2016国考已于10月中旬启动，不少第一次准备参加国考的同学对于岗位要求中的“基层工作经历”存在一些疑问，今天带大家一起了解下关于基层工作经历的相关内容。或许省考可以用得上。
基层工作经历，是指具有在县级及以下党政机关、国有企事业单位、村（社区）组织及其他经济组织、社会组织等工作的经历。离校未就业高校毕业生到高校毕业生实 习见习基地（该基地为基层单位）参加见习或者到企事业单位参与项目研究的经历，可视为基层工作经历。在军队团和相当于团以下单位工作的经历，可视为基层工 作经历。报考中央机关的人员，在地（市）直属机关工作的经历，也可视为基层工作经历。
第一类：自报到之日算起：在基层党政机关、事业单位、国有企业工作的人员；参加“大学生村官”、“三支一扶”（支教、 支农、支医和扶贫）、“大学生志愿服务西部计划”、“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”等中央和地方基层就业项 目人员；离校未就业高校毕业生到高校毕业生实习见习基地（该基地为基层单位）参加见习或者到企事业单位参与项目研究的 人员。
第二类：自协议约定的起始时间算起：到基层特定公益岗位（社会管理和公共服务）初次就业的人员。
第三类：自劳动合同约定的起始时间算起：在其他经济组织、社会组织等单位工作的人员。
第四类：自营业执照颁发之日算起：自主创业并办理工商注册手续的人员。
第五类：自登记灵活就业并经审批确认的起始时间算起：以灵活就业形式初次就业人员。
每年的情况有所不同，考生应以当年公告为准。例如：2015国考基层工作经历的截止时间为2014年10月。
具有基层工作经历的应届毕业生，可按应届毕业生身份报考。如果符合职位规定的基层工作年限，也可以报考要求具有基层工作经历的职位。
招考职位明确要求有基层工作经历的，报考人员必须具备相应的基层和生产一线工作经历，并需提供相应的工作经历证明。可以提供社保证明，或劳动合同，也可以让公司开具相关证明。具体可咨询招考单位。
