对于刚走出校园的职场新人来说，面试是步入职场江湖的第一场较量。能否被录用，生杀大权都掌握在那些“老油条”的面试官手中。在两个人面对面地斗智中，身经百战的面试官往往会用一个不友好的发问，或用怀疑、尖锐、单刀直入的口吻，使你心理防线大大溃退……那么，职场“小菜鸟”怎样才能成为面试官心中的“NO.1”呢？
低调一点才成功
可可从加拿大留学归国，对应聘外企一点也不怵。她认为自己英文口语流利，专业知识学得透彻，手里还握着一张烫金文凭——温哥华英属哥伦比亚大学。所以，面试时可可显得很自信，对答如流。看得出，面试官对可可很满意。接近尾声，她想面试官肯定宣布她过关，谁知面试官突然拿起简历，自言自语念了起来，看到大学校名时突然讲：“温哥华有两所比较不错的大学，海边的英属哥伦比亚大学和山上的西门菲莎大学……”
可可心里特别高兴，因为她对两所大学十分熟悉，于是她开始滔滔不绝地演说，一味地表示其实“山上的”那所论实力、论资产和英属哥伦比亚大学都没法比，那儿出来的毕业生不好找工作，因为综合能力不够……当可可看到面试官的脸变得铁青时，她已没有机会挽回了。事后问在场的工作人员才知道，面试官就是那所山上大学毕业的，也被可可归进“综合能力不够强”的范畴。
·警钟提醒：学校虽然有优劣之分，但名校毕业并不意味着能力就强。如果你是名校毕业，也不要随便拿出来和别人比，面试官自然会权衡。像可可这样，刚好撞到“南墙”的话，十分可惜。讲专业知识时可以口若悬河，其他地方要低调点，免得别人觉得你过于张扬。还有别干那种损害别人抬高自己的事情，否则会让面试官觉得你的人品有问题。
忍一时风平浪静
平时被朋友叫成“疯丫头”的桃子，面试那天穿得特职业，还剪了齐耳短发，俨然一名“淑女”。面试进行到一半时，面试官对桃子说，我们公司招聘的文员多数有机会面对外商，老外很看中你是否会化装，不然觉得你不尊重他。桃子表面毕恭毕敬地听着，心里却乐开了花。当面试官一说完，她就把随身携带的皮包放到办公桌上，打开后面试官眼睛都看直了——里面眼影、唇彩等化妆品琳琅满目，这是桃子准备面试结束后和朋友去酒吧娱乐用的，居然派上了用场。面试官愣了一下后，严肃地评判起桃子的化妆品太多、太艳，失去了职业女性的风采。桃子听至一半怒火已涌上心头，她觉得面试官分明和自己过不去，她立即拍案而起：“你说话太欺负人了，这也不行那也不行就拉倒吧，难道我没有这份工作就没法活吗？”面试官也暴跳如雷，立即说了一句“Out”！
·警钟提醒：面对咄咄逼人的面试官，最重要原则就是不要被激怒，更不要因为对方提出的问题过于尖锐，而觉得对方欺人太甚。不论对方个性原本不友好，或是想先给求职者一个下马威，都切忌不要发火，否则就算你其它条件再好，你也输了这场面试。老实说，有些企业认为专业能力胜于一切，员工个性修养如何，并不是很在意；但也有不少企业认为团队合作比什么都重要，如果员工个性不好，栽培了半天还是枉费心机，所以“激将法”常被面试官当成淘汰大部分应聘者的惯用手法。
守得云开见日出
阿雯去面试时，坐在既是老板又是面试官的“太上皇”对面，她努力使自己镇定。那位面试官的提问，阿雯基本都能回答上来，但一看面试官不置可否的样子，她自己都产生怀疑。每回答完一个问题，面试官只是点下头，接着问后面的问题。阿雯感觉面试官是在玩题海战术，她只好拿出耐心跟他“死抗”。最后，阿雯觉得能把面试官所有问题回答完已经是奇迹，能否被录取已无所谓。不过事实证明，阿雯当时的决定是正确的，因为她在四天后收到一封录取通知书。
·警钟提醒：面试官有时会在求职者面前“作秀”，目的就是给你施加压力，看你调节自己情绪的能力。有些工作就是“高压作业”，需要很大的耐心和抗压能力。因此，遇到难以搞定的面试官，才是体现求职者应变能力的时候，如果回答问题发挥得好，往往易被用人单位录用。
