想写这篇好久了，结果各种事+拖延，到现在才动笔。记得去年我也大概是这时候开始准备求职的，希望能给想做产品，或者跨专业找工作的孩纸们一点灵感。
文前声明：
1. 我的求职经验最有价值的地方是：可复制。←是的，我没有傲人的背景或广达的人脉，更没有爆表的智商，甚至连像样的奖学金都没有。我能做的，你也都能去做。
2. 标题里的数字是有原因的。去年年初，我写了一篇年度求职计划，文里写到目标薪水是年薪10W，最好税后。结果被豆瓣首页推荐了，引来好多围观、质疑和鼓励。结果卖身价到这个数了，这篇算是汇报。
3. 因为记录的时间跨度越长，很多细节就略过了。有兴趣可以翻我的豆瓣日志，或者单就某个话题和我讨论。（简历笔经面经之类）
以下是正文。
0 我
介绍下我的基本情况。高考脑残励志考研的那种研究生，2015级应届毕业生，本科是个“不提也罢”的地方渣学校，研究生在京某211，专业是个“不提也罢”的悲催文科专业，作为一个冷门专业被老师们和同学们忽略着。[此处应有秋风扫落叶配图]
去年秋招时拿下了4家公司的offer，虽然不多，都是在500强IT外企和国内互联网名企的范围内，最后选择了这家公司是综合考虑发展前景、岗位、平台、薪水、地点等因素的结果，岗位就是众所周知的产品狗。
1 是时候考虑找工作了
这个阶段发生在2013年底到2014年春节这段时间，距离我毕业还有一年半。
为什么要在这个时候考虑找工作的事？
客观原因是当时参加宝洁实习生招聘惜败终面（互联网er，这公司真不是扫地的），一方面让我跳出了自己的生活圈，看到了各路牛人原来是这样度过校园生活的；一方面则是，我没觉得一些所谓的“牛人”（是一些，不是全部）到底牛到哪里去了，不熟悉游戏规则，没有经验，是我的错，可开窍晚不等于智商低啊。于是开了眼的我，大概知道了在人才市场上自己处于什么位置。
主观原因呢，主要是在这个阶段给自己重新定位，有充足的时间给你做准备。假设你给自己定了一个从未涉足的新方向，研二下学期这半年足够你找实习增加实战经验，顺带美化了简历——简历上最新的实习经验绝对是重点。一份正式的实习需要半年，基本实习结束，给自己留一点时间复习笔试需要的东西，差不多就到秋招了。之后拿到offer，写论文蹲等毕业，就是我现在的状态。
所以这时候开始准备，一点都不早。
2 找什么工作？
如何锁定求职目标这件事在《找工作没目标？迷茫？那就看这篇吧》里已经讲清楚了，基本思路是根据自己的性格和特长定岗位，根据自己的专业和工作倾向定行业，根据自己的水平和能力定公司。
结合后来的经验，这里我再补充两点：
1）不要把自己框死在特别精确的岗位里。像我当时因为对宝洁有点魔怔，其实光总部在广州这一点我就不可能和这家公司有什么缘分。而后来更是懂得，他们光鲜的生活，也只是光鲜人生的一种罢了。
2）鱼与熊掌不可兼得。在北京这点其实很明显，一个百无一用文科僧，高薪和户口就二选一吧。而我呢，性嗜钱，不能忍。男票拿了户口以后，我就再也没想过户口的事了。
最后我锁定的求职目标是：市场部+外企/互联网。

3 是时候实习去了
从本科到研究生，实习有创业也有，当时拿着简历去找一位又萌又任性的老师（……）点拨，说我的简历缺一段高大上实习镇场。好吧，那就找家名企混着吧。
春节过后，我大概初五就回了北京，赶在HR上班前做准备。鸡贼如我是这么想的：外企是出了名的高大上，互联网遍地是屌丝，外企的经历能帮助在互联网行业求职，反过来就很难了。所以实习要去外企，而且是500强。但！是！互联网要兼顾啊，最好是进入IT类外企，这样找工作的时候无论是传统FMCG市场部、IT企业市场部还是互联网，这样的经历都能用得上。
于是，我进入了某500强IT外企实习了。（……此处省略N个字）
这段时间，因为团队人少，又有同事请产假，而我又是个热心又好用的娃，争取了很多参与工作的机会，甚至作为核心成员筹备了Level最高的年会。除了优秀的同事和有趣的朋友，让我受益的包括：
1）对尖端科技的兴趣。物联网、人工智能、或许只是小米手机或锤子手机，当这些都在身边发生着的时候，我发现自己能catch到尖端科技带来的细胞迸发的快感。
2）对细节的把控度。Marketing就是份被各种细节淹没的工作，当然也是有个好mentor，带得我眼睛越来越明，心思越来越细。
