自从我离开传媒行业，开始互联网创业之后，来找我咨询创业事宜的朋友，已经不下百位。
这些朋友，或海归，或土鳖；或传统行业老板，或企业中高管；或国企，或外企。他们有两个共同的特点：
其一，都是自己所在领域的精英，不乏已经功成名就者，普遍勤奋高智；其二，也都明显感觉到传统行业的危机，不想成为温水里的青蛙，希望在30-40岁的年纪，能够再成就一番事业。
当然，更重要的也许是新经济带来的巨大机会，让他们感受到了同侪压力。比如习近平访美，带上了程维；再如李克强接见老中青三代企业家，专门与王兴、张一鸣这样的“嫩创”握手。这三位年轻人创办的滴滴、美团、今日头条，恰恰是这拨移动互联网热潮中最大的三个赢家。
我一直有一个观点，即创业是最后的阶层上升通道。这一观点也为数据所证实。
根据《福布斯》中文版发布的报告，预计到2015年底，中国私人可投资资产1千万人民币以上的高净值人群规模将达到112万人。这其中，企业主占了一大半。
其他高净值人口包括，投资者（房产、股票）、企业金领。但社会阶层不仅考虑财富规模，还要看社会资源和社会声望，考虑到这两个因素，创业几乎成了逆袭的唯一通道。
1978年、1992年、2001年
在中国市场经济改革之前，国人的阶层上升通道和传统社会差不多，主要是依靠高考。
自隋炀帝在大业三年（607年），开科取士，到光绪三十一年（1905年）废除科举，千百年来，底层社会与帝国庙堂之间，始终有着读书这样一个上升阶梯，对于维护社会稳定，保证社会活力，有着极其重要的意义。
1905年废除科举之后仅6年，满清即宣告崩溃，史家历来有一观点，认为光绪废除了青年精英的“中国梦”，将士子与士绅推向了革命，加速了封建王朝的衰竭。
辛亥之后，国民党大佬胡汉民就说过，“如果科举不废，谁还来革命！”事实上只要社会还给精英留有出路，按照正常的人性来计算，没有人会愿意去做刀口舔血的革命生意。
此后中国在内忧外患下饱经沧桑，一直到1977年邓小平20分钟内决定恢复高考，此后数十年间，社会活力有目共睹，无数底层青年有了翻身的机会。
如今福布斯富豪榜中的财富精英，如王健林、许家印之辈，都是在1978年参加高考，完成了人生的关键一跃，如今长期盘踞于各类富豪榜的前十。
1992年，市场经济地位的确立，更是开放了自由竞争的空间，在传统仕途之外，给与青年精英一条高耸入云的上升阶梯。
这个时期的创业热潮，丝毫不亚于今天，高级公务员下海者比比皆是，统计说1992年辞官下海者凡12万人，社会价值观是“最优秀的人应该从商”。以致现在企业家群落中，有“92派”之谓，一大批政治精英在上升空间受挫之后，在商界取得了不俗的成就。
而在民间，则有浙江草根商人自成一脉，偏安于京师千里之外，上承数千年民间商帮基因，下接经济改革带来的消费红利，很快在消费品、轻工、外贸领域占据潮头，以宗庆后为代表的这脉商人，纯粹以草根起家至今依然是各类富豪榜的主力。
2001年则是又一个新的分水岭。两件大事决定了财富的流向，以及今天各路精英的命运。
其一是中国入世，经济腾飞；其二是互联网开始流行。
一方面，入世带来的经济效应让上一波完成原始积累的富豪，财富飞速增值，而在这个食物链的下游，也有无数国人尝到了财富自由的滋味。
另一方面，互联网造就了张朝阳、丁磊这些新贵，互联网开始发芽，并逐渐侵入普通人的日常生活。马云、马化腾、李彦宏们随后爆发，BAT霸业初成。
2008年、2012年
事情在2008年之后起了很大的变化，无数的屌丝青年突然发现，逆袭越来越难。
这一年，汶川地震、北京奥运、经济危机的发生，让国家加强了对宏观经济和整个社会的控制，中国经济发展模式走到了一个拐点，整个经济领域都缺乏新引擎。
一方面是国企的收益相对稳固，成为海归择业的首选之地；另一方面民间经济的活力开始下降，外企和小型民企日子越过越紧，风光不再。
我身边的社会精英，则在房贷、教育、医疗这三座大山的压力之下，结结实实感受到生活之重。
更要命的是，职场上留给刚毕业小鲜肉的机会也越来越少，原因也很简单，起点已经明显不再公平。
这一代年轻人遇到的新问题就在于，他们的父辈经过改革开放三十年的浮沉，已经进入了不同阶层，当子女辈进入职场之后，父荫和家族的提携，直接决定了自己在职场中的起点和未来。拼爹已经不是公务部门的个别现象，而是泛滥至外企和民企的普遍现象。
换而言之，普遍存在的起点不公平，使得高考（科举），已经不再是阶层流通的显性通道。
实话实说，2008年之后毕业的大学生是很苦逼的。一方面，北上广深的房价高企，很难想象这些年轻人能够靠自己的工资解决房贷；另一方面，缺乏上升的想象空间，也会让年轻人觉得比较苦闷，没有盼头。
以致到2012年，一个名叫“屌丝”的网络脏词席卷中国，这当然是一种自嘲，承认自己无力回天，认命式自娱，回应这个缺乏光荣与梦想的时代。
