对于这个话题我还是比较赞同的，回忆过去其实也是自我总结，不断的总结是一种非常好的学习方式，有总结就有提高，就有进步，就可以不断攀登新的职业高峰。
金九银十的季节，先回忆一下我身边同事的工作变换。A君与我原来是一个岗位，我们是同一个领导，工作内容也是基本一样的，他的年龄比我还要小两岁，但是基本素质确实很高。去年初的时候跳槽到大型科技公司（克强总理专门去视察过的），当时是一个岗位经理的职位，但是待遇却增加很多。现在又到一个金融公司任人力资源总监，工资待遇是哥的好几倍了（想想当初我们是一个水平，不禁又一万个惭愧）。W君算是一个传奇，他是后来到我们公司的做HR的，虽然职位都一样，但W负责的是盈利项目非常高的海外事业部，受重视程度不可比。（关于W的传奇说明一下，我们不是一个学校，但是是同一年大学毕业，我毕业的时候月薪700元，年薪不到4万，W毕业半年后就年薪60w了，现在W已经事业部常务副总了）。G妹是我徒弟，研究生毕业就分到我的手下了，小丫头聪明、漂亮、懂事，还成熟（比我毕业的时候成熟N倍），带了她一年，华为公司在她老家省会城市招聘，小丫头应聘成功（当然师傅是帮了忙的），于是找到了一份待遇高、离家近的工作。
先说这么多体外话，说说哥的第一份工作。
那年大四的冬季，过了十一，一堆堆公司到我们学校开展校园招聘来了，哥提前准备了一套西装（多说一点：量身定做的、高档面料、如今还在我家衣柜挂着、穿身上还是很贴身、价格保密），领带（师弟做领带生意，送我一条）、皮鞋（自购）等行套，打印了简历，开始找工作，开始一周，来的都是国字号大公司，但是没有一个公司要我们专业的，当时郁闷坏了，压根就不让我们投简历。终于来一个要我们专业的公司，而且是牛逼公司（确实牛逼，暂时保密），说需要我们专业，不过要2个名额，一个男的，一个女的，给我们就业指导处的领导说，要挑选非常优秀的人过来，于是整个专业我们5个人就出发了，第一次面试就是这么一个牛逼的公司，内心激动啊，前面两道程序都非常顺利，最后是英语口语面试，哥有准备，但是还是没有通过。到宿舍，萎靡不振了2天。后来知道我们几个都没有成功，稍微有些安慰。
后来又来个也是大的牛逼公司，但是是下属分公司的北京分公司，那竞争也是非常激烈，因为我提前准备，在他们还没有开展正式宣讲的时候就接头成功，再加上哥的学习成绩和班干部经历他们很是看重，于是就提前签了协议，别的同学羡慕不已。。。
我记得很清楚，7月20日报到，7月21日正式上班，半个月的入职培训，吃的、住的都偏豪华，过了半个月，就下放到了基层，硬件环境是天堂和地狱之分，住大宿舍，上下铺，没有暖气和空调，在乡村和小镇交界处，位置偏僻，四周都是农田或者住户，幸好哥是农村出身，很快就适应了。干了一个月的基层操作工（辛苦的很，晚上一宿都不能合眼，又困又累，北方的农村蚊子还多），然后因表现良好（我不知道为什么他们都说我表现良好），提升为班长，班长就操心了很多，得管人和钱，不好弄啊，战战兢兢又干了一个月，他们又说我表现良好，调我去做站长助理（就是站长后备的意识），又干了一个月，让我去当站长，因为有一个站要开业了，让我去，我去，这个站位置贼偏僻，又小，又简陋，顶着巨大的压力去了，，，
前几个月，因为刚刚上任，压力大，睡觉睡不好，吃饭吃不香，偏偏我们一批来的大学生（50人，我是第一批当上站长的5人）又经常过来恭喜我，还让我请客，我哪里有时间出去啊，他们就经常过来蹭饭，顺便交流心得。经过和老站长、老领导等人的学习请教等，我熬过了吃饭不香、睡觉不甜的阶段，慢慢进入正轨了。
就这样干了将近十个月，他们又说我干是不错，大区公司人力资源部刚好需要一个人，经过筛选、面试，我就这样进了机关，开始了机关工作的生涯，于是又是请客又是吃饭又是被羡慕（没有关系进机关的我是第一个），和大部分国有企业一样，机关的生活就不多说了。。。
最后，总结一下：
关于校园招聘：企业招聘人员的时候还是非常看重基础素质的，比如学习成绩、学生干部经历，建议学生们在学习期间还是要搞好自己的本职工作（盖茨、李想之类的极其少，必须除外），现在我在做校园招聘的时候也是非常注重学生的基本素质。
关于第一份工作：
1、能吃苦，别谈钱，第一个月工资只有600元，但是我们（提前当站长的）都是不在乎，完全干好自己的工作，该上夜班就夜班，该去挖坑就挖坑，该去洗厕所就洗厕所and so on.
2、尊重上级，尤其在国企。我的老上级，我们的老上级，都是老资格，年龄大，文化素质不高，有时候心胸也不少很高，但是我们非常尊重他，很听话，不挑剔，让他们又成就感和威信。
3、适当亮自己。在基层待的时间内，我平均每三个月发表一片文章，提升了自己的知名度，让领导知道有我这么一个人存在，有时候大家干的都差不多，但是领导不知道你这么一个人，可能你比别人干的还好，但是领导不知道就没有用。我发表的文章好多都是文艺散文，技术含量不高。但是有一篇，确实是技术含量非常高的文章，我用了很多心，先是发表在市公司，后到省公司，后到大区公司，后来到集团公司，对当时自己的帮助肯定很大。
再提一下现在的自己：一万个惭愧，被磨灭的不行了，一般的业绩，低迷的激情和动力，一个优秀人才被自己给淹没了啊。
