创业者有“七似”：“似丐”、“似娼”、似盗”、“似匪”、“似侠”、“似王”、“似神”。
创业“七似”之第一似：当一个极具诱惑力的想法在创业者的脑海中徘徊，但却苦于没有足够的资金来实现时，漫漫的融资之路就将这样开始了，所以这互联网创业的第一似就是：“似丐”;
创业“七似”之第二似：在创业的漫漫征程之初，产品还未成型，这时候能够出卖的只能是自己的身体和四处洋溢着的激情，我们夜以继日的工作，挥霍身体，晚上尤为繁忙，我们用自己病态的劳动态度和肢体语言来取悦有兴趣的客户或投资人，还偶遭抛弃和不付钱者，此时“似娼”;
创业“七似”之第三似：产品终于浮出水面了，但放眼望去，先行的竞争者也早已遍布街头，在恐慌和压力下，理想和原则不见了踪影，只要有用户、有收入、有结果，手段已不再重要，小偷小摸在所难免，此一阶段“似盗”;
创业“七似”之第四似：创业者都是理想主义者，进入温饱阶段后，人们最原始的野心又重新焕发出来了，但这一阶段的扩张，缓步慢行是不靠谱儿的，好在已经积累了些体力和几条枪在手，抢吧，终于明白这就是个弱肉强食的时代，看他们的面孔就知道“似匪”;
创业“七似”之第五似：有志向的人不能永远做匪，在地盘逐渐明确，已成为一方诸侯之后，创业者也逐渐发现，除了地盘之外还要有品牌，除了钱之外还要有口碑，此时要真真假假的做些善事，甚至朝自己曾经做过恶的战场扔几颗炮弹，以示自己的社会责任感，这个时候“似侠”;
创业“七似”之第六似：不是所有乞丐、盗匪出身的人都只能贼行一世，历史证明，其中不乏王者，这些人有心胸有抱负，在获得了足够资源支撑后，佐以天时地利的机会，在复杂的竞争中胜出，之后被僚属景仰，世人尊重，这些人“似王”;
创业“七似”之第七似：也有的人，一不小心上市了，一不小心进了富豪榜，再不小心有了各种头衔，而后又不小心地真的信了这些虚头巴脑的名目，再回想自己精彩的创业过程，自然略过了那些见不得人的原罪，发现自己就是和普通人不一样，天生就应该被人敬仰。到这儿，这孙子差不多走到头了——“似神”。
