面试时，面试官除了问一些常规问题，还会问：“你未来五年有什么职业发展计划？”该怎么回答。
? 错误回答
“我计划在公司所在的城市买房定居”。这个答案太私人化了；
考行业内的XXX证书。这个答案把职业发展计划和个人发展计划混淆了；
我要当半年拿高薪，一年当总监...不实际；
好好工作，努力工作。认真完成工作，实现自己的价值...

? 五年计划的七个要点
你的答案要让面试者相信，如果公司雇佣你，你会持续为公司工作，并且你已经仔细思考过，你在这家公司里面如何发展。
解除面试者对你“投机面试”的顾虑。不要让他以为，你是海投了100家公司之后，中了一家，就随随便便来面试了
你要让面试者相信你有计划留在公司，并和公司一起成长
表达出你对公司的足够了解，找出公司可以带给你的职位升迁（纵向）和发展路线（横向）
如果组织内部有多种升迁的方式，请指出发展道路，以及可供选择的职位，结合个人兴趣和公司发展需求，说出你设想的职业道路（比如你以前是marketing部门的专员，可是你经过研究发现，工作一年之后进入Branding部门也是可以的，请在面试中指出你的兴趣点
说出你对进入公司是有目的的，有积极性的，你对如何做得比Job Description更多更好，有明确的计划
避免提及一个具体的工作职位，因为第一年进公司不免部门调动或者轮岗
不要提及个人的目标和计划，比如上述的“考证书“”买房“
? 举例
（一）
我的计划是五年内，在管理培训生（可换职位）这个岗位发展。我把我未来在乔布堂的五年看做一个学习技能和行业知识的机会。我申请这个职位的原因是，这个公司是行业内的领头企业。
如果我继续在这个部门工作，我希望在三年内升任部门/高级经理，负责技术发展策略的推广（显得你对这个职位很了解）。【纵向发展】
另外一种可能是，转到区域的办公室，在那里我可能会接触到区域运营工作和商业拓展工作。最终以哪个方向发展取决于公司的各个因素，比如不断变化的市场需求，我个人资质和能力，我在公司里面成长的情况，和公司战略发展的需要。【横向发展】
在以往的实习中，我曾经在不同公司不同部门实习，我对任务的灵活性让我可以满足公司不同的职能。（附上一个小小的例子，比如曾经同时在市场部和人资部当实习生，可以协调工作时间和任务）我希望能在乔布堂得到更多锻炼的机会，希望在服务公司的同时和公司一起成长。（结尾表忠心）
这里只是提供一个思路。上述答案中企业可换，专业可换，企业和部门的业务可换。一定要有实习或者项目经历支持你的说法！
（二）
在过去大学三年中，我试图在我的marketing（专业和技能可换）的专业领域不断精进我的技能。这也是为什么我申请乔布堂的工作。作为行业的一个领头企业，乔布堂的资源和发展策略在业界都是有口碑的。
如果我被雇佣了，我计划不断在乔布堂未开创的领域做先锋开拓者，比如XX和XX领域。这样做我可以为企业的业务开拓创新并且打开企业的市场影响力。从长期的来看，我不仅仅是要培养我在XX业务上的能力，也要参与到企业的发展当中去。【站在企业影响力和企业的业务上，从长期来看。而不是从个人出发。】
最后还是那句话，模板写出来还是我的模板，自己加入自己的细节，完善了背诵了，就是你的专属模板。