3）Hold住场面的能力。参加自己参与筹办的年会，被中国区董事总经理夸赞，和美国总部GM偶遇然后一起吃饭，穿着小礼服举着酒杯和前辈们搭讪，也有过和同事们一起加班到12点，也训斥过agency的大哥大姐们（……）咳咳，总之，气场这东西，是磨出来的，不是说出来。
4）职场专业度。于我而言的职场专业度，是指思维方式和工作习惯。好比说，分清职责和职权，从部门和职能的立场去考虑问题和提出建议，会议前该怎么准备以及会有后如何发布纪要如何分配任务，甚至是办公场景的邮件应当怎么写……都是这段时间锻炼出来的。
5）简历上一段拿得出手的经历。……就是字面意思，对网申好些，很多HR也会好奇。当然也要看你简历怎么写，这里就不多说了。
4 找工作？当产品狗好了
在不断了解外企市场部的工作中我就逐渐动摇了。首先，应届生非常适合的FMCG市场部管培，企业大多不在北京。其次，甲方的市场部不太适合技能上升期的应届生，乙方的市场类工作又强度太大工资太低。
于是我觉得互联网是个既能成长又能淘金的好方向，对文科生来说，实在要珍惜。
然后就在一次次找实习、找工作、和战友们交流的过程中，发现互联网行业的岗位设置和其他行业是不太一样的。而我想做的这类工作，更偏向于产品。（互联网行业产品经理的岗位源于宝洁的产品经理，可以看“产品经理”的百度百科）
这和当时设定的求职目标有些偏差，但仔细想想，所要做的事情和所需要的素质都是类似的，接下来要做的就是能力迁移和差异修正了。
有哪些可以迁移的呢？
1）对需求的探索，对用户的尊重。FMCG市场部的工作同样围绕用户展开，调研和分析用户需求是基础能力，很多理论和经验可以套过来用。
2）产品设计能力。如何让你的产品被用户接受？如何让用户喜欢你的产品？怎样让你的产品从同类中脱颖而出？
3）项目管理。盯一个产品的全流程和盯一个case的全流程，没太大差别。都是团队协作。人性是共通的。
4）T字型能力结构。做市场、做产品很相似的一点是，两者都是要在某一个方向深耕细作、但又要广泛涉猎。同时，保持敏锐度，保持行业更新和自我更新。
5）职业素养。两者对人的个性和工作能力要求也是类似的。要靠谱，要有执行力，抗压，多线程处理事务，具有独立的思考能力和决断力，等等吧。
找到共通点，那要修正什么差异呢？
1）企业文化。……你要让对方觉得你是“自己人”才行啊！外企人的气场和风格，如何调试到互联网人的气场和风格，是我求职的一大障碍。说话的方式、描述一件事的逻辑、面试的风格等等，都不太一样。好在咱骨子里屌丝，很快就掰过来了。
2）迭代和试错。这恐怕是互联网行业和传统行业最大的差异之一。因为成本低，速度快，很多事情可以通过先上线试错再迭代新版本的方法解决，这是传统行业所做不到的。这就对应着很多做事方法的区别。
3）行业研究。就是字面意思，之前没有系统地对互联网行业进行研究，行业学习和竞品分析都是必须要做的功课。
基本上就是这些吧。对应地，找圈内的朋友多咨询多补课，自己多研究多总结，修改简历，很快就实现了自己的全新包装，然后忽悠Offer去了。
5 当产品狗的感觉？
特别好。真心的。
比之前每一段经历都让我觉得找到了自己。
从小学第一次用QQ泡论坛以来，我最好的死党几乎都在网上——在那个见网友等于被拐卖的年代。这些美好的关系一直保持到了现在，虽然联系时增时减，但青春没有第二次，我们都永远定格在了彼此初见的那年。
这些年来我们一起做论坛、做电子书、做杂志、写小说、做网站，甚至还摸索写过html代码，练就了一身在二次元安身立命的本领，玩得不亦乐乎。直到现在渐渐回归了三次元，也是更多的时间在和自己对话，变不了人见人爱左右逢源。
我想这样的经历，或多或少决定了会成为互联网人。加上行业领先的工作平台、青春朝气的工作环境，快节奏的工作风格，融洽的团队，和能让应届生充分发挥的机会，我想，这就相当足够了。
6 总结一下吧
就像我开头说的，这是个可复制的故事，希望能给你灵感。
对文科生们，相信自己可以的，做产品我们有自己的优势，找出自己的亮点。
对跨专业求职的孩纸们，仔细看我的准备时间和步骤，你也可以。
对想做产品的孩纸们，像我这样毫无产品实习经验的文科狗都拿了offer，要有信心。当然，没拿到Offer的，也不要找客观理由。
对我来说，选择了就要努力走下去。无论是产品设计UEUI还是JAVA,都放马过来吧！
