面试如高考，精心准备了好长一段时间，各种面试问题反复练习，通读熟背。最后，充满自信去考试，结果，出了考场，垂头丧气、顿足捶胸。原来，考题中有偏门题，要丢一个大分。多少准备付之东流、这次机会又无缘与公司握手。
路健是刚毕业的大学生，学的是计算机专业，在学校里学习很好，毕业后，在一家公司做了两年半时间，业务上一直是公司的骨干。可是，由于人太老实，不善于人际交往与沟通，所以，没有什么提升与加薪的好事，他感到委屈，06年春节采取了跳槽的办法。没想到06年是就业高峰年，职场人流闹海啸，竞争十分激烈。凭着简历上工作经验，还拿到了三次面试机会，可是由于没有面试经验，又不善于言辞表达，不会推销自己，结果都面试失败，居然在家待业半年。
第一环节：面试整个过程中各个环节的过程和处理，包括面试前、面试中、面试后、面试礼仪等。
第二环节：各类场景面试过关，特别是压力面试，另外还有普遍性问题、专业性问题、英语问题等。
第三环节：偏题处理技巧：偏题是路健前段面试中的主要失败原因，所以，是辅导重点。
面试遇到偏题，必然心中犹豫不决，不知道如何回答，想来想去，最后答错。其实，偏题的出现，是面试官在压力面试时，根据每个人情况不同，临时提出的问题，只不过是事先没有准备而已。回答这类问题时，就一个原则：站在公司的角度、站在老板的角度去回答问题，也就是说，让你进行一下换位思考。只要你的立场是站在公司的角度，一般就问题不大，起码正确百分之八十了。（这点千万要记住。）偏题分析举例：
一) 如果我们公司这次没有录取你，但过一段，被录取的人中有没能渡过试用期的，腾出位置来，再通知你，你还会再来吗？
分析：这是一个很尖锐的问题，一箭双雕，既看一看你对公司的认可程度，又在考察你的性格。
错误回答：
为什么我还要再来？我又不是找不到工作。
我不想等待，再说那时我可能早就被另一个公司录取了。
现在没有录取我，说明公司没有看好我，我来了也没有意思。
回答结果：只好带着舍不得这家公司的遗憾，另谋高就。
正确回答：（别忘了换位思考原则）呵呵，老师，那就说明我是一个“替补队员”了，能给一个强队当“替补队员”，也是很光荣的事，我肯定会高高兴兴的来。再说，“主力队员 ”都是从“替补队员”干起来的。只要我今后工作努力，肯定会从“替补队员”升为“主力队员”的，现在，我既然是“替补队员”，就说明我还应该付出比“主力队员”更大的努力，才能满足公司的要求。我相信我肯定能努力成为公司的“主力队员”，为公司做出我最大的贡献。谢谢老师给我的一个机会。
回答结果：没准公司现在就可以录用你了。
二) 如果公司给你的工资标准，没有达到你简历上的工资要求，你还来我们公司吗？
错误回答：
这是我的工资底线，如果达不到，那我可能就会考虑另外一个公司了。
那我大概不一定会来了，因为我认为我的要求并不高。
如果那样的话，那就是我跳槽后的工资还低于原来的工资，我要考虑一下。
回答结果：因为相差无几的工资差额，永远失去一个发展机会。
正确回答：（别忘了换位思考原则）工资是我需要考虑的一个问题，但公司更是我要考虑的问题。我更看中的是一个公司的企业文化、发展前景，以及我在公司的发展平台。对于一个青年人，前途要比“薪情”更重要。再说，每个公司都有自己的工资标准，我相信，只要我的能力达到公司的职位要求，公司也不会给我比别人低的工资，如果我的能力达不到公司的职位要求，我提的工资再高，也是不合适的。
回答结果：公司的HR会投来赞许的目光。
三) 你在公司里工作，如果同办公室里的一个人，能力没有你强，但工资却高于你，你会不会有想法，心理能平衡吗？
错误回答：
我当然不平衡，那我还干的什么意思？
如果他的能力比我强，我不会有想法。如果没有我强，我肯定心理不平衡。（路健就是这样回答的）如果公司对待员工是这样的不公平，肯定企业文化有问题，这样的公司只有走人。
回答结果：由于公司不会录取，心中又增加了一个不平衡。
正确回答：（别忘了换位思考原则）工资是员工最敏感的问题，公司一般都会尽量处理好，如果那个同事的能力不如我，工资还高于我，肯定是他在其他方面强于我。或者，他能为公司解决一些我们不知道的问题，所以，老板给他定了高于我的工资。在公司里，我不想与别人横着比，因为这里面有许多我不知情的东西。我喜欢把自己与自己竖着比，只要自己比自己过去升值了，就有成就感；只要认为公司给我的报酬与我的能力匹配，心理就不会不平衡，还会感到干的挺有奔头。
回答结果：肯定第一轮就把你纳入公司人选。
经过全面的辅导一周之后，路健又参加了一次面试，这次，他可知道应该怎样回答了，而且，显得非常专业。在7月16号那天，他在求职淡季的阴雨日子里，得到了艳阳天，拿到了自己心仪公司的offer。
