接过助理送过来的一份简历，厚厚的十多页，握在手中沉甸甸的。
这是猎头丽萨推荐来的一位HRM候选人资料，工作八年的资深人士。
我没有急着打开简历来看，只是脑海中回想起数年前自己的一些经历。
那时，心高气傲，自信心爆表，出去找工作却四处碰壁，心里面多了怀才不遇的愤懑和不甘。
幸好，我有一位好师傅，每次我有烦心事总会找他，而每次都有收获。
我带着自己的简历，七八页，登门拜访师傅。
师傅待我说明情况，其实是抱怨，接过我的资料，轻轻放在旁边茶案上，微笑着说：“年轻人，莫急。我先猜猜你面试时候的情形，你看是不是这样。”
“好”。
“你去企业面试前，总是信心满满。”
“是的”
“你到了企业，会不自觉的用甄选的眼光看出现在你身边的门卫、前台及其他人”
“是”
“你做自我介绍时，不论什么企业，基本上是一套圆满完美的，闪着亮光的说辞。”
“是”
“别人问你的特长或优势时，你总是侃侃而谈，从人力资源规划到员工关系，从目标管理到时间管理，并且越说越自得，越说越陶醉，语速也越来越快”
“是”
“当面试完后，你也觉得自己表现不错”
“是”
“并且总觉得自己的优势和亮点没有展示完”
“是”
突然，师傅不说话了，盯着我。
我纳闷，“师傅，你说的如同亲眼所见。的确如此。”
“可我为什么找不到心仪的平台呢”
师傅缓缓说：“你嘛，目中无人！！”
我辩解起来：“我可是谦虚好学的，怎样会目中无人呢？”
“回顾你的面试过程，你眼中可曾想过他人，你不知眼中，心中全都是自己。想着自己如何表现的更好，如何展示的更精彩。可冷静的想过接待你的门卫前台，他们各有什么不同？想过你面前的面试官，他们有什么想法。”
我愣住了，面试面试，是不是在我的字典里，变成了独白和表演。
师傅看我没说话，就明白我心有所悟了。接着说：“古语说，发达不还乡，犹如锦衣夜行，唯恐人不知呀。其实自认有才的人也一样，生怕别人低看自己，所以如孔雀开屏。其实呀，在老手面前，这样的人就如锣鼓一敲，登台表演的猴子一样。”
师傅话说重了，意在让我自省，我的脸也不禁红了起来，如同猴子屁股。
喝了一口茶，我说：“师傅，你老教训的是。我自以为多读了几本书，学会了几招三脚猫功夫，就想出去显摆，不料恰恰如小丑过街，让大家发笑。”
“面试过程需要互动，而不是我一个人在表演。师傅让我留意企业的门卫表现，是指让我关注细节，从细微处发现企业的真实状况。同时也让我的注意力不全放在自己身上，做到气定神闲。”
“还有，我需要多留意面试官的问题，多倾听，明白了面试官想了解什么后再做回答。增加和面试官的互动。”
“师傅，你说我理解的是否到位？”
师傅说：“悟性还不赖。从自我到看到别人，这是一个进步。面试中，双发互动过程中，你不仅要倾听，还要思考通过什么样的方式表达你的见解，让面试官准确的领会并认同。”
我点点头。
师傅说：“你要放下自己，学着倾听、观察和思考，在面试过程中才能从面试官的眼前走进面试官的心里。”
在后续的面试中，我开始提醒自己，逐渐变得从容镇定，和面试官的互动也多了起来。由衷的感谢师傅。
