去到每个公司辅导，老板几乎都会提及团队问题，有讲团队胜任力问题，有讲团队培养问题，有讲团队协作问题，也讲团队凝聚力执行力问题；每家企业都渴望有个战斗力团队，用了很多的方法去培养团队，可就是培养不出，瑞海就此问题说说个人看法。
创业型团队应该具备的5个显著特征：凝聚力、目标感、战斗力、创造力、愉悦感！也就是聚集在一起朝着一个目标努力创造的一群喜悦的人组成的团队！
凝聚力
为啥凝聚在一起，一份情义，一个机会，一个目标，一份事业，一份使命？凝聚的起因可以不一样，但做企业做的是一份事业一份使命，做的是传承。
在经济环境变幻莫测的时代，我们可以不知道我们会做到什么，但一定要知道自己为啥做？创业的团队对愿景和使命的笃行应该是坚定不移的。期间很多的愿景和目标都是创业者个人提出的，大家对愿景和目标的感受弱，甚至很多团队个人梦想都没被点燃。企业相信的文化是训练的重点。
目标感
不是没有目标而是我们的指标指导体系出了问题。大多在公司的人都有目标，都知道岗位的目标，但团队做了很多事结果不好，或者做了这个忽略那个，制造了很多的内部争议和争吵，甚至内耗。
说白了就说是到底用收益率指导团队工作，还是用业绩指导团队工作？很多老板用各个岗位的业绩指标来指导团队，必然出现本位主义，出现南辕北辙，出现难易平衡。指标是经营活动的风向标，导向不对，事情注定顾此失彼。绩效指标体系的设计是重中之重。
战斗力
其实更多问题出现在协调作战上。很多时候我们都会说某某个人有能力有优势，但聚在一起，战斗力就下降，企业的经营目标经常实现不了。
为啥是团队不能按照军队作战一样有秩序和规矩，7-8个部门各自上，是很多团队的状态，这是企业内部运营体系问题的集中表现，花钱服务赚钱的，赚钱服务给钱的，前方作战后方保障的体系一定要深入机制流程职责。另花钱与赚钱的对话，赚钱对花钱的成本买单，可以有效杜绝企业浪费。
创造力
很大部分原因在缺乏思考力和跟市场用户距离太远。企业为啥只有老板或者少数人在思考创新，原因一不思考，原因二思考无效，原因三转换有限。因为很多人是被执行的人，久而久之失去了思考了，这是培养中忽略带着团队思考的习惯做成的。
思考无效，更多是不懂创新的原点在市场在客户，所有的价值活动，所有的改善目标其实都是为满足客户新的需求满足市场竞争的需求。转换有限更多要想明白改善是为了改善什么财务指标，是业绩增长，净现金流入，利润，周转，收益；其中大家关注的效率更多是周转的指标。
愉悦感
我想很多团队有很多愉悦的活动，但更多的愉悦来自于沟通和团队自身本人的愉悦，内心不愉悦很难把愉悦带给别人。老板压力大，老板的历练很苦，但做企业就是一场修行，只有内心的愉悦，才有团队的愉悦，带着团队一起愉悦，享受每一个人带给你的修行，因为他会让你更加强大。
