去哪儿最近又开始在南京、武汉和北京地区开始校招笔试和面试了，不少人问我去哪儿笔试面试的情况，下面就把收到的问题，统一写篇文章做解答吧，一对一回答是实在没有那个时间精力，发布出来需要的人都可以看到。下面选取去哪儿2016校招沈阳区的产品运营笔试题，聊一下我的分析思路。
去哪儿产品运营沈阳笔试题：
目前在餐厅吃饭，有什么你发现的痛点，哪些可以用互联网的思维来解决？请找到痛点并且设计解决方案（列举三项即可）

我在餐厅吃饭的痛点主要有排队难、选择吃什么困难、团队吃饭众口难调困难。
针对排队难，利用互联网的思路来解决，先考虑用户的需求是什么，用户的需求是不排队就可以吃饭，餐厅的需求是用户有序合理的去点餐吃饭。
所以，根据这个需求点，一个解决方案就是，利用网上排号和提前预约来解决，用户提前利用手机App排号，知道自己什么时候排上，不用提前去餐厅等着浪费时间，用户根据排号情况，合理安排去餐厅用餐时间。
排号对于餐厅也有好处，提前预知客流量，可以适度拒绝网上订餐的用户，集中资源服务好现有用户。
另外，提前预约和网上排号是一个逻辑，只是叫法不一样，核心逻辑都是，最大程度的消除用户与餐厅的信息不对称，用户可以提前知道餐厅排队情况，餐厅可以提前知道客流量，然后根据现有资源最大化的服务用户。
选择吃什么困难，一方面就是没钱，省不得吃贵的，一方面真的是因为味觉疲劳，不知道吃什么好。第一种情况还是靠自己去解决吧。第二种情况，用户需要的就是告诉他吃什么，为他做好选择，不用他绞尽脑汁去思考吃什么。
在心理层面，如果一起吃饭点了不好吃的菜，一般会引来吐槽，所以这也是点餐困难的原因，害怕承担不好吃的责任。这个时候服务员推荐的菜，只要不是很坑，一般会容易接受，因为即使不好吃，也不用自己承担责任，可以大声的说，那是服务员推荐的。
需求分析完毕，用户需求就是有人告诉他什么好吃，代替他做选择，并且承担不好吃的风险责任。所以，可以利用大数据，分析用户的口味特点和口味分布周期，后者很重要，现在的大数据推荐都是长期推荐同类，并没有看到根据一定周期去推荐用户可能喜欢的东西。
所以，“为你点菜”服务就诞生了，根据你过去的吃喝玩乐消费数据，和自己可以设定的口味关键词，为你点菜 。至于产品形态，做成插件，内置在美团、饿了么这样的O2O产品里是最好的，因为数据是现成的，并且数据在不断更新和进化。
团队吃饭众口难调痛点，需求和解决方案同C。另外，加一点创新就是，可以利用社交来做，一个人设定一个口味关键词的数值，系统根据数值总和来选出菜单。也可以做菜单共享，个人分享自己的菜单，然后聚合到一起，迅速出一个点菜解决方案。
关于校招的准备工作
每个求职者的情况都不同，有的很早就有内推渠道，并且提前通过内推得到了提前面试、免笔试等不同程度的校招绿色通道。但是，有的求职者真的是像从象牙塔走出来一样，没有基本的找工作和校招流程的概念，连基本的网申都不知道，或者是网申填错信息，对于这样的人，我只想说，找工作不要太任性，多准备搜集一些校招信息不会怀孕。
还有的是连目标企业的招聘流程都不清楚，经常问哪里有面试，下一站去哪里招聘，其实这些信息校招官网都有，就没必要浪费时间问别人了。还有，很多人都加了很多16届的校招群，里面也有各种小道消息，我自己也被加了一些，希望大家学会问问题，问有价值的问题。
还有的是问职位信息和招聘要求，其实这在官网都有，百度一下就知道的，没必要各种问。理论上，凡是百度一下就能轻松搞定的问题，就不要因为懒惰而随便张口问别人。提问也是有技巧和智慧的，祝大家好运。
