作为一个经历了几次公考最终上岸的人儿，颇有点心得，就跟大家一起交流交流，希望对即将参加面试的同学们有些帮助。不管怎么说，面试一定要有一个系统的备考计划，然后坚持不懈的按照计划去实施，不能三天打鱼两天晒网。总体而言，我认为要在面试中取得较好的成绩要注意一下几个方面：
首先，一定要选择适合自己的方式多练习。似乎面试是最没有捷径可走的，你付出多大的努力就给与多丰盛的回报，我的第一次面试就是毫无准备去，结果证明不劳而获在面试中纯粹是种妄想。无论你是选择报培训班，还是选择其他的方式，请记住多练才是王道，只有在练习中才能找出自己的缺点在哪儿，自己的不足有哪些。我当时是在一个YY频道练习的，有很多已经上岸的公务员来点评，指出你的优缺点是什么，能从哪些方面去弥补，如何扬长避短等等。并且，我们一个小组练习时，你还能听其他的人怎么答，从中吸收精华。当然，不管采取什么方式，多学多练才是重点。我当时是早上7点起床晨读（一定要大声的读出来），练语感。白天上班，抽空会复习一下前天练习的东西，晚上参加YY练习，一直到12点左右，比我当年复习考研的时间排的还满。
其次，要多总结。学习的东西要自己总结才能吸收。比如前天晚上群里讲过的题目，我都会做好笔记，白天的时候自己再总结，然后用自己的语言重新组织一遍；自己练习过的题目也会做好录音，有空的时候就听，看看语速快不快，气场足不足，普通话是否标准，还有没有什么需要注意的地方等等，这样可以有的放矢。此外，还可以对着镜子练习，看自己的表情是否到位，有无需要改正的地方。总之，不管听过多少题，看过多少题，请记住一定要用自己的语言，至少练习一遍！
第三，对自己有信心，不要害怕失败。我属于嘴比较笨的人，但是有一种初生牛犊不怕虎的心态和越挫越勇的激情，经常觉得只要是自己努力的事情就没什么可遗憾的。我第四次面试的时候，笔试完分数不高，勉强进了面试。当时心里也是悲喜交加，而且当时我一个同学跟我说，一般的事业单位都很喜欢男生，而恰巧笔试排名在我前面的两个都是男生，所以我一直很忐忑。但是不管怎样，我还是积极应对，抓住每一次机会，事实证明小道消息不可靠，哈哈哈。还有，在YY练习的时候给教了一种增强自信的方法，我觉得挺有用的，给大家分享一下：就是每天给自己心理暗示，我那会是每天大喊“我要赢！我要赢！我要赢！”，增强自己的气场，呵呵。包括在考场等候的时候都是，紧张的时候我就在心里默喊，在心里告诉自己：你是最强大的！
最后说一点注意事项：
1、面试的时候心态平静，不要紧张，遇到不善于答的题也不要慌张，你要相信没有人是所有题目都擅长的；
2、答题的时候条理清晰，逻辑清楚，最好分段说，让考官能感觉到你的逻辑条理性。一般来说，第一、二题是最重要的，评委一般在你答完第二道题后就基本把分打完了（这是我一个当过评委的领导给我说的），第三题可以回答的干脆点，如果有把握就答细点，如果没有把握就可以较为粗略答完，以不结巴、不扣分、流畅答完为原则。
3、着装方面，以简单大方为准，最好是套装。举止大方不扭捏，答题时不要一直低着头，要时不时跟考官进行眼神的交流。总之，在举止和着装方面一定不能扣分。
