写在前面
这几年的互联网从业经历中，我和我的团队接触了数千个招聘案例，从入行不久的互联网新鲜人，到年薪超过几百万的资深从业者，在Offer满天飞的轰炸下，都难免有些纠结。从这期开始，我将就如何选Offer这个话题，展开3期的连载探讨，希望通过实际的案例和典型场景的设置来解读背后的原因和应对的手段。
恭喜大家身处于如此红火的互联网行业。纵观30年，没有哪个年代，哪个行业可以让你有如此之多的选择。如今的互联网业，如果你手头不拿着5,6个Offer，你都不好意思跟朋友说你在看机会。
这无疑是幸运的，但可能也是不幸的。无数候选人倒在了选择Offer的路上，要么是左右为难纠结死，要么是悔不当初遗憾死，要么是冲动抉择被虐死。这篇文章的目的很简单，就是希望通过典型场景的分析，来找到一些能够使选择变得更加有效的方法，顺便理一理思路，看看选择的背后都是什么。如果大家能够从这当中品出一些职业路径规划的味道，那就更好了。
场景一
创业公司的Offer怎么选？
1、鱼龙混杂，泥沙俱下，这用以形容今天的互联网创业市场再贴切不过了。不光你难选，投资人也难选。部分看眼力，部分靠人品。人品我们没法教大家，所以就练练眼力吧。因上努力，果上随缘。
2、怎么选团队
我们把团队放在了第一位。因为事情都要靠人做出来，有人，才能磨出好的方向和模式；有人，才能拿到像样的投资。如果人不行，那么即使再有钱，模式再好，做败也是迟早的事情。就像当初的打车市场，上海的大黄蜂和北京的摇摇招车，都曾是这个领域的重要参与者，但因为团队的问题，很快就成明日黄花。团队选择首先要看创始人，我们说C轮之前的公司，创始人对于公司的重要性超过8成丝毫不为过，算是荣辱成败系于一身了。选择要点如下：
传统行业出身的创始人通常不选。互联网的玩法和传统行业差别太大，你等创始人自己转过身来，公司早就黄了；
就想趁着创业浪潮起把哄的创始人不选。我们看过一个市调，采访了超过500个创始人，结果触目惊心。当能够拿到20-30万的稳定年薪，有19.2%的创业者选择放弃创业，回去上班。当这个数字上升到30-50万时，又有36%的人选择打工；真正到百万年薪还不改初衷的，只有0.2%。这个0.2%大致吻合了创业公司的成功概率。因为拿不到50万年薪而跑出来创业的，我们称之为互联网的Loser，你如果跟着这样的创始人，结果不言自明；
投资人兼创始人的通常不选。他外面的事情太多了，这只是其中的一个。没有全情投入，事情基本不成；
有过连续创业经历的加分，即使之前的创业并不成功。一则他有着过人的勇气和定力，二则之前的失败会让他少走弯路，你跟着他，自己的试错成本会小。如果是之前有过成功创业经历的创始人，那就更好了；
有过大公司背景的创始人可以谨慎加分。他之前的人脉、资源训练都是创业的重要条件，当然眼高手低的也有。但总的来讲利大于弊；
有情怀的创始人加分。互联网创业，还是需要一点情怀的，需要有一点改变世界的勇气。只为名和利而创业，通常坚持不下去。当然情怀这东西不能当饭吃，有情怀，还要有实现情怀的脚踏实地。判断情怀这个东西其实也不难，你就看一下创始人在关键利益点上的选择就知道了。你不知道什么是关键利益点？好吧，了解一下公司的期权池，了解一下公司的股权结构，了解一下老板自己实际拿多少工资，在B轮之前有没有套现，老板自己有没有往里面投了像样的钱，等等。还不知道？算了，你只能找我们来咨询了；
当然，团队中除了创始人，还可以看看有没有大牛。有大牛在，也能从侧面说明老板的魅力和实力；不知道谁是大牛？那就看看他的背景，和圈子里的朋友打听打听，再不成就上知乎问问哈。
3、怎么选资本
一线VC投的优先，红杉啦，经纬啦，IDG啦，软银啦，等等。大的VC钱多，资源多，旗下投资的公司多，相互之间可以进行资源互补和互通，存活和成事的概率相对大些；如果不了解这个，你需要补补课；
有大粗腿可抱的优先，B啦，A啦，T啦；
估值高的优先，在细分领域做到第一的优先；
投后管理做的好的优先；
煤老板或传统土豪投的互联网项目一定要谨慎，他们的思维和互联网思维相距太远。可谓步步掣肘，时时牵制；（某传统大佬投的电商，做了好几年了，也没起来，据说一项决策董事会要审一个月，大家都把功夫用在PPT上了，历任CEO听说都是PPT高手，这就是传统和互联网的差别吧）；
独角兽可根据情况而定，不少独角兽已经和大公司没有区别了，如美团、小米、滴滴，所以我们一般不再把它们归类为创业公司；
融到钱多的优先，这个好理解。不过现在投资圈忽悠的太多，人民币数额说成美元的有，虚吹2,3倍的有，几次融资说成一次的有。总之，自己擦亮眼睛吧；
4、怎么选阶段，A轮，B轮，还是C轮？
