作为一个产品小白，已经恶补产品经理的知识已经两个月，看了《人人都是产品经理》、《结网》、《启示录》等相关书籍，对产品经理这一职位概念逐渐形成自己的见解。今日，北邮组织了产品经理的相关讲座，演讲人说这曾经是BAT的笔试和群面题。特分享之，并附上个人见解，欢迎交流。
Q1：如何做一个帮助填报高考志愿的服务？
首先，我们要明确这款服务产品的用户是谁。毋庸置疑，首先我们能想到的便是学生，对于高考填志愿这一在一定程度上决定了自己一生命运的关键时刻，学生是这款软件当之无愧的用户。但是，高考生团体的背后还有家长这一重要的角色存在。我的观点是，APP在互联网中的作用是交流的媒介，那么既然产生了交互作用，那么它的用户就不仅仅是局限于学生，还有高校招生团队。除此之外，高中老师也可能是这款软件的用户。
其次，分析用户的需求，通过需求来指导产品的设计。针对学生和家长而言，大部分人的需求是能够进入一所好大学，能够找到一份自己喜欢的且高薪的工作，或者说是能够进入一所好大学，能为后续留学深造更好的铺路。针对高校招生团队而言，他们的需求是吸收优秀生源，为学校争光添彩。针对高中教师而言，如果自己的学生考取了名牌大学，母校就会增光溢彩，会收到更多的生源。
所以，针对以上的需求，我们应该实现如下的功能点：
第一，高校招生团队可以通过这款APP介绍学校的往年录取情况、优势学科、今年招生政策和招生名额、学校专业设置、学校环境、知名校友、就业情况等，也可以根据不同的省份推荐优秀该省份的优秀毕业生录制视频推荐等，借此让家长和学生对学校有充分的了解。
第二，该平台可以推送一些行业信息、高考资讯、当前热门专业等，让家长和学生对如今的社会行业需求有一定的了解。
第三，利用学生的分数筛选出匹配的院校，然后根据地域、专业让学生进行横向比较，最终让学生进行模拟报考，该APP可以利用大数据分析进行报考成功比率评估，进行初步的意向统计，防止出现扎堆报考现象。
第四，高校可以安排答疑平台和线下宣传公告等。当然，也可以增加性格测试，使学生对自己的职业爱好、专业爱好有一定的直观的理解，增加软件的趣味性。也可以设置有报考志愿倒计时、闹钟提醒等小功能。
注：讲座的培训老师说，面试官很看重应聘者是否会拿出手机去观察比较市场上已有的软件，进行简单的分析比较。
Q2 一国际餐饮连锁品牌想在中国的某一城市开其第一家分店，请选择你认为以下最合适的地点，并阐述理由。（群面题）
因为这是一道群面题，其实没有正确的标准答案，只要团队成员要运用产品经理的思维去阐述分析，言之有理即可。
值得注意的是，讲座的老师强调说，如果在面试的过程中，有人拿出手机，打开地图查看的话，那么这个团队就会全军覆没。这里，我只说一下我的想法。
作为一名合格的产品经理，我们要明确我们的产品能解决什么痛点？用户是谁？既然是国际快餐连锁店，是像KFC、麦当劳一样的快餐品牌，还是更多针对歪果仁的快餐品牌，我们可以尝试采用提问的方式向面试官进一步确认信息。这里我想和大家分享一下两个原则。
市场营销中的4P原则：
Product（产品）：明确产品是什么，针对什么样的消费人群；
Price（价格），定价标准是怎样的，是快速消费品还是高档餐厅；
Place（渠道）：是指产品最终到达用户手中经历的种种途径，这一点在本题中可以忽略；
Promotion（宣传）：是否会有促销，那我们就要考虑到人流量是否大，是否是在地铁站、交通枢纽处、大商场等等。
SWOT分析模型：当我们选定一个地点后，我们确定这个地点对国际餐饮店的优势（Strengths）、劣势（Weaknesses）、机会（Opportunities）、威胁（Threats）。
针对每一个地点，我们考虑不同的影响因子，比如人流量、交通状况、竞争情况、房租、周围环境与服务等，再分别赋予不同的权重，最后算出每一个候选地址的得分，再进行选择。但是，讲座的老师也提到了，我们有时候需要放开我们的思维，面试官给我们的候选地址可能是基于市场调研得出的结论，不一定具有很高的权威性，我们可以根据对本土环境、经济文化的理解，提出有别这些候选地址的，我们认为是最理想的地址。
以上是产品经理求职中的两道题，略表看法，多多交流。
