前言——校招是一款七重天的闯关游戏
如果把校招比喻成闯关游戏，这是一款得连续打通七关，连续绕过N个大坑，才能拿到最终offer的角色扮演游戏。
在任何一关的任何一个坑摔倒了，都得换下一家公司重来。
接下来和大家一起聊聊，这样的一款游戏有哪些关卡和哪些大坑呢？
第一关——小年的大环境
寒冬，来得有些措手不及。
以阿里巴巴重新定义拥抱变化为标志，拉开了互联网小年的序幕。大部分公司停止了历年以来的扩招，招聘比例最低的产品岗首当其冲。
大公司的数据了解几个之后我也没有兴趣再打听，如腾讯产培的录用比是28:1.4W，我参加过的产品招聘广州场都招个位数。
生于这样的大环境，听到这样的数据，反而也就释然了。
确定了目标，就尽人事听天命；没有伞的孩子，就拼命奔跑吧！
第二关——焦虑的心态
对于大部分人而言，产品校招就是一个不断被刷再被刷的过程。
我被刷得最狠的一次是唯品会。第一天笔试被刷，第二天霸群面，还是被刷，第三天连夜写了唯品会体验报告，第四天带着报告霸总监面，再次被怒刷。被同一家公司四天刷了三次，真是心碎了一地。
和大家从八月底走到现在，我特别能理解大家从激动，到心烦，到心累，到麻木，到欣喜若狂的过程。每个人都不容易。
常见大坑：
看到大神陆续收割offer，心急如焚；面试一次又一次被刷，怀疑自己；有其他行业的工作选择，患得患失。
绕坑方法：
说来惭愧，当时我并没能完全消除连刷带来的阴影。
但是，我对自己下了两个军令状：
无论如何都要把整个互联网校招季跑完；每面一场，都要做总结。
如果这样都还拿不到offer，只能怪自己能力不够，不会有遗憾。
输，也要输得像个男人。
万一赢了呢？
第三关——不对称的信息
有能力却无法与公司及时匹配，最为可惜。据我收集，今年全国有招产品的互联网公司在150家左右，而其中80%是大家平时没有听过的，因此信息的收集显得尤为重要。
我拿到的第一份offer就是在水微信群时，看到朋友说正在进行单面环节，于是赶紧打车去大学城霸笔霸面最后幸运拿到了offer，想想如果不是小伙伴的提醒，建立信心的第一份offer就木有了。
常见大坑：
不知道有什么公司招聘；不知道有招对口的产品岗位（软、硬件/工作城市等）；不知道网申、测评、宣讲、面试的时间节点；不知道现场状况和考核重点；
绕坑方法：
订阅号是目前最大的信息孤岛，关注5个专注互联网校招的大V号，每三天全部刷一遍记录下来，基本不会有漏网之鱼；加入高质量的信息共享群，及时与伙伴互通信息，不做伸手党。
第四关——线上/线下笔试
笔试看来简单，实则是淘汰率最高的一关。以迅雷广州场为例，线上投递简历有1000多人，最后笔试淘汰剩下50人左右。可能你有满腹的才华想跟面试官施展，但是挂了就是挂了。
常见大坑：
没有理解出题者的考核重点；操作不当，比如我笔试到高潮，电源突然就被舍友拔了，从此再也进不去(╯﹏╰)错过了笔试；字丑，字丑，字丑！校招季我一共线下笔试了4次，挂了3次，唯一没挂的，是我卷子被工作人员弄丢了，面试官看我简历还可以给我过的….
绕坑方法：
选择题：多总结体型，遇到两次以上的题目我都会记下来，弄懂原理；问答题：注重体现产品思维。我一般会先写自己的逻辑思考框架，再根据框架写详细内容，阅卷时间一般都很短，让面试官知道你是一个思考者最为重要；
第五关——万恶的群面
再厉害的人，对群面都不敢掉以轻心。因为群面人多，不可控性太高。
专业的产品群面，会着重考察我们的“T”字形思维，横向上，需要思维足够宽广，考虑问题全面；纵向上，需要思考足够深入，有独立见解。
常见大坑：
想做leader抢不过牛人被刷；终于做了leader结果被撕逼队友拉下水被刷；没有好想法，人云亦云被刷；有了好想法，结果插不上话被刷；好不容易插上话，结果一紧张说的都是废话被刷~还不容易说了好想法，结果没队友支持被排挤被刷~
绕坑方法：
找准定位，我以前连做三次leader连挂三次，后来改做leader秘书，一直顺利；每次发言我都会先理好思路，力图有理有据，给团队带来价值；多想想自己和通过者的差距在哪儿，学习模仿其优点；
第六关——专业单面
单面是整个校招的核心环节，着重考核我们的专业能力和潜力，也就是常说的产品sense。考核内容一般分为三块儿：1.自己简历上的产品经历；2.对应聘公司产品的改进建议；3.对常用APP及一些临时问题的看法；
常见大坑：
自己的优点没有机会展示；面试官问的问题没有准备过，答不上来；自己的想法遭到质疑和挑战；
绕坑方法：
第一步，把自己积淀成金子，产品相关经历，逻辑化思考表述，靠谱的产品价值观，这些都非一日之寒；
第二步，要主动发光，让面试官知道你是金子。30分钟的面试时间实在太短，如果我有符合公司用人需求的优点，我会主动引导面试官去了解自己；
第三步，思维比结果重要。遇到不会的问题，我会告诉面试官我是如何思考和解决这个问题的，体现自己的产品思维。
第七关——HR面
HR面的通关率最高，但是一旦挂掉最痛心疾首。其实准备HR面对提升自我非常有必要。
一位前辈曾经说过，如果你没有想清楚你挣到1000万之后要做什么，那你这辈子多半也没机会挣到1000万；
如果你没有想清楚你为什么想来这个城市这个公司，那你可能也来不了这个城市这个公司。
常见大坑：
对HR面不重视；对公司不了解；对自己的规划不清晰；
绕坑方法：
对公司要有基本的了解，这是对自己负责，也是对公司负责；对自己要有长线的规划，自己想做怎样的产品，三年五年十年打算成长为怎样的人，都该一早想清楚。
尾言
诚然，不是每个人都可以闯过校招的七重关。
但是，每个人都可以拼尽全力，让自己的校招季无悔。
如果能够闯完这七关绕过这N个坑拿到最终offer，真是非常的优秀和幸运；
如果暂时还没能完成闯关，咬咬牙，当你感觉日子特别艰难时，有可能是这次的收获会特别巨大。
