先介绍一下自己吧：中国传媒大学，女，本科生，工科专业，双学位广播电视编导，无互联网实习经历，4份实习都是广电行业，国内第一梯队卫视，以及SONY等实习经历。本来应该是顺利加入广电民工队伍的一名本科生，却在大三的时候打算走上产品经理这条不归路。
这些标签一定够奇葩，女生，传媒工科生，还编程，还能剪片，但我不是主持。没错，走上产品路是因为上一届的师姐，网工专业，顺利进入了京东商城，让我感到惊讶，原来我们不只可以做本行。后来认真了解了这个岗位感到十分感兴趣，同时也因为在广电实习经历过多，对于里面的工作状态有深切的体会，这里不多讲。我发现自己还是喜欢互联网工作，喜欢与人沟通，喜欢做出产品的感觉，与喜欢的人做有趣的事。
对京东感兴趣一是源于师姐情缘，二是参加了万事达的千人宣讲会，读了《创京东》之后对这个企业充满了好感。
笔试
先说笔试：我很多家的笔试都没有过，在准备京东笔试的时候格外认真，把行测突击了一下；主要是逻辑题，推理题，图形题。所以笔试的时候心里有底儿多了，但是时间很紧张，笔试后面有3道大题。比如给你500W你会做哪个创业项目？按照自己的思路答了一下。过了几天，收到一面通知，巨开心。因为之前笔试通过的很少，主要是因为没准备直接上阵。
一面
一面是单面，没错是单面。按照群面的方式去做的准备，结果路上发现是一对一单面，没办法硬着头皮上了。一起面试的同时段有10个人，是北邮、北交、北理工、中国矿大、中国石油等学校的硕士。说实话当时有点底气不足。知道是单面以后反倒释然了，因为不过过多准备有时反倒不紧张。
一面和面试官一见如故，他对我的经历很感兴趣，听我讲了很多在学校做活动的事情，之后我们又聊了对京东到家的看法，聊完之后他问我有没有什么关于到家的要问他的，其实这个是个很好的机会，可以把之前准备的和对这个APP的了解都发挥出来，我就问了一些关于我对这个APP存在的一些疑惑，他也很耐心的作出解答和探讨。最后他对我的总结是：你很适合做产品，虽然没有实习经验，但是选人更多的是看潜力，经验工作半个月就能飞速提升。
聊过以后我肯定一面能过，所以回去当天晚上就赶快开始准备二面。结果凌晨通知一面过了，据了解同时段面试通过的有4人，我一个本科生加3个硕士。
对一面的总结是：
1、做产品热情最重要，是不是真的热情面试官能够试探出来。
2、充分了解这家公司和它的产品。
3、本科生不见得比研究生差，关键要自信，气场也挺重要的。
二面
说实话，由于第一次参加面试，不管再怎么看面试经验，也不能做到不紧张，总要走过一遍之后才知道自己哪里出了问题。二面的时候是所有的人都是一个面试官，每个人大概30分钟左右。基本上的思路是先自我介绍，聊聊自己的经历，然后聊聊产品。我失败在于，聊聊就跑偏了。
失败原因总结如下：
1、自我介绍和自我经历混在一起，每一个方面都扩展开来说，导致自我介绍有头没尾，没逻辑，说着说着面试官可能插话打断，或者是聊开了，会收不回来。
2、过多的谈论自己的举办活动的经历，给面试官留下了我是个艺术生的印象。
3、过于谦虚，对面试官说过2次左右自己没有经历啊之类的。（人家为啥要一个没有经历的呢？就算没有经历也不该太谦虚，把自己的想法清晰的表达清楚）面试官以为我肯定不懂，没有接着深入的问下去。
4、对于一些问题的答案回答的太书面，也就是说随意一个人背了概念都可以答，对于一些问题的回答还是要真的经过自己的思考去总结，去提炼。这个很重要。
最后，面试官给出意见，觉得我适合做视频，图片类的产品，考虑到我的专业。不过其实我觉得我完全可以胜任其他类型的产品。只是面试官对我已经形成印象，不再给继续深入聊天的机会了。
面试中，一定要把握好各部分内容的比重，以及 一定要合适的引导，不要带偏面试官，否则无法补救。
