背景：985硕，研一在读
现场投简历和报名表，参加宣讲，粗略看了看，估计来了200多人，宣讲的是一个漂亮 mm，估计是 hr，一共来了20多个面试官。很是壮观，需要满足最少10个月实习时间，不然不要的，宣讲听完之后，快3点，马上两个大教室开始笔试，2个小时，题型是选择+编程，分为 c 和 java 两类。题型比较固定，lz 做的是 c ，java 不清楚，题目就是考的基础 c ，但是很多陷阱，比如进制转换结合数的符号和强制类型转换，大小端的字节序列，选择输出结果，执行结果，c语法啥的，还有数据结构的也有，操作系统的少部分。两个编程题，最后一个是栈的各种操作的编写，第一个是把 mac 地址转换为固定样式的字符串格式输出，给出了函数声明。总得来说不是太难。就是考基础，陷阱多。
交完卷子，当天晚上公布了结果名单，150人进入一面，职位说明是分为杭州总部和北京研发中心，测试和开发两类。
面试第二天开始，一共两轮。期中有少部分人去参加其他宣讲或者面试，没来，也有很多笔试没过的，面试期间，如果笔试成绩比较低的，就问你做不做测试，如果不做测试就直接刷了，做的话就继续面你。面试也有部分人被刷了，估计不多，有的是因为问题回答的不好，有的是因为掌握的技能不符合华三要求，华三主要就是 c(c++)和 java，其他的，比如 iOS开发，.NET，前端开发，php 啥的，基本就不要。还有一些被刷的是笔试太差，问做测试(如果笔试没过，会给你机会，问测试做不做)，如果做测试，就当场要你，不做就拜拜了。貌似几乎没人做测试。
技术面，一对一，在一个小教室，同时进行的有三对儿，首先要英语四级以上，当然六级过了最好，还需要看四六级的成绩单。我面的是路由组的，考官比较年轻，和蔼，平易近人，问的几乎全是计算机网络的问题，各种协议，流量控制，拥塞控制，tcp/ip，协议的应用场景，tcp连接过程，ip 地址，还有如何解决 ip 地址匮乏，ipv6的基础概念等等，但是没问我算法和当场做编程题，然后就是看简历和报名表，谈本科的学校，本科读书的情况，还有问你家乡在哪儿，为什么去北京，因为 lz 是河北人，所以，面试官很高兴，他是吉林人，说，河北的基本都是去北京做 it，还谈了谈北方的 it 环境，我就表达我很想去北京发展的意愿，总体技术面还可以，考官也说比较满意，希望我能去华三，也就是他的那个项目组，然后让我问问题，我问了几个关乎实习生的培训，学习，工作，待遇的问题之后，我俩就开始聊天，完了就让我别走，填个性格测试的表格，然后进行 HR 面。
HR 面，一对一，换了另一个小教室，也是三组同时开始，hr 是个爱笑的和蔼的老头，他上来就问六级证书拿了么……然后问我要，ps：这里我丢人了，把书包落在原来的教室，就赶紧去隔壁拿了，搞得挺匆忙的……hr看了身份证，学生证，六级证书，就开始结合简历和报名表，开始聊天，还是聊到了 lz 的家乡，说我很有优势，在北京离得近，我就巴拉拉的表示很想去北京发展，希望去华三，吧啦吧啦的一大堆，之后，hr 看我简历，就问我项目经验，做过什么……让我说一个最熟悉的，我就把本科的一个项目说了说，他问我多少人做的，我在组里的角色定位和项目的功能以及我负责哪块……还有问我这个项目有没有进行测试……是不是商业的项目……我一一作答。后面hr继续说到了测试，他问我测试需要和开发怎么配合……还问对软件的性能和外观哪个重要，谈谈你的看法……总之就是瞎聊，和没事儿唠嗑似的，有说有笑，lz自我感觉还可以吧。最后还问了项目开发的时候，代码版本是如何控制的?用的什么插件或者工具进行版本控制的……我也回答的还可以，面试官表示不错，到这里，感觉都还不错，继续看我报名表还有学生干部的经历，还问我都是做什么学生工作了，具体干了什么等等吧……
但是，在最后临近结束的时候，HR就看我笔试卷子，说『同学，你认为你的笔试题答的怎么样啊?你满意么?』。我之前因为偷着看了看我的分数，虽然不至于太惨……但是分数确实不高，我也不能说还可以之类的话了，所以我当然说『感觉不太好……不满意』，然后hr 就开始点评，说『整体看，前面的选择做的不错，说明你基础还可以，比较扎实，后面的编程题虽然做了，但是得分不高，说明有漏洞，深度有欠缺……』，呵呵啊，当时听完了这句，当场我就蒙逼了，心想……这是 HR 面，还是技术面啊???后来，我才知道我点背，因为很多同学的 hr 面都是不懂技术的 mm 面的，随便聊天就结束了。我这个是个老头，估计是技术主管之类的吧，反正肯定懂技术。听完之后，我就虚心接受点评……
点评完了，hr 说，好了，可以了，让我等结果的通知，我当时就顺便问大概等多久(因为之前上网看网友说，如果公司面试结束，让你等通知，就是挂了)，hr就一边收拾材料(ps：lz 看到他身边有一个测评表之类的表格，估计是 hr 填写面试记录和录取意见之类的吧)一边说他们需要走一个公司的流程，面试完毕所有同学，再把我们的资料拿到北京去审批盖章啥的，感觉挺复杂的……总之意思就是需要等，而且时间慢……当时和我说的是等大概2，3天……
ps：开始以为肯定是挂了，但是后来和很多的面试的同学沟通，有说等2，3天的，但是大部分都是说的是等一周，而且还有说等两周的……不过，确实有很少的人，表现的太优秀的，当场就给了 offer 的，也有……我想其他的这些不会都被刷了吧?又问了问去年的学长，说根据以往情况，基本二面进了，而且选择实习地方是北京研发总部，那么就问题不大……继续等了，攒人品!
小插曲：面完继续马不停蹄的准备其他公司的宣讲和笔试面试，忽然，发现自己投递华三的简历的邮箱填错了后缀名!!!我靠，这不是要命啊!!我赶紧给老师和学生会对外联络的负责人，还有华三的投递简历的 hr 邮箱，发邮件说明情况，在觉得彻底没希望的时候，hr 给老师回复了，说，没问题，已经修改信息和保存了，长须一口气啊!
继续苦逼的等待，在华三的老学长说，华三就是这个流程，需要走完流程，签字，审批，然后统一发 offer……
