01.对自己不够诚实
美国第三大电信运营商CenturyLink前首席信息官卢卡斯·卡尔森（Lucas Carlson）称：“如果你对自己都不够诚实，那么你无法做出真正改善公司状况的关键决策。你会为自己寻找借口或编造故事，以便掩饰你不愿意承担自己责任的行为，甚至连你自己都无法相信自己讲述的全部故事。你需要健康的怀疑态度，以便能够取得真正进步。”
02.怀着错误的理由创业

06.糟糕的雇佣决策
软件厂商Hawthorne Labs联合创始人埃文·雷斯（Evan Reas）说：“团队是创业过程中最重要的部分，错误的雇佣可能导致创业失败。当你以技能、智力以及坚韧等标准招人时，很容易陷入创业陷阱中，那会让你以为自己雇佣到了‘足够好’的员工，但实际上这可能是致命的。如果你犯了错误，可能很快就会被抛弃。”
07.不注重销售
