在四大门户网站之中，网易新闻的评论氛围是最好的，概莫能及。而到了移动互联网时代，网易云音乐推出较晚，但很多地方表现突出，又打造了一个非常有评论氛围的产品。到底网易云音乐是怎样后发制人的呢？
1、网易云音乐推出时间较晚，移动原生的优势让它能更轻松发展评论社区。网易云音乐刚推出时就摒弃了之前音乐APP“音乐播放器”的普遍定位，以“音乐社交”的差异化点切入，使它很快就吸引到了一批活跃用户，这批用户对于后来者有极大的带动作用，随后加入的用户很快会融入这个氛围，逐渐形成自己的社区文化。
网易云音乐于2013年4月发布，相比之下，QQ音乐、酷狗、酷我推出时间在2005年左右，虾米在2007年左右，时间比较久了，相应的包袱也比较重。酷狗酷我尤其明显，从PC时代向移动互联网时代转型的过程中，损失了不少用户，很多新功能也并不是那么好推进，比如酷狗酷我现在都没有出评论功能。QQ音乐推出的弹幕功能其实也被认为并不是很适合放在音乐APP上。
2、很简单的社区规则，用户参与门槛低。以前做过社区运营的人都知道，如果你弄一个很复杂的版规，这不能写、那不能写，这样才能加精、那样才能被你看上，基本上只有你和少数和你关系好的人，愿意贡献高质量的内容。相反，设计一个很简单的规则，大家的积极性一下就上来了，参与的人多了，好内容自然就会出现。
可以看到，在网易云音乐的评论区，除了一些极敏感和用户举报多的评论会被删除，一般运营人员是很少干预的。无为而治，恰好是社区运营的最高境界。
社区规则复杂的，虾米音乐就是一个例子，尤其是歌单功能，即精选集，条条框框很多，让普通用户望而却步。
3、点赞机制和精彩评论置顶功能是点睛之笔。点赞功能的加入，符合目前互联网用户渴望获认同的心理。有一次我随意写的一条短评论获得了几十条的点赞，每次打开APP时都有一种惊喜感。
而获点赞多的评论会被推到精彩评论区，使质量高的评论能第一眼被后来听歌的人看到，也能最快地吸引听歌者来看评论区。这个功能真的很赞，符合碎片化时间快速阅读的习惯。很多时候想了解一首歌，看精彩评论区就够了。
4、满足了用户回忆及获得共鸣的心理。点赞和精彩评论区并不是网易云音乐的首创，像视频网站的评论区，以及音乐网站中虾米音乐也有类似评论区。为什么他们的氛围就没有网易云音乐好呢？7月份朴树新歌《在木星》发布时，曾有媒体对比了几家音乐网站的评论数，同样一天的时间内：网易云音乐该歌曲评论数达7100多条，虾米音乐2300多条，豆瓣音乐640多条。从数量上看网易云音乐评论活跃度是绝对遥遥领先的。随便换一首其他的歌曲比较，基本上也是这个情况。
评论是用户社交行为的一种，在这种偏于兴趣的社交里，其实我们最想获得的是一种对回忆的怀旧以及对一首歌的共鸣心理，在网易云音乐里，这种心理被满足了，所以一些关于回忆和初恋的评论常常能被点赞很多。不要觉得这些人矫情，其实大部分人内心深处都有这部分心理需求。
跟视频网站的评论区相比，音乐网站的评论也是更易形成氛围的。我最近听到一种观点是，越抽象的东西就越容易形成广泛共鸣。而音乐显然是比视频更抽象的。此外音乐还有一点不同于视频的是，音乐我们会多次反复听，而视频更像快消品，电视剧看过一次后你还会再看吗？
5、口碑效应，“听歌看评论”深入人心。口碑效应一说为任天堂前社长山内溥最早提出，意指一些优秀的作品在甫发售之初并不为世人注目，但随着时间推移，玩家的不俗口碑却使之逐渐走红。网易云音乐可以说是最适合“口碑效应”这个词的音乐产品了。品牌上如此，关于音乐评论上也是如此。
在知乎以及微博上，用户自发发的“网易云音乐的评论区很好玩”，“云音乐的评论可以刷一晚上”的话语数不胜数。“听歌看评论”口碑一旦形成，后续氛围就不是问题了。
6、UGC内容亮点频出，为评论加了很多料。在网易云音乐上，制作歌单、写乐评、翻译歌词等都是具有UGC性质的。这些用户原创的内容因为来自于民间，所以比编辑推荐更容易获得用户讨论。比如有一段时间，关于一个大气磅礴史诗级背景音乐歌单的神评论，以及《Counting Stars》、《Viva la Vida》等几首英文歌的神翻译就曾在微博上广为转发。这些增强用户参与感的功能，也有利于评论氛围的形成。
7、产品体验好，使评论区吐槽不多。历史上，太平盛世容易形成文化繁荣的盛景。社区就像一个浓缩的国家，也是如此，和谐的评论区容易涌现一些优秀出彩的评论。网易云音乐的产品体验口碑较好，评论区的吐槽确实不多，反而是很多快被认为是托儿的安利贴很多，这在互联网行业中可谓是一个“奇葩”式的存在了。反观大部分互联网产品的评论区，产品体验吐槽一大片，戾气和怨气太重，氛围就无从说起了。
最后说一点，有一些我们必须要学会接受的方面。随着网易云音乐用户数越来越多，评论区不乏出现一些粉丝刷评论的水贴，以及一些观点对撞的激（si)烈(bi)评论。这其实是一个定律，任何社区都会经历，如豆瓣，如知乎，当任何一个凝聚着高度文化身份认同感的小圈子经历大众化过程时，用户们总会伴随着早先身份认同的失落。这很正常，无需纠结。
