目前在移动互联网领域，O2O(Online To Offline)应用十分火爆，请举出你最熟悉的O2O应用，列举他们的核心功能，分析他们目前的优缺点，并简单预测他们未来的发展方向以及原因。

以美团为例：
美团目前的主要产品有：PC版网站；移动端产品：美团app、猫眼电影、美团外卖、美团酒店。移动端产品是大势所趋，基于美团团购业务，孵化出更细分和垂直领域的app，全面向移动互联网转型，本文主要分析美团app。
从产品设计的商业模式来看，一个拥有健康生态体系的产品最基本的构成主要有3部分：用户、商家、平台本身。三者缺一不可，一个平台，如果缺少商家或者用户一环，产品就会不健康，也不可持续发展。
美团定位为一个团购平台，本质上是要解决用户（消费者）和商家（商品&服务）信息不对称的问题，解决因为信息不对称造成的商品和服务资源的浪费。
在app首页，从竞品分析角度，分析一下美团app比大众点评体app设计好的地方：
首先，大众点评只定位到城市，范围比较广，不够精确。美团可以定位到城市的某个区，比如北京的昌平区、东城区，可以进行更精准的商圈划分和更小范围的商品和服务推荐。
O2O的一个强属性就是本地化、区域化，用户都希望在离自己近的地方进行消费，不愿意坐地铁跑很远才找到商家，所以更小范围的城市定位，将会更好的满足用户需求，提供更好的用户体验。
其次，美团app有基于LBS应用场景的商家搜索功能，右上角有基于LBS地图模式的商家搜索按钮，进入二级页面也一样可以使用，用户可以根据地图定位寻找附近的商家。这是一个全新的应用场景，让用户在找服务找商家的时候，有一种身临其境的感觉，可以看到商家的建筑和附近熟悉的街道。
最后，美团app在方便用户及用户感知方面做得比较好，比如在商品图片左上角打上”免预约“标示，用户不需要打开详情页就可以知道是免预约的，不用像大众点评那样，需要点击进入商品详情页，才可以看到是否免预约。
美团在商品列表给出了用户比较关心的销量数据，并且还有双人餐、3-5人餐这样的推荐和引导，方便用户作参考，最大限度的减少了用户的思考，有利于用户快速的做出购买决策，提升转化率。
用户体验好的产品始终以用户为中心，把用户最关心的信息和数据放在最显眼的位置，符合所谓的不要等、不要想、不要烦三个原则。

一、需求分析
1、渔夫需求：直接面向更多的用户，快速简单方便的卖掉海鲜产品，大力发展生鲜O2O。
2、用户需求：便宜方便的买到新鲜的海鲜产品，希望直接从原产地买海鲜，比如阳澄湖大闸蟹。
二、“海鲜直购”App产品构成分析
1. 这款帮助海边渔夫卖海鲜的产品，主打用户可以从渔夫那里直接购买海鲜产品的卖点，过滤掉中间繁琐的代理商、分销商和零售商，直接方便快速的从渔夫那里购买海鲜产品，所以命名为“海鲜直购”。
2. 基本功能：
·渔夫端的app可以通过手机拍照快速上架刚刚捕捞上来的海鲜产品，甚至渔船还未靠岸，在大海上通过“海鲜直购”把海鲜产品推给消费者。
·用户端的app可以浏览、筛选和购买海鲜产品，整个操作流程和购买电影票类似，就是浏览——筛选——下单——付款（第三方支付担保）——邮寄——收货（确认付款）
三、产品亮点：
1、特色功能：海鲜预售，提前对将要捕捞的海鲜进行预售，确定库存进货量。
2、海鲜众筹：多人众筹昂贵的海鲜产品。
3、渔夫创业孵化器：为专供渔夫提供创业指导，扶持一批渔夫做大做强，建立强大的海鲜生态链。
4、珍惜动物举报：在上面举办售卖稀有海鲜，比如中华鲟和海豚之类的商家，通过网络售卖平台打击捕捞珍惜动物的违法犯罪分子。