2012也是换届之年，政治驱动下的中国经济迎来契机。一方面国有企业的地位得到了加强，对于执政者来说，自己掌控的经济底盘更加稳固；另一方面，在技术和监管上完成对互联网信息的绝对掌控后，可以坐收互联网的经济红利，遂有总理一而再，再而三出台各种利好，鼓励全民创业之举。
很多年以后，我们回顾2012，会发现无数公司是在这一年奠定了自己的霸业。无论是前面提到的滴滴、美团、今日头条，还是雷军的小米，都是在这一年奠定了坚实的基础。伴随着这一轮的财富效应或曰“风口”，屌丝们终于有了喘息的机会，前方看到了一丝亮色。
当高考不再成为唯一的阶层上升通道时，另一道大门被打开了。以互联网为代表的新经济通道，是一个纯粹市场化，起点也很公平的崭新阶梯。
创业就是把人证券化
如今，创业成为一个全民现象，于是在认知上也出现了极端现象。
一种是年轻人容易把创业想象成暴富的捷径，看到无数的财富神话之后，总觉得自己也是不可一世，各种咖啡馆都能听到估值、VC这些江湖黑话，而实际上第一次创业的成功率不会超过10%。
一种是老人心态总觉得创业就是不靠谱，还是在大公司呆着安心，却忽视了今天的安全区就是明天的危险区，温水煮青蛙的心态，会导致在信息和产业快速迭代的今天，个人很快就会失去竞争力。
实际上，做成一家百亿美金的上市公司，永远是运气成分居多。但如今在传统经济见顶，新经济和产业升级机会层出不穷的年代里，机会仍然相当之多。
更重要的是，这一代的创业者们，除了面临增量的市场机会之外，还有一个大机遇就是资本市场为个人变现清除了障碍。新三板、新四板对“估值”的认可，让创业者个人有非常多的变现通道。
就我个人的理解，创业的本质是投资自己，把创业者个人的专业技能和人脉资源证券化。在创业公司股权的流动性大大增强之后，创业者的个人财务问题会很容易解决，这比在大公司打工带来的收益要高得多。
最近有两个朋友找我咨询创业，他们都比较郁闷。一个是十多年500强外企经验，但在晋升过程中被公司政治暗算了一把；另一个是10多年央企经验，以前工资就不高，但最近工作量突然变大，而且各种隐形福利不再。
他们在传统大型公司恐龙化的体制之下，并未能充分发挥个人能力，而且也无法将个人能力证券化，以便在市场中流通与变现。
需要重视的是，这一波互联网热潮对实体经济的侵袭，并不仅仅是在产品、商业模式层面，而是在公司组织、激励模式上，形成了系统性的挑战。这也是传统行业无法真正转型的原因所在。
创业是最后的阶层上升通道
现在，我们大约可以下两个结论。
第一，高考（科举），大约只能让年轻人勉强组建小康之家，但随着上代人权力和资本的积累，后续年轻人的上升通道越来越窄；
第二，创业是最后的阶层上升通道，而且这个通道并不会随着互联网红利的消失而消失。
最后，顺便反驳一下两个关于创业的流行论调。
其一，有人说，现在是资本寒冬，创业就是泡沫。
就我个人感受，所谓的资本寒冬，只是在B轮、C轮这些亿元级投资比较受影响，而在天使和A轮阶段的公司，这种效应并不明显。我或者朋友参与的公司，几乎全部完成融资，或者自己有足够的收入根本不需要融资。
当然，创业肯定是一个九死一生，成功率极低的行当，要知道王兴、张一鸣这些人，以及更早的马云、马化腾也都不是第一次创业就成功。如何理性的认识创业，学习创业的方法论，是另外一个话题。总而言之，逆袭很难，但总好过没有逆袭的机会。
其二，有人说，创业是政府在推卸就业责任，互联网泡沫已经到头了。
其实就业这个问题本来就跟政府没半毛钱关系。宏观经济固然在下降通道，政府鼓励创业也有确然有解决就业的动机，但从大的经济基本面看，传统经济的饱和，以及互联网、消费升级引领了新经济空间，就基本确立了创业成为这一代青年精英的上升通道。
事实上目前仍然是资本过剩，全球范围内优良资产都匮乏的局面，在这样的情况下，行业精英在新经济领域创造全新的产品，建立全新的商业模式，实在是时势推动的必然。
中国的经济改革有一个特点，就是存量不动，用增量改革推动经济发展。从1978年小岗村的农业试验，到2015年互联网金融的网开一面，都是这种“试点经济”的现实实践。只是今天的变革者，不需要像小岗村的农民那样，提着人头谈改革。
在可以预见的数十年中，存量的传统经济领域，利益格局很难撼动，阶层流动的通道正在收窄。而增量改革的空间依然很大，包括金融、医疗、教育、农业等领域都在逐渐释放政策红利，里面依然孕育着大量的创业机会，上述每一个领域都是万亿级的市场。
可以想见，在很长一段时间内，各个领域的创业红利都会当作一种隐形的国民福利交给一代代的青年精英。他们在为自己创造财富的同时，也驱动着各种经济引擎，为社会带来活力，让国家更为健康。
让青年精英对国家和未来保有希望，类似科举制度留给古代士子的机会，这是政治未能开放之时，留给这一代年轻人最后的阶层上升通道。