不同的投资轮次代表了企业的发展阶段。通常来说，轮次越靠后，意味着模式越成熟，风险越小，离上市也越近。当然，你加入的晚，期权收益也会下降。一般我们不太会建议候选人加入天使轮的公司，十几个人，七八条枪，一切都不明朗，变数太多，不过如果是合伙创业，另当别论。对于互联网模式来说，A、B、C轮的核心任务不同，估值侧重点也不太一样。
A轮一般是要跑通产品闭环，建立基本模式的逻辑；B轮则要在闭环建立的基础上，快速增加用户数、订单数、交易额、下载量、日活量、UGC量等核心指标；C轮通常就要建立商业模式，进行商业变现的实践了。所以大致的概括就是：A轮打基础，B轮跑规模，C轮见真章。
重模式需要的投资多，周期长，因此投资轮次也多，参照京东、滴滴等。轻模式对资本的需求相对低，过了C轮还看不清前景的就要谨慎了，警惕变成僵尸企业。候选人选择不同轮次的企业加入，也要根据自己的实际情况来进行。比如生活压力大，供房供车，现金流不能断，那意味着风险承受程度不高，一般不建议去创业早期的公司；又比如你是玩大数据和分布式的，A轮公司恐怕没有太多用武之地；你是玩商业产品的，B轮末或C轮以后的公司会更适合你，等等。
5、怎么选商业模式？
相比上面的因素，这个是最难选，也最难讲清楚的，毕竟模式太多，变量也太多。我们只能给出一些大致的标准，如果有具体的问题，大家可以直接和我们沟通。
模式必须实际解决痛点。比如滴滴，痛点切的很直接，就是大中城市出行难的问题；又比如团购，C端痛点切的还可以，就是价格和便利，但B端痛点就很难说了，牺牲利润的方式得来的大部分是价格敏感的顾客，一旦价格优势不再，立刻鸟兽散，形不成有效回头客流，不啻于饮鸩止渴。除非做成全产业链平台，否则团购业务单独规模盈利的可能性很渺茫；
巨头深度介入的领域就算了，你懂的；
被实践屡次证明不可行的模式也就不要蹚浑水了。比如职业化社交，这么多年起起伏伏，没有一家公司能做出来，Linkedin在中国的发展我就极度不看好；
传统公司办的互联网分支就算了，鸡是没法同鸭讲的；
模式太大太空，动不动就说要建平台的慎选。中国互联网发展到今天，除非技术上有重大突破，否则平台型的模式很难做起来了。即使有这种机会，也是从一个细分领域慢慢摸索出来。一上来就说要建入口级、平台级模式的，要么是忽悠，要么是梦游，你可以给他鼓鼓掌，然后拍屁股离开；
一段时间无数公司、无数投资人蜂拥而上的模式要慎选。比如当年的团购，今天的互联网金融。大家扎堆，洗牌是迟早的事，即使模式跑的通，那么多公司，你怎么能保证你选的那家能存活下来。当年选了高朋、窝窝、拉手、24券的同学请举手....
场景二
大公司，还是小公司？
1、年过30，之前从没有过大公司经历，但好不容易碰上了大公司的青睐，想去贴个光环的，就别去了。你想啊，要在履历中贴上名企的标签，你怎么着都得在当中混个2年吧，出来至少32,33了，在互联网中算是高龄了，后面留给你的变现时间和机会太少了。没有大企业经历是很多人的心结，就像没有名校背景一样，很多人都想圆梦。但问题是30岁是干事的黄金时段，你如果只是解决个标签的问题，那太得不偿失了。而且只是顶个大公司的光环，你后面的路未必就一定好走。
2、如果本科毕业出来2年内收到大公司的邀请，多数情况下我会劝你进去历练一下。毕竟能人多，平台大，视野广，流程和方法严谨，你能学到的和看到的还是会很多的。这种严格的训练对于今后的职业生涯很有价值。别着急一出校门就想着创业，想着挣大钱，那条路并不好走，成功概率很低。在该长本事的时候长本事，在该变现的时候变现，阶段和目标的错位只会打乱你正常的职场节奏。
3、如果你革命意志不是很高昂，一心想着稳定，又不是风险偏好型选手，那么有大公司的Offer就去吧。创业公司的浑水不太好淌。
4、想着混圈子、结人脉的可以多考虑大公司，平台大，周围牛人多，资源吸附效应较好。
5、纯现金部分现在大公司和小公司的区别不是很大了。大公司能开出的Offer，小公司通常也可以，有时甚至还会多一些。区别在于期权部分，大公司的期权变现相对稳妥，但增值不大，不会对你的生活水平产生实质性的影响。小公司的期权风险较高，但万一你人品好，拿个大几百万也是常事。个中利弊，自己权衡。
6、几年前，从大公司出来往小公司跳的人总担心万一创业失败，回大公司的路也就被堵死了。但这几年，创业已成常态，大公司为了保持自己体系的创新活力，也会比较欢迎那些有过创业经历的候选人。所以现在的人才流动是双向的，没人会因为一段或几段小公司的经历而低看你，关键还是你自己的能力如何。
7、大公司做事萧规曹随的多，按部就班的多。如果你壮志未酬，想做点有着自己印记的东西，那建议还是去小公司。毕竟成熟业务和成熟体系下，你的成就感不会太强。
