对于互联网家装来讲，它是日益没落的房地产业与痛点百出的传统家装行业的孪生体。它不仅担负着延续后房地产时代辉煌的责任，更加担负着重塑传统家装业在人们心目当中印象的重任。责任总是伴随着两个极端，一个极端是为了责任而奋发有为，努力创新，做出改变，赢得市场；一个极端是被责任逐渐压垮了身体，再也直不起头来。
极端在中国人的概念中始终都不是一个好的字眼，至少在很多奉行中庸之道的中国人心中并不是一个好的字眼。所以，尽管互联网家装在过去的一年里做出了一些改变，我们却依然并没有看到溢美之词，质疑声似乎更多。
痛点很多、改变很少、体验很差、材料不好……这些很多在传统家装中经常会遇到的标签依然被打在了互联网家装的身上。于是，我们开始质疑：是不是家装行业对互联网有着天生的免疫力，让互联网难以攻破家装行业的堡垒？是不是家装行业并不适合互联网化？是不是家装行业天生缺少互联网的特质？所有的疑问累积起来让人们开始感受到这个原本就非常传统的行业似乎真的并不具有互联网特质，而家装行业互联网化的这一年也并没有给我们的生活带来些许大的改变。
细想起来，人们的这些担忧似乎都有他们各自的道理。40000亿的市场规模已经足够巨大，大到现在都没有哪一家家装企业占到整个市场的1%；牵扯到的市场环节太过广泛，广泛到它能够牵扯到上下游的十几个甚至几十个行业，影响到成千上万人的就业；用户的痛点太多，多到任何一个装修过的人都不愿意再次提及它；切入点太多太过零散，以至于让很多刚刚加入家装领域的人根本就不知道该如何切入……尽管有如此多的困难却依然挡不住互联网家装被众多资本关注的目光。于是，红杉、经纬、小米、58同城等资本对于互联网家装的投资便由此开始了。
资本早已关注互联网家装
土巴兔完成红杉、经纬、58同城投资的2亿美元C轮融资；齐家网获得总额1.6亿美元的D轮融资；构家网获得4000万元的天使轮融资；一起装修网获得由创湃资本和慧鑫泉投资领投的2亿美元的融资；爱空间获得6000万元的小米雷军的投资……资本的嗅觉远远比我们普通人灵敏得多，他们的介入让原本平静的互联网家装市场一时间变得风起云涌。
原本有些沉闷的家装市场开始变得活跃起来。一大波的家装公司陆续获得资本的关注让一场火热的用户抢夺大战在线上和线下的媒体间展开；汪涵、黄晓明等一众明星也加入到了这场争夺用户的大战当中。
人们似乎从这个时候才开始关注互联网家装行业。其实在这之前，互联网家装行业已经开始受到众多资本的关注。他们对于家装外围市场的布局也已缓慢展开，而对于互联网家装的布局，只不过是他们收网之作而已。
资本关注互联网家装在情理之中，但是他们对于互联网家装的关注有一个特点，那就是他们更多的是关注那些用户量较多或者是对家装行业有可能产生颠覆性改变的公司。然而，正是资本独特的关注点才让人们对于互联网家装能否给家装行业带来改变产生了怀疑，因为对他们来讲，资本的关注点距离他们太过遥远。
质疑声困扰着缓慢前行的互联网家装
互联网家装行业在获得资本关注的同时也获得了很多质疑声。之所以会产生质疑声主要是由于人们长期以来被家装行业的痛点牵绊太多，对于新鲜的事物他们依然需要一段时间的适应才能完全接受。另外，信息来源的繁杂让很多原本在传统行业当中容易被掩盖的一些问题和毛病得到持续地发酵和恶化。那么，人们对于互联网家装的质疑声有哪些呢？
第一，互联网的特质与其他行业相比较少。尽管家装行业与互联网产生了融合，并且很多传统家装的环节被搬到了线上实现，但是却依然逃不脱人们对它的质疑。如今，人们不用再去商店便能够通过淘宝、京东等电商平台购买到自己喜欢的衣服、电子产品、美食等产品，但是如果人们不去装修现场的话却无法实现对家装施工的全方位监控。尽管有些互联网家装公司通过实时互联的监控技术实现了对家装现场的24小时实时在线监控，但是人们通过手机APP看到的也只是现场的一些画面而已，并不能对现场的工作人们进行直接干预，即使他们发现了施工过程当中的问题，这些问题并不能第一时间反馈给现场施工工人，信息反馈的滞后让人们开始怀疑这种监控是不是只是一个摆设？业主对施工工人的影响是不是还没有直接到现场来得直接和快速？
施工监督只是一个方面，对于材料的关注更是让业主对互联网家装的质疑有增无减。人们对于直接影响到装修效果的关注同样很高。虽然互联网家装公司通过整合线下的材料供应商对家装材料进行的集中管理和供应，业主拿到的材料价格比在市场上买到的价格也低很多，但是这丝毫没有减少人们对于这种供应模式的质疑。人们开始怀疑这种装修材料的供应模式是不是会造成从生产厂商那里便已经出现偷工减料的情况？
