对如何提高农业生产力的问题。在”互联网+”形式不断完善的同时，还必须要给现代农业的普及留有一定时间。
此外，互联网思维尚未渗透至“三农”中，也是一个很大的问题。
互联网思维是一种现代互联网科技不断进步的背景下，对市场、用户、产品、企业价值、行业生态重新审视的思考方式。
将互联网思维运用到农业中，成功实现农业互联网新形态，关键的是对产业生态链的全局观把控。虽然现在很多创业者将互联网融入到农业当中，但是结构模式单一，资源整合力度不够，根本上还是没有摆脱小农经济思想，眼光长远角度不够，急于短线利益回收。这样终不能打造成功的“互联网+农业”生态体系，把自己禁足在一个盘子里，只会越走越窄，难成气候。
亦故，只有真正建立了对农民的爱，才会有做好互联网+农业的资格、战略和运营。
你不用等30年，金矿等你来挖掘，这是灵性的解放，觉悟
很显然，无论多么难，“互联网+农业”都是中国经济转型中的重点。
目前我国农村网民达到1.78亿，占总网民的27.5%，但大多只停留在简单应用层次，所以农村互联网生态想要建设，首先需要的是人才下乡，做好基层工作。没有基层建设，一切都将是空中楼阁。其次，需要更多的互联网公司做好每一条农业互联网生态链，当一条条链条纵横交错有机地结合起来，离“互联网+农业”实现的时候就不远了。
农业不同与其他行业，它需要你把自己真正的变成一个“农民”。
春耕秋收，锄挥汗洒，千百年来辛勤的农民不辞劳苦，形成独特的坚韧品质;晨曦理荒，带月荷锄，夕阳余晖总能把大山、地平线和人描绘在一起，化成一份无声的欢悦。
尽管时代在变化，但是农业身上的印记不会改变，做农业就要守住一份耐心，坚持一个等待，历练一种沉默。这不仅是农业所需要的，更是在现在高速发展的社会中所需要的心态。
当你不把农业当成是一个深藏的巨大物质金矿，而是自己成为一个巨大的精神金矿，金子将到处都是，取之不尽，用之不竭，这就是“农民”，这就是“互联网+”。
