我，非武侠迷一枚，在我的求职路上却始终贯穿着我的江湖道义。当无意中听到这首《神雕侠侣》的主题曲《浩瀚》（青年歌手张杰演唱的）时，着实被这种豪情所动。歌中唱到：
“天生我才必有用，千万莫欺少年穷；败了也要逞英雄，不怕世人笑我疯；好汉不提当年勇，只想问你懂不懂，爱恨装得很从容，有谁真正能放松。
四大皆空，色即是空，眼里全是胭脂花红；醉在花丛，笑的心痛谁来和我深情相拥。为你心动，为你吟颂，一曲高歌诉尽情衷；来时汹涌，去时想通，人生不过 一场好梦。“
一、天生我才必有用，千万莫欺少年穷
2004年春节刚过，我和几个同学一起到学校附近的一个人才市场的招聘会，看着这些“不起眼的”招聘企业，只是感受了一下招聘气氛就草草回到学校。几周后的一天，学校打电话给我，让我去教师一趟，说有单位来招聘，到了教室后，发现全是人力资源管理专业的毕业生。简单的见面会后，递上简历，回宿舍睡觉。一周后，我们一个班的四个同学被通知去面试。
第一轮面试是集体面试，集体面试说了什么现在已经记不得了，但我当时应该是最不紧张的一个，因为面对如此“高大上“的事业单位，并没有太多想法。
第二轮面试只剩下我和我同宿舍最好的哥们，人称外号“军爷“，面试波澜不惊，就像一场聊天，似乎稀里糊涂的过了。2004年3月21日，我和军爷就被通知到单位去实习。到现在还能清晰的记得，我走上那57级台阶时的是何等的激动。
后来，我上班后，我才意识到，大学里天天泡图书馆，只要划考试范围必逃课，不考级，不考证，甚至有些不谙世事的我，确实有点另类，在我的内心世界，似乎我就是游离于“体制”外的一名武夫，凭借着一份勤奋、一份简单的义气打拼，好在我一直很幸运。
二、转战郊区，那些年我们一起走过的日子
永远忘不了，一个人到新单位报到的那天晚上，一个人走在昏暗的路上，就为了找一个稍微像样点的餐厅吃饭。走了一个多小时，终于吃了到郊区工作的第一顿饭。那种孤独感，在后来的工作中持续了很久。
2006年天气渐渐转暖，经朋友介绍，我去郊区的一家大型国企面试。在面试将要结束的时候，面试官给我一打稿纸，让我写下对上一份工作的体会。当时，完全被即将到来的新工作的幸福感萦绕，完全忘记了那是面试，草草的写了半篇就交给了主考官（我后来的处长大人）。主考官考看过后笑了笑，叫我到他面前问：“这个词什么意思？我：“触动，就是……”。主考官笑笑说：“哦，我以为我不认识字。” 我忽然反应过来我把“触动”写成了“解动”。当时，我憨憨的笑了笑，挠了挠头，没说什么，只是各种羞愧。
回到市区后，就是漫长的等待。一天中午吃完饭，实在熬不下去了，直接给面试官打了个电话，才踏实下来，原来我作为该单位第一个外聘体制外人员，需要经过相关会议才能定下来。一周后，单位通知要来政审（相信好多80后职场人员是没有这个经历吧？），政审一波三折，最后结局是完美的。
到新单位上班后是修订管理办法，参加一些列的讨论会议。告一段扩后，紧接着就是接收2006届毕业生的工作。在接下来的5年时光，我就像个孩子王一样，公司大院里那一排排梧桐和职工公寓两旁的路灯，记录了我们一起走过的匆匆那些年，也给了我出去闯天下的勇气和决心。
三、破釜沉舟，转战民企的日日夜夜
转眼毕业7年，然而刚毕业时的那份不安分，并没有因时间的流逝而衰减，相反，几年沉淀下来，对外面的世界更加向往。于是，毅然决然的辞掉工作，转战民企。
辞职后的面试由于定位不准确，错过了央视国际；因为自负，婉拒了几个其实非常不错的小企业。经过几次面试后，疲惫不说，光是抛弃国企光环的纠结就足以让我失眠，慢慢调整、修正，接到这家单位面试通知后，最终下了决心，一定要拿下这家公司，虽然他与我的心理预期差别也不小，但工作稳定下来，求稳求发展才是王道。
三轮面试下来，整个面试工作，明显占有主动，当然并不是因为我优秀，而是我的确是降低了标准。最后一轮面试，是与董事长见面。在与董事长一个小时的面谈过程中，几乎都是董事长在讲他的企业文化，出于对其年长的尊重（我一直没有学会拍马屁的本事，更是坚守着不为五斗米折腰的愚昧信仰），我并没有任何刻意展现自己的言语，认真的听，快速的反应可能与未来工作相关的信息，并适时的点头，回应，这次单独与董事长交流的收集到的信息，包括我对老板性格、行为方式的判断，在今后的工作中确实对我帮助很大，也为我快速融入公司做了很好的铺垫，
Offer拿到后，第二天就去公司正式上班了。后来的种种，我在中人网上连载了《从人力资源总监到人力主管》（共九篇）中分九篇谈了体会，有兴趣的去看看，并多提宝贵意见。
四、有家有爱，回归国企
在民企打拼几年后，长期夜以继日的工作节奏，不但没让我瘦下来，反而胖了许多，职位也是一路飙升，成为公司最年轻的B级员工。然而，结婚了后的生活开始发生很大变化，在权衡许久后，我又一次转身，这次转身的原因不像原来一样为了所谓的梦想，而是为了能多一些时间照顾家庭。
这次的转身，经历了3个月的与意向单位接触。3个月后的11月底，意向单位通知我去开一个会，主要是想听听我对新公司人力资源管理体系建设的看法。面对意向单位的陌生人、陌生环境，在这种信息完全不对称的情形下，看法的编写和介绍时语言的拿捏程度的难度和压力可想而知。尤其是面对好的工作机会时，压力会翻倍。
整个过程在波澜不惊中度过，最后因为投影仪的问题，我做的PPT只是简单做了介绍，但似乎是我的态度打动了意向单位。后来与副总、总经理的面谈，都是水到渠成的事儿。
如今奔四了，工作机会越来越通过人脉，而且，面试过程也越来越简单，但前期接触的过程可能会越来越长。最后祝福各位工作心态越来越好，事业蒸蒸日上。
