1）你为什么在Y年内换了X份工作？
这个问题可以帮助我全面了解应聘者的工作经历。他们的动力是什么？他们为何跳槽？他们离职的主要原因是什么？
应聘者给出的答案可以显示出他们的忠诚度和逻辑思维过程。他们是否认为总有人（经理或老板等等）在找他们的茬呢？他们是否很容易产生厌倦情绪？
跳槽本身并没有错——他们跳槽的原因才是真正重要的。
2）如果一年后我们要庆祝这12个月的所作所为，你认为我们应该取得哪些成就？
对我来说，过程中最重要的事情是让被面试者来面试我们。我需要知道他们已做足了功课，真正了解了我们的公司和他应聘的职位，而且真心希望得到它。
应聘者必须具有足够长远的战略眼光和良好的大局意识，才能够回答出我们在一年中应该取得怎样的成就以及他或她为什么想要到我们公司工作。
3）你在生活中什么时候感到最满意？
除了入门级的应聘者，我认定大多数应聘者都有相应的工作技能和知识。而且，我相信具有相关经验的聪明人，能够很快适应新的环境，并在其中脱颖而出，只要那里的文化符合他们的性格，能够激发他们的潜力。因此，我将注意力放到了应聘者的性格上，重在考察他们的性格是否与我的公司符合。
这个问题往往会衍生出各种不同的对话，从而让我看到我们公司的文化与这个人性格之间的匹配程度，以及这个人需要什么样的环境才能发挥出自己最大的潜能。
4）如果你应聘成功，喜爱这份工作，并且得到了你要求的薪水，那么其他公司给你提供怎样的条件才会让你心动呢？
我想了解一下应聘者求职的动机是为了追求金钱，还是为了追求自己的兴趣。
他们能够被其他公司收买吗？
很多答案可能会让你感到惊讶。
5）谁是你的榜样？为什么？
这个问题能够揭示应聘者是否经常反省个人和职业的发展，这种品质与成功和抱负高度相关。
而且，它还能够显示出应聘者希望具有的品性和行为。
6）你不喜欢做什么事？
我们往往习惯性地认为热爱某个岗位的人一定会喜欢这个岗位上的所有事情。但是，我发现实际情况并不是这样的。
但是，你需要经过一番坚持不懈的努力才能让应聘者实事求是地回答这个问题。我通常会以各种不同的形式多次问及这个问题，你最终得到的答案绝对值得你的努力。例如，我曾面试一个应聘销售经理的人，她说她不喜欢接触陌生人。
最绝的是，曾有一个应聘财务总监的人对我说，他讨厌细枝末节的事情，讨厌反复检查他的财务数字。叫下一个应聘者吧！
7）说一说你在自己的事业中取得的最重要的成就。
我发现这个问题可以引出其他更多的问题，从而让应聘者更加具体地谈论他们自己。
这个问题很容易带出这些问题：你取得这个成就时担任着什么职务？它是如何影响你在公司的发展的？还有哪些人参与了？这项成就是如何影响你的团队的？
讨论应聘者的某项成就能让你更多地了解这个人的情况，包括其工作习惯以及如何与别人合作。
8）你最喜爱的动物是什么？
在当初面试我的现任行政助理时，我问她最喜爱的动物是什么。她说是鸭子，因为鸭子总是显得从容镇静，而且不动声色地完成任务。
我认为这是一个很棒的回答，完美阐释了行政助理的角色内容。需要说明的是，她现已在我们公司工作了一年以上，而且表现非常出色。
我们总是在不懈地追求完美、速度、智慧或低成本，于是我们采用最新科技或改善流程。换而言之，我们努力用更少的投入获得更大的产出。
9）说一说你最近在实施哪个项目或解决哪个问题的过程中是这样做的。
优秀的应聘者将会从多个方面来回答这个问题。杰出的应聘者在回答问题的时候会显得很兴奋。
13年来，我们公司的产品只提过一次价。这倒不是说我们的成本降低了，恰恰相反，我们之所以能够保持价格不变，是因为我们做事的效率更高了。我们的团队，从上到下，都会积极发现问题，并加以解决。
每个新的员工也都必须做到这一点。
10）你在上一个工作中取得的哪些成就可以证明你将会在这个工作中获得长足的发展？
过去的成绩往往预示着未来的成功。
如果应聘者无法指出先前的成绩，那么他们可能也无法在你的公司里有多大作为。
11）可以讲一讲你的故事吗？
这个空洞的问题会立即让被面试者转入守势，因为它没有正确或错误的答案。但是，它确实又有答案。
这个问题要求应聘者创造性地进行回答。它能够揭示出应聘者的很多信息，包括性格、想象力和创造力。
这个问题也许听起来很空洞，但却是一个故事的开始。在当今这个世界，讲述故事和引起共鸣的能力恰恰是推销品牌的关键，无论这个品牌是一个产品还是一个人。
应聘者被问及这个问题时看我的神情也透露了他们的喜好。如果他们显得很谨慎，看起来不自然，停顿很长时间，那么这就告诉我他们可能太死搬硬套了，思维很狭隘。在我们所处的行业，我们需要具有开阔思维的人。
12）你有什么问题问我吗？
我喜欢在面试中问这个问题，因为它可以揭示出应聘者是否能够快速思维，以及他们的准备是否充分，是否具有战略思维。
我发现，通过应聘者的提问而不是他们的回答，你能够更深入地了解他们。
13）说一说你不顺心的时刻——例如你想获得晋升，结果却没有得到；或者你做的项目并没有出现你希望的结果。
这个问题很简单，但却很能说明问题。应聘者可能会说他们明白团队合作的重要性，但是这并不就意味着他们实际上知道如何配合团队来工作。我们需要积极主动的、将其职位视为与团队密不可分的人。
这个问题的答案会出现三个基本类型：1、怨天尤人；2、妄自菲薄；3、寻求发展机会。
我们的公司需要非常专注的人，他们愿意承担更多的职责，做的工作有时候会超出他们的岗位要求。我希望团队成员具有正确的态度和方法。如果应聘者怨天尤人，指责前任雇主，或者将其角色理解为单打独斗而不是精诚合作，那么他或她就不可能在我们公司有好的表现。
但是，如果他们勇于承担责任，并渴望将他们所学到的知识应用到工作中去，那么他们将会在我们公司获得长足的发展。
