没有人不渴望成功，其实，在人的一生当中，大多数人都尝试过创业，只不过，有的人趁势雄起，有的人失败颓废，不同的过程，自然有着不同的风景。
创业如很多事情一样，不曾开始，没有人能预知结果，人生总要有所选择，有的人情愿停在过去，有的人却愿意博个未来。站在人生的十字路口，创业者通常最喜欢说一句“拼一把吧！”，其实，大家都知道，拼搏的结果，一边通往天堂，一边通往地狱，一面炙热如火，一面寒冰如歌。
但是，也只有经历过的人才会懂得，不论成败，创业路上的收获很多很多，苦辣酸甜，自有创业的销魂之处！
1、创业就是失去现在要未来
创业是脱离多数人的轨道，选择一种特别的人生轨道。如果不想脱离常轨，就不要创业。
马云高考好几年都没考上，好不容易考上了杭州师范学院外语系，毕业以后当了五年英语老师。突然要到北京去做生意，中间做了很多小买卖都做不成，失败以后去爬长城去了，不到长城非好汉，在长城上发誓要办一个世界上最伟大的公司。现在才十几年，居然成了。
他为什么成功了？那就是因为他勇于改变，变的和普通人不一样了，他不再当老师了，不再朝九晚五了，不在课堂上讲课了，改为开始求人做生意了。脱离了所有的常轨，结果把这事慢慢做起来了。现在果然是全球最伟大的公司。
我们再讲一个故事，女孩子都喜欢做梦，喜欢爱情。但真正把爱情当饭吃的在中国只有一个人，就是琼瑶。很多人谈爱情都在常轨上，谈恋爱，结婚、生子，平常人都是把爱情转化成日子。琼瑶把爱情结合上了创业，所以琼瑶也是企业家，她和所有企业家一样，做了不同寻常的事情。如果她一开始不把爱情当真，就不可能有这样的成就。
创业不是真正过日子，创业要脱离常轨，一定要记住，创业一种是勾搭，一种是爱情。勾搭就是正常生活，爱情就是小概率事件。
人生只有两种，一种过日子讨生活，日子要熬着过。还有一种人生就是挑战命运，改变生活，创造自己的未来。这部分人是非常少的，都是不按常规来，都是挑战命运、改变未来，创造生活新形式。
2、从95%的人变成5%的人
世界上有两种人生非常不平衡。第一种人生占到95%，第二种人生是5%。大部分都是95%的人在电视和故事里看5%的人生，也就是常人眼里看的不一样的人生。
所以在常人里做极端的事情，哪怕不违法，也会被很多人批评。但你坚持进入到5%里后，就开始有人说好了。这就是人生的转换。
说来道去，创业，就是95%的人要变成5%的人，变成和其他人不一样的人。
在这个过程中，面临的所有的事情都会和传统人生不一样了。这个不一样就是以不确定的方式在不确定的环境下寻找确定的结论，这个结论就是成功。
所以最大的精彩就是在不确定中体验这种确定带来的失败、成功、焦虑、等待、孤独、喜悦等所谓五味。不变的叫愿景，叫价值观。变的是生意的形式。不管怎么变，还是想要做一个好人。
3、创业者一开始都缺钱
刚开始创业，面临的最大的不确定就是缺钱。钱在别人口袋，怎么能跑到你的口袋呢？冯仑认为，谋人钱财其难度仅次于夺人贞操。而没钱要变成有钱，这才是创业的动力。
一群人创业都没钱，为什么就有几个人成功？李嘉诚出现之前，香港有钱人也很多，马云创业的时候也没有钱，但为什么人家喜欢把钱给李嘉诚？把钱给马云？
过去开始创业的时候不是一般的没钱，连生活费都没有。那个时候经济不像今天这么发达，所有人凑起来的几万块钱全是借的，拿到执照后就剩下不了几个钱了，一群人就坐在海南的马路牙子上，和今天的农民工一样。一想，钱路茫茫。于是，就开始继续借。
借钱本身就是一项挑战。在借的过程中，挑战的是人的自尊心。很多时候，你帮我做这个事，我来帮你做那个事，用事来交换。当然，也有很多因素在里面，其中一个重要的是诚实。这不仅表现在借钱之前，还表现在借钱之后。赚钱了，原来答应别人的事情都做到没有，而且别人遇到困难你也帮助人家了没有？
人的一生总在这个因果里不停地循环。现在很多以前帮助我们的老人，以前帮我，现在有义务去照顾。如果你开始不诚实，后来不感恩，这个故事要是传出去了，以后谁还敢借给你钱？所以很多事经过多年的累积，人家会知道，你这人值得帮忙。
在创业的过程中，如果有失败和挫折，如果你不停步，还会有希望。所有的成功都是给不害怕失败的人准备的，和无情的面对失败的人准备的。而不是给那些老想着成功的人准备的，因为这真的是个小概率事件。很多人都在半道上牺牲了。那你还可以坚持往下走，但实在不行了，还可以去给别人打工。所以人生没有高下，只有不同的精彩。
