经历过校招以及参与过校招的人来分析一下哈
1.确实有很多公司是过来宣传的，可能整个省份就招一个两个人，笔试的时候却上千人，这种情况下，脱颖而出的几率很小，除了自身能力之外还需要很好的运气。
2.真心想招人的公司，我念书的时候没有去过别的地方的校招，公司都是直接到我们学校来招人，在这种情况下，如果是本校的学生几率会比从其他地方过来参与的要高那么一点点。
上面是废话，下面是正经的
错过校招怎么办，说实话，这个问题真的很重要了，除非公司真的招人，而且你也相当合适，不然如果你以往届学生参与应届的校招来说，基本上要悲剧，我有两个朋友，gap year了一下，回来招聘，别人一看是往届，就直接让他们gg了，而且是两个比较好的公司。
而且从招聘的角度来说，感觉是万里挑一，基本上都能招够人，很少出现没有招够人的情况
所以如果真的错过了，公司人又招满了，基本上会悲剧。
总结一下：千万不要错过校招，如果你是应届生的话。我有几个同学，尝试过没有参加校招或者以往届的身份回去校招的，都悲剧了。血的教训啊
跨专业前端，三年工作经验，目前拿到了baidu的社招offer，阿里面过被拒，腾讯跟我说他们只招t2-3我的资历和水平还不够。
没啥技巧，就是努力，奋斗，拿出在学校时候的劲头，屡试屡败屡败屡试，还要赶上好时机（金3银4，金9银10），好面试官，好职位，天时地利人和一个都不能缺。
我一年前就注册过bat的社招网站，一直没消息，让人推荐也是电话面不过，最后自己找团队博客，厚脸皮给私人邮箱发自荐，才勉强得到面试机会。
我感激自己还有一颗前进的心，我的同学都结婚生子过日子了，我还在通宵看800页的技术书籍，万幸的是最后得到了好的回报，让我感激。
2,社会招聘，如果你所在的城市在一线的话等你忙完手头上的工作，可以多关注你想去的公司招聘网站or微博，他们会时不时的发布一些急需的岗位，这个时候基本上面试都会比较快，没校园招聘那么多轮，又是笔试又是面试的。
3,先就业后择业，毕业了如果还没找到好的工作话可以先就业后择业，工作一段时间之后会发现其实工作最重要的是还是要自己做得开心且还能够快乐的成长，是不是大公司其实并不是那么重要了的
4,实习也是一种方式啦，我认识的朋友当中就有一些为了能够进入大公司，可以在毕业之后还在这家公司实习，这也是一种很好的方式，毕竟大公司校园招聘就招那么几个人，我们参加了也不一定能进啊，这点还是蛮正常的
5,最后，我说下我自己把，之前一心想进百度，校园招聘的时候也还蛮顺利的，笔试成绩也很高，面试的时候也蛮好，可惜我一个人面了两个面试官，结果被勿以为是作弊。
后来我到了一家创业公司，公司很不错，学到了很多东西，可能是能力不行吧，跟着公司渡过了最艰难那段时间之后，在顺利融资之后我选择了离开，到了一家大家都应该会认为的大公司。
校招难度太大，腾讯北京1万份简历收200人。（大概的数字），而且腾讯都是上午笔试，晚上就出结果，校招的进度很快，除非是牛人，否则拿到offer的几率不是很大。如果感觉自己校招希望不大，通过实习转正是一条不错的路。
以下是鄙人的一些观点：1，首先要分别什么叫好公司？好公司也分2种，一种是已经成型的大公司，一种是潜力型正在创业的小公司。其实如果你是个人才，正在创业型的公司也是一种选择，想这种公司也是需要人才。但是他们的起步相对来说会低，可是学到的东西很多，这种就需要个人的一个眼光，跟对一个好老板很重要。2，做事情做人也分技巧吧，其实部分大公司还是比较容易进的。我举个简单的例子，有个同学，他在天地一号公司工作，开始在湛江做后勤工作，后面被调到了广州去也是做后勤。在湛江的时候他老是想去大城市，认为大城市机会多，可是到了广州却发现生活成本过高，自己更喜欢湛江的生活，这就要个人选择问题了。其实部分大公司在一些二线城市也是有分店，不一定要在一线，这样的机会还是有的。3，根据个人的性格和对喜欢的行业去选择公司也是一种机会，像我同学，其实他的性格更适合做销售，我认为这就是他埋怨自己工作的根本原因。企业的文化也很重要，有一些企业是低调型有些是高调型的，就看你选择了。
另外，选择企业和行业要有目标性，要对自己有一个规划，比如我想成立一个旅游公司，那么我肯定选择当地最好的旅游公司去实习。如果我想成为一个企业高管，那么进大公司是一个很好的跳板。最后，态度和学习能力很重要，年轻人不要怕吃亏，在挫折中成长，相信金子总会发光的。希望对你有用！

2.校招现场霸面，有工作一年的学长，校招去霸面的，当然你要拿出让他们认同你的东西
3.有一些500强公司是校招职位也是open给毕业工作未满三年的毕业生的
4.通过人脉、微博等多种渠道联系心仪公司的HR，或hiring manager，（有学长在微博上联系网易的一个部门主管，然后获得了面试的资格，最后留在了网易）
只要敢想敢做，坚定自己的信念，总会找到成功的方法的。希望对你有帮助
