对于毕业生来讲现在很多人正在经历可怕的校招，每天的日子就是“改改改”简历，“投投投”职位，笔试面试等消息。这批大四本科生中很多人在“就业”和“考研”中，选择后者，希望可以通过高学历来增加自己就业的竞争力，事实究竟是什么样子？本科生和研究生毕业后工资的差距有多大？
2016年全国硕士研究生招生考试于2015年12月26日-28日举行。2016年研究生考试招生计划总人数为51.72万人，也较2015年上涨4.4%，其中学术型硕士计划招收329709人，专业型硕士计划招收187491人。
首先，算一下考研的机会成本有多大？
1、奖、助学金有多少？
按照国家规定，2015年秋季学期起入学的硕士生将实行新的学费制度和奖助学金制度, 研究生普通奖学金将调整为研究生国家助学金，硕士生的标准为每生每年不低于6000元。
学费：学硕一般是8000元左右，专硕根据专业的不同学费也会不同，学费奖助学金政策学校官网8、9月份都会公布，我们要及时关注
国家助学金：6000元，全员覆盖，每位研究生都有
学业奖学金：人均8000元，按比例分配，覆盖面为40%-60%
国家奖学金：20000元，表现优秀的研究生，约占在校研究生2.3%左右
三助津贴：科研经费、学费收入、社会捐助等资金，设置研究生"三助"(助教、助研、助管)岗位，并提供"三助"津贴
2、考研成本怎么算？
决定是否考研之前不妨算一下我们的读研成本，每个人的情况不同，读研成本也不一样，下面的公式仅是供大家参考：
考研成本=书本费+资料费+补习班+报名费+生活费
如果参加复试的话，还需加上复试时候的交通费、住宿费、面试费用
读研成本=(研究生学费+生活费)×读研年数
总成本=考研成本+读研成本
为什么本科生都不愿意直接工作，而选择继续读研？
话说连续几年都在讲史上“最难”“更难”就业季，本科生基数大，尤其是二本、三本等院校毕业生找工作难成为了很多人感慨的事实，从而导致很多本科生将考研当做避免求职的避风港。其次，随着教育水平的提高，企业对高水平人才的需求在大大增长，很多企业的招聘需求都要研究生以上学历，导致更多的本科生被迫考研，适应企业的需求。
研究生 vs 本科生 谁的薪资更有竞争力？
研究生的薪资在整体上的确要比本科生多一些，但是也要根据各个行业来决定。很多行业的研究生的起薪比本科生高，但有一些企业又偏爱本科生，所以大家需要根据自己的行业来决定这场旷日持久的“考研”大战是否还要继续。
