摇摇，百米，嘟嘟，打车小秘，这些软件逐渐退出历史舞台，也许在和滴滴有关的心灵鸡汤里，你会了解滴滴的地推多么努力，多么玩命，如何注重客户体验，公司领导如何英明！换句话说，其他公司就不努力不玩命不注重客户体验不英明了吗？那问题来了为何不是你，陪我到最后？
摇摇招车：不做老大好多年！
为何从摇摇说起，曾几何时，摇摇才是老大，他们最早，曾经市场份额最多，从没有缺过钱。红杉资本和徐小平投资的公司，能差吗！并且当时在摇摇的眼里根本就没有滴滴，他的对手是易到！
1、推广没有花一分钱：当时摇摇的入口点是首都机场，不失行业老大的身份，出现的地点也高大上，但是他们没有看到，一股暗流正在北京西站，北京站等普通人和出租车聚集的地方涌动，这可以说是定位不同，不能说谁对谁错，但是在中国这样一个得流量者得天下的市场，老大的推广做的不够全面那就不对了！
2、地推大战：商场如战场，这句话不只是概念上，更包括真正的拳脚相加，至今仍然流传着一些传说，在广州和北京西站的打车APP地推人员都是战士，他们用鲜血捍卫着自己的传单，也有很多人受不了这样的战场纷纷退出，所以人员流动性非常大。血腥的地推同时意味着高投入，如果不是认准这种方式，相信很多决策者不会坚持下来。
3、拒绝腾讯：没错，腾讯一开始找的是摇摇，后来才找的滴滴。现在看起来拒绝腾讯这件事似乎是个壮举，但是换作是你，你会拒绝吗？多数也会！因为你具备了一切资源，有自己的定位，有自己的策略，有自己的用户，你会在资本面前低头吗？每天问自己十遍！
4、补贴搅局：摇摇和出租司机的关系是非常好的，和出租车餐厅合作也是摇摇做起来的，但是后来滴滴的补贴成为了一把利刃，割裂了摇摇辛苦建立起来的群众关系。
5、市场声音不大：看看在第二届互联网大会上周鸿祎拿着自己生产的手机与各位大佬玩自拍，就可以知道，声音大是一回事，大家是否爱听是另外一回事，砸钱投广告是有效的，但是如果你的广告能深入人心，那便是极好的！
百米租车：用房地产的思维干互联网，不行！
百米出租车存在了两年的时间，两年时间短吗？在这两年里北京10万名出租车司机里有一半的司机用上了百米出租车提供的平板电脑(笔者就看见过)！两年的时间长吗？对于在战场上厮杀的人们，这两年这也许天天度日如年！
1、市场调研：上大学的时候都学过吧，听听市场的声音，填个问卷。也正是基于市场调研，百米发现出租车司机智能设备普及率很低，所以他们决定软件+硬件的方式，独树一帜。这种方法在前期的确奏效，但是硬的东西就重，投入太高。所以调研不一定可信，因为那都是过去，而你的产品面对的是未来！借用周星驰的一句话：创作，其实是一件很主观的事情！我说：创业也是！
2、合作对象：百米率先与新月，渔阳等正规出租汽车公司合作，并且与96103达成协议，把96103的订单引入APP，但是这种公司的步调太慢，直到百米失败，数据引入的工作还没做完！而滴滴的做法是与百度地图合作，解决开始订单少的问题，所以门当户对是有道理的，所谓O2O把传统行业变为互联网+，也是有前提条件的！
3、遭遇滴滴：业内都说滴滴流氓，同样的评价也给过360，但是剑走偏锋这件事难说好坏。百米不是有平板吗，好，我给你提供刷机服务，同时刷上滴滴和摇摇。滴滴还提供虚假订单，也就是没有人订车，但是滴滴让你抢，很多司机认为手慢没有抢到，其实根本没有这单！基于这一点我要说，如何能够让用户产生粘性，是个学问，现在很多人开快的仅仅为了好玩，不就是玩吗，网游都是假的，但是能和别人抢一下依然很刺激！
4、听话是错吗：交通委说不能加价，百米就不加，交通委说司机要验证，百米就严格验证。而滴滴反而是最不听话的！这一点让我想起了工信部对电视盒子的限制，的确，你能限制住盒子，但是你能限制住手机吗，让手机变为电视盒子，这多么简单。如果工信部想连手机也限制，那习大大开的世界互联网大会还有什么意义！
5、在不缺钱的时候融资：百米的投资人是地产行业出身，所以不难理解，地产商人一定要跟着政策走，不能像野路子“滴滴”。地产商人也不缺钱，花吧！所以也没考虑融资的事情，到后来地产行业不景气，资金链瞬间崩裂，所以在不缺钱的时候融资，一定记住！
嘟嘟叫车：纯屌丝！
嘟嘟叫车的创始人是个普通大学生，后来由于政策限制立马转行做家政服务，用打车的思维做家政，不得不说转的好，作为一个普通人是无论如何不能和巨头争的，相信这位创始人一定可以成功！
打车小秘：断肠人在天涯！
它的确是小秘，因为它后面有个大款——易到用车！
1、定位高端：易到是做高端专车的，但是面对滴滴的迂回路线，也有点招架不住，滴滴有了用户，再做专车，那简直so easy！
2、大象难舞：易到盘子很大，但是并不聚焦，所以致使旗下的小秘半路夭折！
最后其实还有一个“快的”，有的人说它不是和滴滴合并了吗，哪来的失败，的确，马云何许人也，即使败也要不露痕迹，从现在阿里巴巴同优步合作继续与滴滴抗衡，就知道快的的确是败了，只是不明显！至于总结的话我就不说了，借用易到用车周总的话结束这篇文章吧！
