中国中小企业为何总是那么忙？因为大多数老板天天在救火。多数企业出问题都是员工把问题推给经理，经理把问题推给老板，老板无法逃避责任就只有亲自上阵到处救火。所以企业哪一处出问题，只要老板救火不及时，企业就损失惨重。
那么，怎么才能改变这个被动的局面呢？
企业老板一定要舍得分钱、分工、分权。才有下属愿意帮你分忧。如果老板把什么都握在自己手里，经理既没有经济权，又没有决策权，他们当然不愿意承担责任、解决问题啊！如果经理不能主动承担责任，那么老板自然很忙了。
因此，老板要经营好一家企业，就一定要学会用人，懂得放权。老板的工作是管人，而不是管事。因为人管好了，事就有人做了。人没有管好，老板天天都有忙不完的事。所以智慧的老板千万别本末倒置。
有的老板之所以天天忙着救火。一是因为不相信下属，所以下属不想干好。二是因为没有培训下属，所以他们没有能力干好。而且越是有能力的老板越不信任下属，更没有耐心培训下属。因此，企业成就是了老板一个人，浪费了企业一群人，这种企业不出问题才怪呢？
因为经营企业是团队运作，老板个人能力再强，也抵不过一个卓越的团队运作。所以老板千万别做个人英雄，你需要花时间、精力和金钱培养你的下属。只有你的下属强大，企业才能变得强大。
要知道，下属之所以没有能力，之所以不愿意承担责任，老板要负主要责任。因为他们今天的结局都是你老板造成的。
试想，企业招一群员工，老板既不信任他，又不培训他，也不放弃他，那么最终既浪费企业的资源，又浪费人才的时间，害人又害己啊！因此，老板用人的策略，要么放弃下属，要么培养下属、信任下属。二者必择其一。模棱两可的做法只会让企业损失更大。
今天的企业出问题，大多数是老板和员工的思想没有统一。员工抱怨企业条件太差，老板抱怨员工能力太差。可是员工不敢跳槽，因为他担心出去了也不一定能找得到好的企业；老板也不敢放人，因为他担心把人放了也不一定能招聘到更优秀的人才。所以老板和员工就如同没有感情的夫妻，虽同居却不同心，这样的企业团队会有战斗力吗？
那么，老板如何防火呢？
企业招聘不是选择你想要的人，而是选择欣赏你的人。招聘不是单相思，而是彼此相恋，而且被爱比爱人更可靠。一个员工只要有意愿为公司做事。即使没有能力有可以培养。
相反，一个人有能力，却不愿意发挥才能，不愿意承担责任，那么这样的人再有能力也没有用的。因为企业大多数出问题，往往不是能力了出了问题，而是责任心出了问题。所以企业招聘有责任心的员工比招聘有能力而没有意愿的人更重要。
而且，老板要想工作轻松，一定要培养几个心腹。这样，当企业出现重大问题时，企业有人顶、有人担、有人负责，而不是什么事都让老板出面解决。只有这样，企业才会越做越轻松。
