楼主是211本科应届生，今年校招参加了杭州地区的滴滴的校招。滴滴这几年渐渐也成为了资本的宠儿，所以感觉来面滴滴的同学还是很多的。
滴滴的校招环节是先测评然后笔试加面试，测评什么的就是行测题，笔试里会有一些产品设计的题目，记不太清了，有一道是设计自行车的题目。由于楼主估计是笔试没过，所以特意跑到杭州去霸面，运气也比较好，一路面完了全部环节，跟大家分享一下。
一面就直接是单面，是一位女面试官，上来就是自我介绍，简单介绍下自己直奔主题。
实习经历的思考与准备
先是问了下在唯品会的实习经历，我就详细讲了一下，在里边的学到的知识和自己实习的各种感悟。然后面试官听到我提到了swot分析，就说那用你的方法论去套在一个产品上给我分析下。
挑选一款产品分析的问题
我当时分析了下无秘这款APP，从SWOT四个方面展开叙述。讲的过程提到了漂流瓶，面试官就又让我谈了下对于邮箱和微信里漂流瓶的看法，和设计的目的功能，我基本就围绕着窥私和倾吐两种用户心理展开，然后邮箱是PC互联网时代的产品等等。这里建议大家分析一款产品时最好是分析小众的产品，因为小众的产品面试官也不那么熟悉，你作答发挥的空间也会比较大。
你对于滴滴这款产品觉得有什么不足
我当时提的是有一个快车里以前是可以选择师傅的，会有多辆车前来接单，但现在只会派给你一个了，我觉得如果多辆车会给用户更好的体验，可以选择自己喜欢的，用户会更爽。然后面试官就问我你觉得为什么后来删了呢？我就回答说是为了顾及到司机端的体验，因为多辆车的话，可能某些评分稍微差一点点的司机，或者车型差一点的司机就会总是抢不到单，会造成司机的流失，所以照顾到了滴滴的两个重要群体的利益后，选择了删除这项功能。中间扯点什么资源整合，信息对等啦，司机是底层建筑啦。一面面试官就很爽快的让我过了。
二面是BOSS面，上来面试官就让我说三个最大的爱好是什么，为什么。第二个又问你去过哪些城市旅游过？这些问题我不是很懂为什么问，但后来想想，好像是通过这些问题，去看你回答问题的逻辑性怎么样，看似平常的问题，但是会体现你最自然的思考逻辑顺序。然后还问了很多七七八八的开放问题。然后让我拿出手机来，他挑了一款APP—same，这时我是很紧张的，因为这款APP我并没有很多的去使用，就问我你觉得它为什么能火起来，然后又说你觉得他做的哪个设计你觉得最深刻，我就提到了最近刚刚更新的功能点赞付费，然后他让我讲了讲是怎么进行点赞付费，为什么这么设计，你觉得这么设计真的好吗，是不是可以不这样设计。后来又问了我一个需求与供给的问题，假若你去一个城市推广快车，你是先推广司机端还是用户端，为什么，你怎样预估你推广达到的数量级就能把这个城市冷启动起来，你的评判标准是什么。这个问题大家都会有大家的思路与方法，我就不在此详述了。面完这个问题，面试官就爽快的让我通过了。
于是进行三面，是HR面试，楼主进行HR面试的次数比较少，感觉基本还是比较常规的，问了些你觉得怎样是一个好的产品经理，你觉得怎样是一款好的产品，你觉得你比其他应聘产品经理的人优势在哪里，然后就是各种针对简历上的去问一些你性格上的问题啊，人生经历的问题，城市选择的问题等等，HR还挺刻意的强调一句你是来霸面的啊，我当时还心里一紧，不过最后还是面完了。
第二天早上收到电话，说是通过了面试，本以为OFFER到手了，结果被通知要去杭州的滴滴公司去见总监，结果到了才知道是要给我们一共5个通过全部面试的人加试一轮，我当时的内心是崩溃的，瞬间觉得好坑爹，从来没有面过这种把所有通过面试的人再一起加试群体的。不过还是得硬着头皮面啊，结果是4位资深的产品经理（其中包含了我一面二面的面试官）去给我们5个人搞了场群面，一共35分钟左右的流程，搞完了之后先让每个人说表现最好的是谁，最差的是谁为什么。又让每个人说如果只过一个人的话你觉得是谁，为什么。
到此我的滴滴面试环节就全部结束了，楼主此刻还在苦逼的等待着结果，希望能够通过面试，在此攒攒人品，也希望能够帮到有需要的朋友们。
