摘要： 对卓越的执著，外部的压力，甚至成功后失去目标或者发现目标错了，都会使得企业家更容易患上抑郁症。
前段时间，优客工场创始人毛大庆的一篇文章《跑步治好了我的抑郁症》在微信朋友圈里热转。他讲述了自己如何得了抑郁症，跑步又如何治愈了他的抑郁症。临床研究表明，坚持跑步对抑郁症的治疗效果比药物更好，这个话题已经不用讨论。本文笔者想要讨论的是，那么多企业家都在跑步，是不是因为他们更容易得抑郁症？
笔者手头并没有定量研究的数据。一方面没有人做这方面的研究，一方面这个研究也很难做，除了少数重度抑郁症容易诊断之外，大多数轻度抑郁症就像感冒一样不容易引起重视，也很难统计。根据笔者和企业家接触的经验来看，在各种心理疾病中，抑郁症可能是企业家最容易患的一种病了。
抑郁症有哪些表现呢？情绪低落、思维迟缓、运动抑制、心境悲观、态度冷淡、兴趣丧失、夜以继日地自责、自我评价过低等。根据抑郁症的深浅，不同的人有不同的表现，比较浅的可能只是情绪低落，比较严重的则可能导致自杀。据统计，85%以上的抑郁症患者有自杀倾向，10%~5%的抑郁症患者会实施自杀。
当然，很多人只是偶尔心情抑郁，还没有严重到抑郁症的程度。抑郁和抑郁症的关系就像亚健康和疾病一样，如果一个人长期抑郁，就容易转化为抑郁症。仅从抑郁层面来说，企业家受此影响的概率也要比其他人高一些。笔者尝试着从企业家的心理特质和外部环境两方面去分析，为什么企业家群体更容易抑郁。
我们经常说企业家精神，其中最重要的特质就是敢于冒险和追求卓越。一个人选择去创办企业，通常是对现状不满，要做点不一样的事情，并愿意为此承担巨大的风险。职业精英人士也是如此，他们天性追求卓越，其另一面就是对平庸的不满，包括对自己平庸状态的不满，他们比一般人承受了更大的心理压力。
这种对卓越的执著往往是一把双刃剑，这种“死磕自己”的精神会让他们在职业上取得卓越绩效，但其代价就是他们抑郁的可能性比一般人大得多。在一般人看来，他们已经做得很出色了，但他们就是对自己不满意。华为总裁任正非在创业早期压力很大，他曾想过“研发不成功就跳楼”，这种压力导致他患上了抑郁症。
上面说的压力主要来自于对自己的严格要求，但更多压力来自于外部。由于经营企业本身就是一件高风险的事情，企业家们经常会面对各种外部压力，比如资金紧张、“友商”竞争、政商关系、人事冲突和政策不确定。不是所有问题都能得到妥善解决，一个人长期生活在挫败之中，很容易让人产生抑郁倾向。
还有一些企业家意志力很强，也对挫败产生了适应力，在创业路上往往如鱼得水，但他们成功之后，还是有可能患上抑郁症。他们成功之后或者失去了目标，或者发现之前的目标错了，就像“中年危机”一样——千辛万苦爬到了梯子顶端，却发现梯子搭错了墙。我认识的一位企业家就在公司上市之后，对工作完全失去了兴趣，郁郁寡欢，后来他周游世界一年多，才重新找到工作的目标和乐趣。
抑郁或者抑郁症往往是人看待自己和他人失调的产物，要么是对自己要求太高，自我评价太低，要么是对意义感的缺失。这种症候在一些高压力的精英群体中很常见，甚至可以归类于这个群体的习惯性“工伤”。就像高血压是“富贵病”一样，抑郁也是一种“精英病”。“二逼青年欢乐多”，他们是不会抑郁的。
如何预防这种“精英病”呢？道理也很简单，给你送三碗“鸡汤”：首先是别把自己太当回事，动不动就要改造世界、拯救世界，你丫就是一平凡人！其次是认识到挫败是工作的一部分，要学会和它和谐相处，别期待工作天天有高潮！ 最后是工作也只是生活的一部分，要有点爱好，别把自己搞成了一个工作狂！
如果你觉得这些“鸡汤”都是些知易行难的废话，还有一个办法可以让你立马行动起来：当你觉得抑郁的时候，穿上跑鞋，戴上耳机，跑个10公里，立马你就不抑郁了。学习毛大庆好榜样！跑步会上瘾的，一周3~5次，药不能停！
