面试通知陆续发布，银行暑期实习生招聘工作接近高峰期，笔试甚少，多为直接面试，面试的“软技能”有哪些，小编带你从马云在北大的演讲中寻找答案。
不得不感叹世事难料，当年考不上北大的马云，后来却在北大演讲，路怎么走，有时真是人选路，也是路选人。
马云的演讲其实像极了面试，能从中学到不少技巧，以下是小编结合马云同学演讲段子，整理出来的几个与面试相关的"软技能"。
1、马云当年高考数学只得了1分，却勇猛的报考了北京大学，尽管未能被北大录取，但那份自信心，相当难得。19日晚上，当他站在北大讲台上演讲时，依然赢得了全场喝彩，自信不减当年。面试也是如此，怎么向"面试官"或听众展示你的水平？自信、乐观、自圆其说，缺一不可，最后一点尤其重要。
2、马云说自己不懂技术，但他相信这个技术可以解决社会问题，于是排除万难做云计算。如果你去面试当然不能这么说了，要讲"我可能不是技术最好的，但我非常热爱和尊重技术，我不懂就问，不会就学，遇到困难就解决，相信办法总比困难多。"推动社会进步这种话最好别在面试时说，除非你应聘的是董事局主席。
3、马云说，在哪里上市不重要，但他可没说上市这事本身不重要。如果有人问你期望多少薪水，先搞清楚面试官对你是否满意，是否愿意录用你，再决定怎么谈钱的事。
4、马云评价竞争对手时说，阿里做事不为钱，是为推动社会进步、影响社会和改变社会。你在面试时，如果被要求评价前任雇主，也最好说离职不是为了钱，是为了找到更好的平台，是为了跟更多志同道合的优秀同事在一起，好好工作，为公司也为自己，施展更多能力，发挥更大价值。千万记住，是什么人讲什么话，员工讲老板的话不行。
5、如果跟你一起竞争某个岗位的候选人，还有比你更出色的，千万不要贬低别人，不妨试试说：能力高低很重要，但能不能发挥更重要。你喜欢这家公司，非常想来这家公司工作，愿意适应，愿意学习，愿意进步，所以相信你的能力可以得到最大施展。当然，如果你还再能多说一下，希望公司帮你进步，就更完美了。
6、面试时要注意，不光埋头苦干，还要展望未来。马云从来都是谈未来、谈愿景的，愿景就是现在没有，将来也不一定能有，但你相信，所以努力去实现的东西。公司对候选人考察当前，更看重未来潜力，所以你要展示你的未来，你希望自己将来什么样？能不能在准备应聘的这家公司成为未来的自己？
7、最后，如果你把上述问题都回答到位了，可能离入职更近，也可能让面试官觉得你太不靠谱、太能说，直接否定。这时候马云又谈到，"如果我们玩过头了"，要及时圆场。比如你可以说，你确实很激动，很想得到这个机会，你会注意更踏实些，用工作结果证明自己的价值，这样就OK了。真实和坦诚总能打动自己，也打动别人。
最后，借马同学一句话：不要悲观地说失败了怎么办，我们现在即使失败了也是一种成功，因为你努力过。"用这句话送给你，也送给我，祝我们都成功！
