京东2016校招北京场今天开始面试，然后还有很多今年参加校招的应届生不知道，我在一个群里回答了京东面试流程安排的问题，很多人问我具体的面试时间和地点，让我感到很震惊，这些人真蛋定，我有点怀疑他们是不是一心一意要进入互联网工作的。
这里要吐槽一下，俗话说，自己参加的校招，跪着也要走完。这些跟自己密切相关的校招信息，自己要尽力去掌握，不要别人都拿到offer了，自己连何时何地面试都不知道，因为信息层面的失误，而不是能力问题，然后错过校招机会是很可惜的。
关于京东产品面试
PS：消息来自今天（9.22）上午参加京东校招产品面试的朋友，他上午过了一面，明天二面，祝好运。
京东18号笔试，分几批，25号是第二批；18号笔试后，20号出结果，21号通知22面试；一面是单面，主要问一些个人经历和基本问题，个人经历主要是简历上的，问的比较细.
面试官希望了解我实习期对职位的理解深度；基本问题主要是为什么选京东啊，喜欢京东的什么，为什么做产品之类的；
需要注意的是，自我介绍不要太短，保持在一分半左右，另外对京东文化要有所了解，回答问题时尽量把个人经历往京东和职位上靠，让面试官觉得很合适这个职位；
亮点是，面试官问我在美团的经历，问得很细，我事先准备了就回答的比较完整；缺点是因为紧张，说话的条理性不太好。
关于个人解读
从上面给的信息来看，京东校招面试是比较中规中矩的，一面比较平稳，主要考察个人的基本信息、对职位的理解和实习实践经历。个人的基本信息这个没什么好说的，一般是自我介绍的90秒里就搞定，就是拼的硬实力，根据自己的情况表达出来就行。这里要注意，跟职位无关的校园经历少说一些，主动聊聊跟产品相关的经历比较好。
对产品经理职位的理解，之前写过一篇文章有同样的问题，然后也结合自己的情况作了回答。
这个问题的核心有两点，一个是自己对产品经理职务的理解，这个理解就真的看自己的平时的思考和积累了，别人告诉你的这个时候没用，面试官一般都能看出来是自己思考的结果，还是网上随便找的一个回答。
另一个层面是自己具备哪些素质可以做好产品经理。如果只回答第一个层面的问题，一般面试官都会问第二个。所以，聪明一点的求职者，直接把面试官想要的都回答了吧，这样会获得额外加分。
关于实习实践经历提炼
实习实践经历，这个在自我介绍的时候也会提到，但那时候由于时间有限，只是顺带提一下。在一面的时候，实习实践经历应该是一定会问到的问题。
所以，自己一定要提前总结提炼一下实习经历，把项目涉及到的细节和数据都梳理一遍，面试就是通过细节来证明你说的是不是真的，还有你自己的贡献到底有多少，你有没有过分夸大自己的贡献。
因此，实习经历一定要多总结，有一个特别好用的笨办法就是，做经历提炼，把实习实践经历写成日志的形式，最后做一个总结，这样看起来笨，但确实是最实用最靠谱的。
光用脑子想只是一个粗糙的实习经历复盘，通过文字整理出来，一方面在整理的时候会融入很多思考，可以把细节和问题打磨得更漂亮；
另一方面，文字整理的东西记忆才深刻，无论哪场面试，都可以把这些东西从大脑记忆格子里调出来，为我所用。如果面试前因为紧张突然记忆空白，也可以拿出文字版经历提炼，迅速满血复活，投入战斗。
还有一点，就是京东的文化，其实这个自己也要做功课的，京东的文化：以客户为先为中心，然后打造诚信、激情、创新、团队这四个基本点为支撑的企业文化，不要全部背下来，知道其中几点就可以，然后聊一下自己的理解就可以。
京东企业文化推荐看一本书《创京东》，我看完了，感觉很爽，近期准备写读书笔记发出来。如果没时间看书，可以百度一下东哥近几年年会的演讲稿，看了之后就会发现东哥每一年都有不小的进步，牛逼的人也在不停的努力学习。

还要知道他的商业逻辑是降低成本，提升效率，这是东哥在多种场合提到的观点，也是京东商业模式的精髓所在，《京东传》还有关于京东战略管理模型的论述，甚是精彩。如果跟面试官聊到这种层面的话题，拿不到offer都难。
关于霸面
想去霸面的童鞋，不要一上来就问可不可以霸。好比你要追一个心动的妹子，难道要先问一下可不可以追，然后才去追么？女生追男生同理。
