面试时如果遇到回到不上的问题，深呼吸不要紧张：
◆ 面试官提问回答不上来属于正常情况 为什么说是正常情况呢？例如：实习生、应届生；自身的积累本身就不足，实践机会少，对问题的理解可能会出现偏差或者一知半解的情况。面试官是不会过多的在意你是否回答上来这个专业问题，但是你在投递简历时，简历的内容一定要和你的真实情况相符合。如果有虚假，面试官针对你的简历细抠，你的努力真的功亏一篑。
◆ 理清思路 针对不会回答的问题，这时候你需要理清思路。一知半解的问题，你可以大胆的回答你知道的部分；对于不知道的部分，可以对面试官说“这部分我不是特别理解，但是我的大概认知是...”你对此问题的理解思路可能对也可能错。但是不会影响面试官对你这个人的判断,面试官会非常愿意当这个老师帮你分析你的思路。
◆ 更换思路，缩小范围 一知半解的问题，可以尝试思考。那么完全不会的问题，根本听不懂的问题，该怎么办？“对不起，我不是非常理解您讲的这个问题是什么意思”这是时候，可以请面试官再次说明一下问题，或者换一种问法。更换一下你的思路，在有限的知识储备下理解。 ◆ 讲真，我不会这个问题 对于说了半天，想来半天还是不懂的问题。干脆点直接说，我的专业知识有限，不会这个问题。如果这时候你还是死要面子活受罪，将一些有的没的，胡编乱造；反而会让面试官觉得你很不专业。不如直接坦诚相待，给面试官这个学生比较实在（不是所有的问题都坦诚相待）。
? 面试前的准备 同学在面试前一般问我需要准备什么，我都会这样告诉他： 充分了解求职公司的基本信息，例如：产品助理，运营，人力等职位，面试前从官网、微信、微博；比较常见的地方了解该公司。产品助理这个职位，面试前可以针对公司的已有产品做一个自己的分析。让面试官觉得你是有备而来，回答不出问题，至少你用心。
