面试到底要不要穿正装，这个问题在没有任何情景设置的条件下让小博也很难回答。是否选择正装，你需要考虑到企业类型、职位类型、面试官职位、面试方式、面试场所等多种因素。
以下情况中，
符合一条，建议穿正装；
符合两条及以上，必须穿正装。
1 你面试的是外企、国企或事业单位，通常这些大领导都比较看重应聘者的尊敬程度。
2 你面试的是比较有名的乙方公司。乙方公司通常在行业里最讲究仪表，这已经形成了文化，谁让他们服务的都是有钱又挑剔的主子呢？最典型就是4A,四大以及各种咨询公司。
3 你面试的是传统的正装企业：酒店，金融，银行。
4 和你谈话的面试官是级别较高的管理层。总监以上建议穿正装，如果头衔是Chief开头的，必须穿正装无疑。
5 你面试的职位要经常代表公司出去见人，或者有很多的部门沟通工作需要你抛头露面。
比如销售，法律，文秘，采购，培训等。
6 有群面。穿正装让你不输气势，但一定要避免和别人穿一样，要在细节上动些脑筋。
7 面试过程中你可能需要站立并面对观众讲话。这种情况需要你拿出最强大的气场来，不管是三九天还是大伏天，都应该正装前往。
8 通知你来面试的人，暗示你穿得正式一点。主管常会让HR私下去提醒一些他比较中意的候选人，就怕你穿错衣服把面试搞砸了，要知道给你打分的面试官常有好几个人呢！
以下情况中，
符合一条，可以不穿正装；
符合两条，建议不穿正装。
1 你要去的公司偏向于技术性/科技型企业。很多科技型企业平时都是可以穿牛仔裤上班的，但是你面试的那天还是要认真一点。
2 你面试的是甲方公司。
3 你要去的是个初创企业。面试你的一般就是老板，便装更合适。
4 你面试的是时尚或艺术类公司，这时候在穿着上随意一些或稍加修饰会让你加分不少。
5 面试是一对一的，且面试官并非高管。这种情况下你需要在比较近距离的谈话中让面试人对你有好感，穿正装反而可能会有距离感。
6 你面试的职位属于内勤，比如财务，行政，客服。
7 你的面试不是在公司里进行的，而是在饭店，机场，咖啡店，酒店大堂等其他公共场合。
8 通知你来面试的人说，你不用穿得太拘谨，随便一点来好了。
一套正装的意义，不过是为了掩饰你身上暂未褪掉的学生气，而在这一过程中，HR又可提取出种种信息来判断是否在你的面试表现上加分或减分。所以穿不穿正装，还是要具体问题具体分析。
