那些年，我参加过的校招
大家好，说说我的经历，我曾经学习过的专业和我现在从事的职业没有任何关系。
我本科毕业于华南理工大学信息工程专业，就是学膜电、数电的专业。这个专业是我自己选的，我没有后悔，我当时放弃清华的Offer来到这个学校是因为我是非常有执念的人，我宁当鸡头不当凤尾。我确实非常执念，研究生去香港读了Mphil，互联网工程的研究型硕士。
我真的是一个非常非常有执念的人，在我上大学的时候，我有一个外号是“Offer王”，手里Offer一大把，那个面试官坐在那里，我问他你们招多少人，他说这个不能说，我说你能不能评价一下我的表现，他说我不能说。我觉得特别拽，所以从大学的时候我就想做一个HR，不管我学的什么专业我就要做HR。
我是2013年的毕业生，所以参加了下半年的校园招聘，当时我拿到了花旗银行HR的Offer，我欢天喜地加入了，大家知道花旗银行是万众瞩目的并且每年在全国校招最多只招十个管培生的企业。进去之后我发现原来这就是花旗银行，非常非常的高大上，我们都炫耀自己是花旗的，并且用着自己非常绚丽的PPT模板。但是你会发现这个月的今天就知道下个月的今天做什么，周一跑银监，周二跑证监，最后一个星期做薪酬，月初前几天给大家发薪水，我觉得我不能这样子开始我的第一份职业。所以我在花旗银行待了三个月之后，11月的时候重新参加了校园招聘。
我思考着要不然换一换，因为我发现HR这个职业从校招生进来太难了，大家知道腾讯产品经理的面试比例差是200：1，HR能达到三四百比一，就意味着如果你从校招成为腾讯的HR需要干掉和你同时竞争的三四百人。我当时想换一换，就选一个稍微轻松一点的产品经理，于是就来腾讯面试产品经理，结果面上了，当时马丁哥给我的Offer，面到最后一面，HR的老板也就是我后来在腾讯的HR老板，也是我现在在微众银行的HR老板，问我要不要做HR，我又执念了，于是非常坚决地拒绝了马丁哥的Offer，来到了腾讯人力资源部校园招聘组。
后来因为我的老板来到微众银行，我跟着他来到微众银行。因为校招模块太窄了，对于HR来讲想做得深入，你做一两年体验一下校招是干嘛的就够了，但是我选择二次择业，现在在微众银行做HRBP，就是业务合作伙伴，除了薪酬不碰，所有其它HR的工作都要做，包括招聘、培训、考核、OD、ER（人工关系企业文化），对于我来说是一个新的考验，因为我从来没有做过除了校园招聘以外其它的事情。我觉得多多尝试一点会好。这就是我的校招经历。
解密校园招聘
下面我用校招的传统流程跟大家讲讲校招是干嘛的，因为很多人觉得校招特别神秘，怎么能从十来万份简历挑到这些人。
1、专业VS职业
校招开始的时候一定会遇到专业和职业的选择，我一天都没有从事过和我专业相关的事情。2011年的94%，我2011年本科毕业的时候我的母校做了一项调查，也就是华南理工大学的学生在工作了三到五年之后，有94%的学生和自己所学的专业完全没有关系，他们纷纷转向其它行业、其它职业，包括我，从一开始我就是94%中之一。
我研究生毕业的时候还拿了一个清华PHD的Offer，电子商务与软件工程，当时我放弃了。刚刚提到我从腾讯产品经理变成HR，这就涉及到大家的职业选择了：你将来要做的事情和你现在学的事情真的那么相关吗，这个问题是大家时时刻刻都要想的，因为说不准哪天你的职业就变了，你可能会换一个方向，这个东西是会伴随你一生的选择。
我之所以这么选择，是因为我觉得互联网技术对人的逻辑思维锻炼是非常好的，包括做HR，你会发现你解决问题的时候并不是从所谓的HR专业角度去做，更多从业务部门包括从你服务的部门去思考，比如我现在服务于微众银行科技事业部，我会从开发、程序的同事他们的角度去想他们是怎么考虑事情的。所以我一直觉得这个东西不一定是在你毕业的时候想清楚，但是我建议大家经常想想这件事情。
2、百万大军功校招
百万大军攻校招，这是事实，每年都会有百万的毕业生找工作，很多人问我腾讯校招是不是很可怕，我承认腾讯校招非常可怕，去年有15万份简历，最后我们只找了很少一部分。校招的时候大家真的要想一想你想选什么样的平台，像我自己，我拿过外资、中资、民资各种各样企业的Offer。名企会让你有很快的成长，但有狭窄的上升空间，当你进入腾讯之后发现你的上升空间非常小，一个萝卜一个坑。
