百度知道&知乎&脉脉匿名社区：竞争对手，业界口碑，各种内部、小道以及八卦信息
关于人
这部分需要了解三个信息：管理团队，面试官和同事。所谓知己知彼，百战不殆，所以当你越了解面试官和同事的背景就越有助于你了解企业的文化和面试的风格。关于此部分信息的获取，最直接的就是问度娘。另外，如果你是应聘“招聘”类岗位，则要留意用人单位里面的现有员工的工作背景，我猜面试的时候你要是能答出这一点，应该会Impress到面试官。
调查做到这，都是基于电脑完成的，最重要的方式千万别忽略到，就是你的Network，从他们的视角多了解这间公司吧。然后，就该准备面试问题清单了，这也是本文的精华。
着装：看公司文化，互联网公司着商务休闲装，投资公司着正装。女生面试最保险的是Onepiece（注意布料和样式）配高跟鞋加淡妆。
自我介绍：一场面试都是从自我介绍开始，额，千万不要从“我叫/是XX开始。”直接从现在的工作职责切入（工作职责、团队情况，Business Size等），谈谈所有的工作经历（点到为止），再聊聊生活中的兴趣爱好（蜻蜓点水），最后可以分享一下自己最近的News。
关于工作相关的问题：对自己做过的案列和自己工作相关的数据一定要仔细回顾一下，比如说，笔者可能就要回顾自己过去两年做过多少个Case，Value多少等。
工作中最困难的事？最糟糕的答案就是没有。选择什么样的案例分享取决于你展现什么样的特质给面试官。你想展现你的Persistency, 就举例说明无论多么艰难困苦你一直在寻找解决方案没有放弃并且最终取得了一定成绩。
如果你来做，你怎么开展工作？通常用来考察到底有没有认真思考过应聘职位。
Why us? 相当于问，你对我们公司了解多少？结合你的Research，从行业、公司和Leader、职位的角度一一阐述。
行业洞察？建议多看行业报告，需要关注几个重要数据，市场规模和现状，竞争对手，未来的增长趋势与方向等。
关于个人相关的问题：你的优缺点？实事求是原则，人无完人，面试官只是要更好的了解你。
职业发展的规划？大概的职业方向即可，无需过于详细，主要是考察面试者的职业方向是否与面试公司相契合。
Why you?可以从三个方面回答：Hard Skills, Soft Skills, And Motivation. Hard Skills 就是讲你可以Immediately Contribute给公司什么东西。Soft skills这里特指用过去的经历来证明那些即使你没有经验、资源但也可以学会、做好。Motivation就是表明你已经做好准备加入该公司。
你的兴趣爱好？曾经一个C-suit的客户分享说，兴趣爱好会是影响她对候选人的评价，他认为一个没有兴趣爱好的人很难在工作中有成就。这其中确实有几分道理，所以当你说你喜欢读书的时候，你可以说感兴趣的方向是什么？最近在读哪几本书，印象最深的一本书，为什么喜欢？等。

面试前随身带份简历，以防万一，有备无患。

不要吝啬表达你的喜欢和兴趣。
最后，It’s your time to ask questions to the interviewer.
在被面试官提及是否有问题问他/她的时候,常常有人很困扰，不知道问什么问题才显得自己有思考但又不唐突。以下可以给你提供一些借鉴。
