1.语言简练
简历是一份严肃的书面文件，自我评价一般位于开头或结尾处，百字左右为佳。内容要结合自己的实际状况，清晰准确地描述个人综合能力，语言要简洁精练，这样才能够让HR充分感受到求职者对于此职位的诚恳态度和重视程度，更易增加面试几率。
2.用事实说话
在简历中，最忌讳的就是存在虚假成分。夸大的自我评价很容易让HR对简历内容产生怀疑，进而深究细节，你很可能无法自圆其说。比如笔者看过很多求职者会写道“精通office办公软件，擅长使用Excel”，那么请问，如何建立数据透视表？Vlookup 函数有哪几个参数？怎样录制宏？若这些问题都不了解，谈何“精通擅长”？所以，优秀的自我评价是以事实为基础，最好结合事例描述，更具说服力。
3.突出优势
这里强调的是与种不同的优势，比如你的学历背景，实习经历，科研项目经历，专业技能等。
这里介绍给大家几个撰写自我评价的小技巧，以金融学专业为例：
如果你已掌握了意向职位的JD，那么根据JD的任职要求，思考哪些要求是你所能达到的，尤其是一些“软实力”，体现在自评上。
例如金融分析师职位，可以强调“具备较强的逻辑思维能力，熟悉各类金融分析理论、模型与计算工具”；金融培训师职位，可以强调“优秀的语言表达能力，擅长公开演讲”等。当然，所谓的根据JD贴近，还是要以事实为基准，体现你所能匹配的要求，如果是你不擅长或不具备的能力，不要随意夸大。
如果学校背景自带光环，可以描述为“国内985（211）院校金融学硕士背景”，“英国Top5院校金融硕士背景”，“美国常青藤大学之一”。
如果实习经历丰富，可以描述为“具有丰富的金融投资实习经验，熟悉金融项目工作流程与相关规定”。
如果有学生干部经历，可以总结为“在校曾有学生干部经历，统筹组织过学院很多大中型活动，如迎新晚会、运动会等，具备良好的组织策划能力和沟通协调能力，亲和力强”。
这里给大家挑选几个典型行业职位的自我评价，仅供大家参考，每位求职者的个人情况与经历都有所不同，希望大家都能根据自己的实习情况和突出优势来撰写自我评价。
金融学：
1、美国Top5高校金融与国际贸易双学位背景，专业基础扎实，具有国际视野。
2、具有丰富的实习经验，熟悉金融分析及销售分析流程与工作方式，熟练使用办公软件。
3、具有商业经营分析经验，掌握常用的数据处理和分析工具，具有较强的数学建模与数据分析能力。
4、较强的工作规划和自我控制能力，执行力强、思维敏捷，工作效率高。
5、英语无障碍沟通，具有较强的沟通协调，能承受工作压力，适应加班。
银行类：
1、211院校会计学背景，理论基础扎实，具备银行实习经验，熟悉银行工作流程和相关规定，持有会计从业资格证。
2、具有良好的客户沟通、维系客户关系的能力，曾在银行实习期间，业绩突出，得到领导和同事们的一致肯定。
3、英语六级，良好的听说读写能力，可作为工作语言。
4、能接受到基层任职和系统内调动，良好的逻辑思维和综合分析判断能力，能承受工作压力。
机械类：
1、985院校工科硕士背景，拥有扎实的理论基础，对机械设计工作抱有浓厚兴趣。
2、熟练掌握CAD/ProE等2D/3D建模软件，具备丰富的空间想象力和绘图软件操作能力。
3、较强的科研和分析能力，善于发现问题，判断问题并解决问题。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，可承受工作压力，适应出差。
文案编辑类：
1、新闻学专业背景，具有丰富的互联网线上运营、编辑及推广经验。
2、熟悉新媒体或社会化媒体平台，对移动互联网发展潮流高度关注，思维活跃。
3、曾有过民生新闻记者、网站编辑等实习经历，拥有深厚的文字功底，文案撰写能力强。
4、熟练掌握Office软件，会使用Photoshop进行图片处理，掌握音视频剪辑。