第二，用户的互联网体验较少。互联网家装的用户体验中缺少太多的互联网因素是人们对于互联网家装产生质疑的主要原因。现在很多互联网家装网站虽然很多的用户都来自线上，但是等到用户进入到实际的签约、设计、施工、验收等环节之后，他们提供服务的形式基本上都是通过线下来完成的。这种体验造成了互联网家装中的真实的互联网体验较少，很多业主依然会陷入到传统家装的泥潭之中。这种体验很难让用户感受到互联网的气息，进而会给用户一种互联网元素较少的判断。
第三，一线工人的互联网化有待提高。互联网家装是发端于行业顶端的一种互联网模式，这种模式带来的一种结果便是处于行业底端的施工工人很难感受到互联网对这个行业产生的影响，并很难将互联网的思维贯彻到底。而广大业主面对的正是这些互联网化程度并不高的一线工人，一线工人依然处于传统阶段很难让业主不对互联网家装产生质疑。施工混乱、施工不科学、施工不规范、野蛮施工、偷懒施工等问题依然存在，这无疑会让用户对互联网家装产生质疑。
互联网家装创新点很多，只是你没有发现而已
资本介入与用户的质疑形成了鲜明的对比，这看似矛盾的表现让我们有理由对互联网家装的真实情况进行深入地分析与研究。如果互联网家装对传统家装没有任何地改变，一向以嗅觉灵敏著称的资本会将大额资金投给他们吗？如果互联网家装没有对传统家装产生改变，为什么依然会有用户义无反顾地选择他们？这两种看似矛盾的表现只有一个解释，那就是互联网家装已经给家装行业带来的改变，并且这些改变已经产生了正面积极的影响。尽管这些影响还比较微弱，但是它至少已经影响了资本和一部分用户。那么，互联网家装的创新点到底有哪些呢？
第一，信息来源逐渐增多，业主不再一叶障目。互联网对于家装行业最大的改变无疑就是信息来源的增多。传统家装中，人们获取家装信息的渠道主要是传统纸媒、装修公司和业主之间的口碑相传为主，这些信息传播途径对于40000亿的市场规模来讲显然无法满足众多业主的装修需求。
信息的缺失、专业知识的缺乏让很多业主在装修的时候经常被一些专业术语或者专业标准所困扰，而这些专业术语和标准恰恰会对他们的装修预算，装修效果产生根本的影响，等到业主发现其中的猫腻找装修公司理论的时候，装修公司通常会以种种借口推脱责任，最后业主只能有口难言。
互联网家装的出现让这种信息缺失的情况并不是不复存在，而是大大减少。这些网站上面有关家装的知识让用户在家中便能够轻松学习装修的相关知识。用户只需要打开电脑便能够查询到与家装相关的所有信息，这让在传统家装中处于弱势地位的业主开始逐步掌握主动权，业主开始利用自己掌握的知识和信息规避传统家装中的一些痛点和黑幕，不再一叶障目。
第二，打破了传统家装中的一些壁垒，业主获得了实实在在的好处。
这些互联网家装公司对于传统家装的改变无疑打破了其中存在的壁垒，让业主获得了一种实实在在的装修体验。在传统家装中看不见摸不着的环节在互联网家装中有了极大改观。虽然现在人们通过互联网家装的APP无法对一线的施工工人产生直接影响，但是至少能够看到了原本需要旷工、请假才能看到的装修现场的真实情况。
第三，互联网家装与互联网金融开始深度融合，并让用户感受到了切实的实惠。互联网特点就是让很多原本看似毫不相干的行业聚拢到一切，并让他们产生深度融合。互联网家装也是一样。互联网家装的出现让互联网金融有了另外一种适用的可能。为了缓解人们装修过程当中的资金困难，互联网家装公司推出了针对装修资金方面的金融业务……这些创新的应用让用户在装修的时候在资金上得到了很大支持。
互联网家装与互联网金融的创新结合和应用无疑让人们体验到了一种传统家装中从未体验过的方便与快捷，而这也可以说是互联网家装的另一个创新点。
第四，互联网技术已经开始融入到了家装行业当中。尽管互联网技术并未给市场规模庞大的家装市场带来翻天覆地的变化，但是一些互联网技术已经给家装行业带来切实的改观。构家网利用互联网的全影成像技术让业主在下单之前便能够看到未来家的样子，实现720°的全景漫游，再通过将设计方案进行云端整合和处理让业主在网上能够进行家装的混搭，实现家装过程的DIY。这些互联网技术在家装行业当中的应用无疑让我们看到了互联网家装的另外一个创新点。
正是互联网家装的这些创新点让资本和部分用户看到了它的潜质，所以才会有资本的持续注入，才会有在质疑声中用户的不断倔强进入。这也就是能够解释为什么资本早就看到了互联网家装强大的潜力，也能够解释为什么有些用户依然对互联网家装抱有希望。只是互联网家装多达40000亿的市场规模让它的这些创新点显得并不那么耀眼夺目而已，而这些改变或许只有我们真正深入观察之后才会发现他们的存在。
