最近碰到个朋友在找工作，投什么公司怎样选择一头雾水，跟他聊天的时候我也想起了我找工作的时候。特别是当时实在不知道三分钟面试该怎么办，就花时间分析了一下。我先把我当时怎么做的说明下。
我当时准备了一本长得挺好看的小本子，没有格子没有横线的那种，大概是20cm*10cm那么大。其实来想准备纸片的，没找到合适的。本子用了四页，分别写的是 聪明 责任 健康 谢谢四个词。大概得介绍词是:我是???，……。我准备通过三个词来介绍自己。
第一个是聪明（讲哪个词把本子翻到那页展示给面试官看，用粗一点的笔。本子也是可以带进去的，要是没有名牌的话还可以多加一个姓名。）这里的聪明不是说我多天赋异禀（用聪明这个词算是抖个包袱，引起他们注意然后说明实际情况，至少天真的我是这么想的！）然后讲一些体现自己用心努力的事件推出别人都觉得自己聪明。
第二个词是责任，我觉得用通俗的话来讲就是屁股决定脑袋。然后说一件自己认真负责的事情。
第三个词是健康，我平时会干嘛干嘛，我相信这样能让我更好的融入到??这个大家庭中。
我相信这样一个有责任心、聪明健康的自己会成为一名优秀的??员工。
最后，谢谢各位面试官。整个过程最好配合手势自己眼睛直视面试官，并且是把视角给每一个面试官，他们有些会在我的自我介绍中给反馈，比如笑笑，我也会回以微笑。最后一般都会说我准备的很用心，我就会说:因为在意，所以用心准备。
这三点有时候会做调整，具体根据工作岗位需求做提炼，但是一般都不会离开责任这个词，因为我觉得不论是什么工作他们都一样招一个有责任心的人。并且是一个愿意学的人或者说是上手能力强的。而且在介绍中插入的事件说明也要挑选一下，因为面试官可能会对事件进行展开。
好了，大概就是这样。