我非常建议大家，不要总是把眼光看在所谓的名企上，我承认在腾讯能给你非常好的职业开端，但是你要选择适合自己的，不是所有人都要攻腾讯的校招，有时候适当的放眼看一下其它的，比如创业公司，你要找到真正适合你的企业，而不是都要去拼腾讯的Offer。
3、笔试
笔试重不重要？在腾讯笔试没有那么重要，可以霸笔霸面，大家在笔试环节为自己想要的Offer争取一下。你没有收到邀约的可能性很多，不是网上说的，面试官拿500份简历挑几份，剩下的一扔，说运气不好的我不要。如果一个HR在你的简历上停留20秒，证明你真的很优秀，我看的简历太多了，所以一般时间就是5-10秒。所以希望大家在笔试环节可以多争取一下，有时候你没有收到邀约的原因可能是因为竞争压力太大，HR就要从客观的维度，比如从学校、专业的维度筛掉一部分学生，这是没办法的。
4、面试
作为HR我喜欢什么样的学生呢？我喜欢聪明好学有灵气的学生， 你会不会C++、JAVA这些重要吗？不重要。如果你C++好，腾讯也能把你培养成JAVA好，你拥有哪些技能不重要，重要的是你的学习能力和学习意愿。我曾经面试过游戏策划的一个女孩，她一点都不懂，什么都不知道，但是我看中她一点——她很有灵气。她是学考古专业的，她对这个方面的执念非常深，她对自己感兴趣的东西钻研地非常深，虽然她一点都不懂游戏是做什么的，没关系，但是你有你热爱的东西，你愿意为你热爱的东西去努力的时候，这是非常好的。我跟面试官讨论的时候把她留下来了。
我也要跟大家说一句话就是投缘，面试这个事是看眼缘的，你再优秀我们俩性格不合，我录你进来你也不会高兴，不是说非要进入某一个地方，更多的是要找一个适合你的老板或者适合你的团队，所以投缘这件事情非常重要。这个方面大家不要有执念，比如没拿到这个Offer我心情很难受，其实没什么难受的，可能你很优秀，我就是不喜欢你脸上有颗痘，那有什么办法呢。
5、选择
面试大家尸横遍野地已经过来了，最后到了选择，第一次踏入社会的时候一定会有一些Offer或者很多Offer，你怎么选择Offer。我当年面临的问题就是眼花缭乱，因为我的Offer太杂、太乱，譬如说我有HR的Offer，还有宝洁，毕马威咨询公司的Offer，完全不相关。当时我一直在想我该怎么选择Offer，因为不管我放弃哪一个心里都很难受，后来我也找了很多师兄师姐去聊，聊了半天还是坚持自己最初的想法。
如果再让我选，我不会再像之前那样是个工作就面，我会选择几个Offer贯彻始终，真真正正走一条我自己想走的路，而不是海投、乱投，拿了一万个Offer又怎样呢，因为你只能选一个。选工作是很看缘分的，也许你在腾讯能做60分，但在阿里能做100分，企业文化不一样，大家选择一个企业前不妨了解下这个企业的管理风格。
适当停下脚步
我想送给大家一句话“适当的停下脚步”，停下脚步干嘛？你会有很大的想象空间，我最近体会非常深，我的两个企业是有差别的，腾讯在各方面非常完善，譬如像系统、制度很完善，但是微众银行才成立了一年多，我们没有办法和十几年的企业去抗衡，包括企业文化、系统、制度。当我今年3月份离开腾讯时，心里落差非常大，有点后悔了，因为我放弃了轻松且愉悦的平台来到了充满荆棘的平台，我在微众银行需要把大量的时间花在以前我在腾讯完全不需要花的地方。
但是后来，我老公教我一句话“适当的停下脚步，想一想为什么来到微众银行？”我当时来微众银行就是要接触HR的其他方面。我老公说，“你当初是这么想的，但你现在遇到的问题是什么？”“我遇到的问题是我把大量的时间浪费在了本来不需要浪费的地方”。我老公说“你现在遇到的问题和你当时的目标有违背吗？”我说“并没有违背，我依然是在完成我当时的目标，是在体验HR的各个领域，我只是在这条路上遇到一点问题。”这个问题有价值吗，一点也没有价值。后来我学会适当停下脚步想想我为什么要去做这样一件事情。我在整个过程中遇到的问题、困难是不是真的那么重要。
后来我就想开了，我来微众银行一点也不后悔，我发现这是一个让我一起成长的企业，对我来说是莫大的财富，不是所有人都有机会伴随这样一个机会去成长。所以，在大家心里迷茫的时候可以适当停下脚步，想一想自己要干什么。
