从世界排名第51的学校回国，信心满满来到了上海，接踵而至的，则是四处碰壁。像上海这种地方，海归算不上优秀。我曾经一直在想，在上海，最优秀的人到底是什么样的？凡是你能想到的人，我都想到过。然而，好的资源真的都会先被这些牛人挑完了，然后才轮到你吗？
具体什么人能争夺更好的社会资源，这里我们不讨论。就说说面试，面试其实是一场讲故事大赛，而故事的内容，最好都是真的！给大家分享一下，这故事该怎么个讲法。
【热身】
在故事开讲之前，面试你的HR可能会简单和你寒暄，或者介绍自己，又或者介绍一下目前招聘的岗位、这个岗位在做的项目，等等。然而不论他说什么，你要做的是：适当点头，微笑，眼神接触等。记住，要尽快互动起来，如果这部分会有（较多）语言交流，那么记住，请用HR的语速、语调、表情、神态等去答复HR，做到自己像一面镜子一样去反射HR的行为举止。当然，脑子还是要保留自己的。这个环节之所以称之为热身，就是希望求职申请者能够尽快模仿HR。
【开场】
一般情况下，轮到你大篇幅讲话的时候，也就是你被问到这个问题的时候：“请介绍一下你自己。”如果是英文面试，那么HR会对你说：“Tell me about yourself.”这个问题是一定要提前准备好的。切记，一定要了解自己，因为在一场面试中，你大概会花掉40%－60%的时间去聊关于你自己的事。在谈起自己的时候，记住，你不仅要谈到你过去的经验或者经历，也要谈到你的为人，包括，性格、爱好及你的各种特质等。
接下来我将列出在讲故事的时候要注意的地方，大家可以集中起来对比自己的表现：
a. 热情。看过很多文章中都提到了两个字：自信。忘了自信吧，一般背景不错的求职者都会很自信，所以如果你也只是做到了自信而已，那么面试的时候你并不会给HR留下深刻的印象。但如果你做到让自己看上去和听上去是一个对面试和未来工作富有热情的人，你富有激情的生活和工作，那么HR则会对你有更深刻的印象。记住，热情不是嗓门大，或者动作夸张。

HR: 如果我给你发offer，你会接受吗？
小明：会的，我当然会接受了！这个工作看起来非常不错！
小亮：我对这份工作非常感兴趣。我非常欣赏公司的管理模式以及公司未来的发展方向。这份工作可以让我有的放矢，我都有点近不及待要投入到工作中去了！
听上去小明比较热情，但实际上对于工作更有兴趣的是小亮，小亮表现的是走心，而小明表现的是走嘴。这只是一个例子，对于你自己的情况，何为热情，可到生活里去找找，在这里直接告诉你，你必须去看，去体验，去互动。
在面试的时候，可以每5-10分钟去检查一下，自己有没有表现出对于这份工作的热忱！
b. 证明自己的潜力。大多数人在面试的时候都在提自己的过去，学校、实践、成绩，等等。他们以为这就是竞争力，其实不然。对潜力的轻视，是很多985、 211 以及海归败给成功逆袭的黑马的主要原因。你可以提过去的任何事迹，但切记，要与公司和你自己未来的工作相关。另外，不是你参加了500强的实习，你就有能力在500强好好工作。你的潜力，是通过成绩来体现的。比如，你成功引入了弹性工作制，使总成本下降了7%，等等。在说成绩的时候，百分比是一个很好的帮手。
c. SHARE 原则。
S:situation，故事背景。
H:hindrances 阻力。切记在讲阻力的时候要阻力越强越好!如果一件事情中，有60%是困难的，有40%是顺利的，那么40%的部分可以不说。
A: actions，行动。即你采取了什么行动。
R: results，结果。结果是重头戏，尽量用数字或百分比表示！
E: evaluation，评价。就是评价一下这件事哪里做得好，哪里还有待提高，说白了就是个小总结。
注意，在用SHARE模型讲故事的时候，请大家一定要加一些非常生动的词儿，这些词儿也可以非常重口。比如，一个状况非常紧急，你可以说：“当时的情况非常严重，说实话我都快吓尿了……”以后HR再想要不要你的时候，可能会想到：哦，这是那个快吓尿了那个。生动、形象、或者狠一点，咱得让人记住咱！
【尾声（如何结束你的面试）】
在面试快结束的时候，HR可能会问你：“那么请问你还有什么问题要问的吗？”这时你可以问一些无关痛痒的问题，这个提问环节只要不犯错就ok了，不求出彩。你可以问问企业文化怎么样，公司的做事风格怎样？也可以问问HR:“公司让你最满意的地方是什么？”
好，问完了问题，出彩的地方来了。当HR回答完你的问题的时候，你马上要说：刚刚我说了很多，最后我想总结一下自己为什么非常适合这个岗位……”记住，省略号部分为你的潜力以及未来能给公司带来的好处!
面试12原则
1. 面试就是双方坐下来，了解一下对方，然后决定以后要不要形成雇佣合作关系而已。
2. 在面试中，没有一方比另一方优越一说。你和HR是平等的。
3. HR其实是你的人，他其实非常希望能尽快找到雇佣你的理由。积极倾听，通过倾听找到HR的真正需要。
4. 反对不等于拒绝。反对只是希望你能提供更多信息来证明你自己就是那个对的人。当面临反对的时候，你要做的不是争论，而是继续说自己的优点。
5. 一定要让HR多说，他说的越多，你懂得越多，话里面会有“启发”到你的地方。
6. 穿着得体，守时（准到叫迟到），认真倾听，展示自己的潜能和热情，表现得放松，回答简明扼要以及能够问一些比较聪明的问题。这些可以提高你获得第二次面试的机会。
7. 面试官的感情因素很严重地影响到公司最后要不要你。在最后决定发offer的时候，HR或者主管可能会想他以后和你处不处得来。所以，你要让HR喜欢上你。
8. 多用例子来说明自己的成就（多用share模型讲故事）。
9. 做你自己，也要做最优秀的自己! 话要想好了再说，有些话不说效果才更好。
10. 你的任何陈述里都要有例子去支持。要能够（用例子）解释清楚简历里面所有经历。
11. 面试完，发一封感谢信给HR。有些HR一辈子都没收过感谢信，你给他发一封他就美死了。
12. 放松地享受你的面试。
